I always come here to buy school supplies and I am always greeted with such kind employees. Today I was assisted by a worker named Oscar, who helped me find what type of printer ink I needed. He was very professional and seemed to really care about my experience shopping at this location. He totally made my day! This place has the best workers and I appreciate the help I received today. Thank you!

I printed my wedding invitations here and a few of them came out blurry! I was super impressed by their willingness to fix the problem without hesitation. Both Marissa and Christian were great! Specifically, Christian took care of the problem with a smile on his face and they came out perfectly !!

But you need pay for it jajaja. I have on.my back say i looking for. Free stuff really. Bad costumers services

Rather chew broken glass than go there again. I visited the Galveston, Texas Office Depot and it was the most unprofessional experience of my life.In the middle of a global pandemic, one would think that speed and efficiency regarding processing customers with their transactions in order to limit exposure would be given greater value. Nothing could be father from the truth at the Galveston Home Depot.After finding my purchase in under 5 minutes, printer ink and a stapler, my wife and I stood at an abandoned check out line for 20 mins, in plain sight of the manager at another desk who was on hold on the phone and two other employees aimlessly wandering about, without so much as any recognition that we were alive. When I knocked on the desk to get someones attention the manager used foul language, screamed at me and my wife, and told us to not make our purchase if we were in such a hurry.When we FINALLY got someone to check us out it was discovered the ink wasnt even in stock so this inept manager cannot keep an accurate representation on the shelves of his inventory; the primary job of a manager.Regardless to say, I did not complete any of my purchase nor will I ever step foot into another Office Depot for the rest of my days unless corrective action is taken.On the positive side, we were able to find the exact same ink and stapler right down the street at Walmart for a fraction of the price so I guess you can thank the manager on duty for losing a customer and saving me money.

Great customer service. I was looking for a particular set of colored pencil and the man that helped me, I believe his name was Mo was very helpful. He got a ladder and checked every above storage area as well as the lock storage. Thanks for your help!

Staff is friendly, not all of them seem to k ow what theyre doing or they just seemed overwhelmed. The actual store is a bit of a mess. Clearance section has devices with post-it notes distinguishing what works and doesnt. As well as things being sold with no power cables? As a credible establishment you just expect more than from buying from someone Craigslist.

Need more people in the copy center. I waited 25 minutes, and the lady working was only on her second person. No one came to help her. I left. The store is clean and well stocked, but if theres no service, I cant buy anything.

Been waiting 20 minutes at the Business Services desk. The clerk with green hair is less than knowledgeable and quickly sends us to a competitor to solve our printing questions.

Sandra is amazing. She was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient in helping us print programs for a military retirement ceremony. Mackenzie was also very helpful when I called with a million questions right before closing time. Thank you both!

I was in dire need of a video cord and it was close to closing time. I called in and they helped me pick the right cord, and then brought it to the front for pickup. The cord did the trick and Im very happy for their service. Nice friendly staff.

The guy who assisted me in the printing department, I believe his name was Michael was great and very helpful. He made my wedding invitations look amazing.

Pretty much every time we go into this store to make a purchase of a piece of electronic equipment such as a computer or printer, the items that are on sale are out of stock. The employees are not even apologetic as they try to sell you something more expensive, not what you want or when they try to send you to another location. The standard answer is always do you know where Texas city is? Or we can order it for you. This is equivalent to the old bait and switch scheme of yesteryear. If I wanted to order it and wait for it I would use Amazon. If it were my business I would certainly not put items on sale that I did not have in stock.This is a recurring theme in this store. We have experienced it on several different occasions over the years. I dont know why we bother even going into this store and one day will probably just quit wasting our time and the employees time and just click buy on Amazon.

The younger sales associates Were extremely helpful the lady at the register beside me checking out was very rude but still the associate handled it perfectly he was very kind even through her rudeness I was surprised at her actions and what she was saying to be honest and Im not sure Id be able to handle it as properly as he did

Well they have posted numerous job opportunity on indeed and my son keeps applying and calling every week its same thing we will pull your application there are people who do want to work not waste your time! I wouldnt give a star but to post this I had too.

Terrible service the people the Mexican lady the old lady work there. Last night around 6:30 pm I asking for help copy my papers shes screw up my paper and make me paid for $27.85 for nothing and she said it is my fall. stupid rule., I dont understand how people work there no respond how people acting stupid I am NOT happy about that make me so mad I dont want go back No more and Ill tell all my friends about that they better know 👎👎👎, I hope the Boss better fixed the problem.

The gentlemen that are in the electronic area are professional and their customer service skills are above and beyond to help. They have helped me so many times with computer problems. On scale of 1-10, I give them a 10.

Its seems like employees are in a great state of ignorance, lack any kind of education to serve people in the business world. Copy and print personnel are absolutely not computer literate what so ever. A bunch of idiots. COPY CENTER LOST DOCUMENTATION WITH SENSITIVE TAX INFORMATION.

Glad we have this store here but this one doesnt have enough help. If an employee is around they will walk right past you without asking you if you need any help. Also they dont issue you a phisical rewards card when you sign up and dont ask you ever for the purchase points to be added to your account, so dont forget to ask...

WORST!!!! Employees dont know what theyre doing, they seem like they dont care for there customers. Went in to get my phone screen fixed and order a laptop. Ended up breaking my phone. Also forgot to order my laptop TWICE!!! Never shopping there ever again!

I was charged 14.00 to fax 7 sheets of paper and I will not be doing any faxing with Office Depot. That is just crazy!

One employee was in the entire front of the store for about 5 minutes. Then when I approached an employee who finally came from the back he turned me towards the one employee that already was up front assisting others.

For such a big place you cannot find anything .Only stuff you can find Walmart.

Bad service ,I was waiting for an hour to get brochure printed . The girl didn’t know how to print and she blamed it on the system , the operator manager came in and he said to me you have to come back . If you guys don’t know something don’t kick people out from the store . Just say we don’t know how to do it.
