This is by far one of the best (if not the best!) places for you child(ren). We sent our son here for 2 years (birth to just shy of his 2nd birthday) and always felt like he was in the best hands. The staff and teachers treated us like family and we were sad that our move took us to far to continue here. I would recommend Kids R Kids Castle Hills to anyone and everyone! From the owner, Gary, down to the room teachers, everyone has a great attitude and your childs interests at best. Thank you for everything!

I was a bit apprehensive about this location initially. I toured and decided on a competitor for my 3 yr old. Several months later, I came back and enrolled my daughter into Ms. Renes class. The tour was nice, the classroom was inviting and I didnt feel rushed. 2 years later, my daughter transitioned into the next class, Ms. Jackie and then finally to Ms. Shelly and Ms. Najis. My daughter loved coming into the classroom and also enjoyed telling me what she learned in school for the day. She was always excited about Waffle Wednesday and Spaghetti and meatballs day! As a mother and and education advocate, there were several things that drew my attention when my daughter transitioned to this class. She was challenged on her level, the teachers had homework worksheets based on weekly curriculum and they had journal time. They learned through play and at the end of the year, they were reciting things that are normally learned in elementary school! My daughter is now in kindergarten and rocking it out with no problem! These teachers are special. They have knowledge and experience in ensuring our kiddos are ready for kinder. The front staff is great as well, fast communication and calls each kiddo by name when acknowledging them during arrival and departure. COVID forced us to celebrate the kindergarteners in a different way (drive thru). However, my daughter definitely felt special with her congratulatory sign and gifts from the teacher/school! While tuition is not the cheapest, it is a great investment for your child. If you are looking for a school that really takes education, curriculum and showing your child love, look no further.

I cannot say enough good things about this kids R kids location its more than awesome, great and happy environment for the kids and great staff, teachers, management and Owner. I never seen such an engaged and caring owner and management who keeps us updated with everything that is happening or issues that arises from running a day to day complex operation taking care of our precious ones. I have seen my little baby developed so much and learned so much by being there since she was an infant and she’s always being taking care of.Keep up the good work Mr. Gary as we appreciate everything you are doing as well as your wonderful staff.God bless you and Happy Holidays to all...

The owners of Kids R Kids are the heart and soul behind this wonderful childcare facility. Our Family has had multiple children enrolled for almost 3 years. We have been in every classroom from toddlers to Advanced PreK. Mr. Gary, the owner, puts his employees first. He treats them with respect and values them by providing great pay, benefits, and numerous other things. The benefit is that his employees love their work and feel valued, which I believe is why they are so incredible with the children. The teachers LOVE the children and bond with them individually. These teachers pour into the kids every day and provide special attention when there are students that need a little extra TLC when learning new things. The atmosphere at KRK Castle Hills is kind and warm from the second you walk in the door. I am grateful that I can leave everyday and know that my Children are being given quality care, being nurtured mentally and having fun. If your searching for a daycare home for your kids, don’t miss the opportunity to visit KRKs Castle Hills.

We are fortunate to partner with Gary and Angel Hadley of Kids R Kids School located in Castle Hills / Carrollton, TX area. We have handled their commercial insurance for 3+ years, and when I visit, their staff is always smiling and all the kids are laughing and enjoying themselves. If you have a need for pre-school or after-school programs, Kids R Kids of Castle Hills would be a great place for your kids to attend.Mark WilsonBox Insurance Agency

This place is absolutely the best! It was the first place I toured, and the last, I didnt need to go anywhere else. They offer all inclusive tuition, online viewing, tadpoles, and a great staff. I have two boys who have attended here since they were newborns, they are now 4 & 2. They really go the extra mile. If there is ever an issue the director is very responsive and handles your comments and issues immediately. The director has a lot of experience and smarts, I am always asking her for advice on things like potty training etc. I can not say enough good things about this daycare. My children have definitely gained by attending here. Its not just a day care.

I shouldve read below reviews before I go there. I called and told them that I want my girl to send from specific date. (& told the age of my girl) The lady told me I can look around their place right away because we dont have to make an appointment for tour. I went there right after that phone conversation. Then I was told that there is no spot open for that date I wanted and I have to be on their waitlist!!!Hello!! If they told me upfront that they dont have a spot on that date I wanted, I would not waste my time to even go there and rather looked for other places for that time because I really need to start from that date. (Im a lawyer which means my time is money and I wasted my time and money today.)Then I read below reviews and it seems that I am not the only one.Owner need to train or educate receptionists who answer the phone for their availability, not to let this happen again. I understand that they want us to see the facility for marketing purposes, but you need to tell the truth upfront.

Kids r Kids is a great place for your kids! The teachers work well with the kids, and you can tell that a school is well-run when turnover is low. Teachers stick around, and thats great for the kids. The school is clean, bright, and feels new, and your kid wil love it!

Great school! great teachers(Especially Ms.Karla and Ms.Brooke).The owner is very hands on and always has the best interest of the children at heart. So far this has been the best decision for our toddler. It had been hard transitioning from one school to another due to relocation but Ms.Karla worked with our son and always gave us daily reports and helped him in areas where he needed attention and praised him for his strengths,Im very grateful that she tries her best for every child in her classroom.Front desk had been a challenge before but Lindsey is doing an awesome job!.Highly recommend!

This place is an absolute joke.First I called and asked if they had immediate availability before setting up a tour, and was told they did. Then we went in for the tour, and suddenly there was a 4 month wait. Then there was a 6 month wait once I called to inquire about paying our registration fee. Finally after emails from the owner asking how our tour went and me sharing my disappointment in the fact that I was misinformed about availability just to get me in the door for a tour, I was told that the first availability they had we would be the first to be contacted. Well, 2 weeks later, they suddenly have an opening. So we agree to a trial day. When I dropped my kid off all seemed well. You even get a log in to watch them on the cameras. I watched him all day on the camera. Seemed to be checking on him fairly often, all seemed well. He actually seemed to be isolating himself since it was a new surrounding. I even called at nap time to ask how his day was going, and was told that he had a slight issue listening, but the teacher corrected the problem right away (He is a toddler boy, it happens!), but other than that, she said he was having a good time. Well, I go pick him up, and am told by the teacher he had a few issues (hes a boy who was stuck at home sick for 5 days, so he was energetic, which is completely understandable), but they werent that big of a deal. Then upon leaving the Director decided to tell me that it wasnt a good fit since he wasnt calm enough and was too high energy and rough for the other kids. But yet when I called to see how his day was going, they totally lied to me. When I brought that up to the Director she said that she told them not to tell me he was having a rough day. What kind of crap is that?! I am calling to find out about his day, NOT BE LIED TOO! So basically, unless your kid is super calm, or a zombie (or a teachers kid--who according to my child the teachers kid in the class was being rough with HIM) this wont be a good fit. And I dont think that one 8 hour period is a good time to judge a child or his personality, which is what they do here. When a child is in a new place, they might act up or act differently, but that is no determination on how they ACTUALLY ARE. Oh, and the real catch. The $100 check I put down to have the trail day (the registration fee) was apparently good enough for them to cash, but my child wasnt. And I basically had to demand the money back to get a check.I am kind of glad hes not going there. Its just a bunch of pretentious kids and their parents who are even worse, and my child does not need to be judged by those people.Side note: The kids there are not perfect like they wanted me to think, when I dropped off this morning two kids were fighting with each other (Literally getting physical) because one kid told the other they smelled like PooPoo. The teacher was NO WHERE to be found. I had to break the kids up myself. Ridiculous.

Our baby girl has been going to Kids r Kids since she was 3 months old (shes now 8 months). I could not have dreamt of a more perfect place. The ladies in suite 100 are as good as it gets! They are attentive and loving. They are constantly interacting with the babies, e.g. reading stories, playing w/ bubbles, doing art (our fridge is COVERED in it), singing songs, etc. I trust them emphatically. My daughter LOVES going there! She doesnt even know Ive left the room when I drop her off in the mornings. They send my husband and I pictures of her throughout the day. Emailed daily reports are incredibly helpful. I love that they have webcams and I can check on my daughter at any time. Its clear that she is special to her teachers and I know they are special to her. The ladies at the front desk are incredibly kind and helpful. I have nothing but good things to say about this place and highly recommend them.

I already know I do not have enough room to say all the things I want to say about KRK Castle Hills. This place has a special place in my life and will forever because of how special they treat my son. He started at 6 months old and grew up surrounded by teachers who care about him. Have I ever had a concern about something? Of course, Im a mother. I did and I brought up concerns when I had them (which really have been few) and they were addressed or explained to my satisfaction. It must be a difficult job to make all parents comfortable and happy - I mean frankly no one can care for my child like we can! The staff here is honestly more than staff - they are extended family. I have entrusted them with my baby and now my young man. I have watched him grow into a confident, outgoing child and he amazes me with all he has learned so far. We have been blessed to have them part of our lives.

My children have been attending this school for 2 years now and I have to say hands down this is the best school around! I am an elementary teacher, so curriculum is very important to me and I love what my kids are learning at KRK! When I pick up my kids at the end of the day, they dont want to leave. They love going to school at KRK! I love that I can watch them on cameras during the day. I love the communication that they have. I get pictures throughout the day though a program called Tadpoles. I have their daily reports and pictures emailed to me or I can see them on the Tadpole app. The school is immaculate and Gary, the owner is always trying to make improvements to the school.

Weve been at KRK for 2 years now, and we love it. The greatest thing for me is the knowledge that when I leave my sons are in a comforting, caring place. So many of the teachers take a concern for every student that I feel my children have a safety net around them throughout the entire building.Yesterday was an excellent example. Our 3 month old had a fever and it was going to take me an hour or so to pick him up. He was fussy and wouldnt sleep. One of the teachers from a room for older children had taken him to the lobby where hed been sleeping in her arms for a long time. She did this on her break time. Im a teacher myself, and Im sure she could have been using this time to make her own life easier in her classroom. Instead, she saw a moment where a child needed care and sacrificed her own time to provide it. Thats the exact same thing Ive seen happen over and over at KRK.Our older son is thriving. Even when hes had rough days, KRK has been supportive and caring about his progress. I expect the same will continue for his younger brother. Like their name says, they understand that children are children and provide a wonderful environment that fosters their development.

My child has been here for over 5 years and now attends afterschool program too. The pre-K and the Private Kinder program were excellent and put her achieving above grade level when she entered 1st grade. We like that KRK is very hands on ... they are big on communication and parents involvement. If there is ever an issue - they are on top of it and dont just let things slide or minimized. I typically dont do these review ... and just happened to see these pros/cons and wanted to seriously ensure others viewing them that there is always two sides to a story - with kids its even harder to be non-biased - but above all we as parents we want what is best regardless of who is right. This school was my first choice and still my only choice - and will leave her there till they no longer support her age group. She has grown academically and socially stronger than her peers at public school. In the long run - that is what is important for their success. I can understand the frustration of different teachers and staff ... but when you look at the scheme in real world ... do we ever stay with one boss forever. Its important for these kids to learn difference and approach the world with broaden experiences vs. same routine and robotic functioning. I love this school ... the teachers ... the front office staff and the director Lauren are all intrical parts to the success to this school - not to forget their owner (Gary) is hands on and onsite which is not typical of this industry. So - as a parent .. as a mommy ... as a concerned member of this world - I would encourage anyone looking into this school to really consider it top on your list. One last note - another thing that sold us was the parents camera access to the school - total exposure to your childs entire day - cant get any better for a worried parent !!!

My daughter started going to KRK Castle Hills when she was three years old. She needed somewhere to challenge her more and KRK Castle Hills did just that! She LOVED going to school every day and loved all of her teachers. Notice I say school, and not daycare facility. When she went to Kindergarten, she was ahead of the curve due to the prep KRK does in their Pre-K. She loves going back for their summer camp! My son still attends school there and LOVES it also. He is a very active child that has a very short attention span, but they know him and know what he needs. He is a summer birthday, so is younger than most of the other kids, but has been doing very well to help prepare for Kindergarten with the help of his teachers. I could go on forever with the extra things the owners and teachers do to make this school the best. KRKS is a great school and I would recommend to anyone!
