Came through the same day I called within an hour since he happened to be in my area at the time, just needed a cpu air cooler replaced, but all other businesses were either fully booked or didnt do onsite appointments. Great price, fixed my overheating issue quickly and showed me how it was done.

John was very nice and easy to speak with. His knowledge was considerable and his experience evident in all he did. He was efficient and handled my request with ease. This was, without any doubt, the best experience I have had when dealing with people in computer hardware or software. Let me just say that I was unable to even have this company look at my item. I submitted a request online to see if I could have my wife’s computer looked at. THE OWNER responded in a very nasty way, ALL because I used my work email. I work for a state college in Atlanta as a police officer and have a university email. He immediately states that I was “phishing” and “heckling” him. It was a very unprofessional response. Oh yeah the kicker...I LIVE IN DAHLONEGA AND HAVE LIVED HERE FOR YEARS!! But whatever. be careful before using this guy, he doesn’t seem all there

Not long ago I had Mountain geek computers repair my laptop. It has viruses and needed to be updated. My repairs were thorough and I had my laptop back and just a few days. My computer works flawlessly as it did when it was new. Im extremely happy with the service and the price point for all of the work he had done.

Always gets back to me for emergency computer issues quick! Even has talked through issues I am having with my laptop for work over the phone!! John came over to my house and cleaned up all kinds of bad stuff on our PCs. He then went through my wifi and house wiring to confirm where my active drops were. He is coming back once I have more equipment to help me hardwire my gaming room so I am not stuck on slow wifi. Would absolutely recommend and would use this service again. Awful customer service. I called and was told I would be spoken to again later after the owner gained some info about my laptop. Its been a month and I havent received a call or even an email back. I tried re-calling again later and was met with no answer or return call. If I cant trust this company to even remember I called, how can I trust them to work on my expensive laptop.
