I called Veracity Aviation to learn about their flight school, Ms. Kim answered the phone and we spoke for about 25 mins. She was incredibly helpful and patient with answering any questions I had. So later on I decided to book my discovery flight and she put me with Mr. Stephen, he is an extremely experienced pilot with over 4,000 hours under his belt. He was also very helpful and patient with me on the ground and in the air. Veracity Aviation is a very professional school and I highly recommend using these awesome people for your training!

Had an amazing time, they were patient, really flat out awesome. It’s amazing how they let you fly on your own when you think you feel ready, and they give you so information on any question you have it’s awesome! Personally, I would share this to anyone who wants a little fly around in a helicopter. Trust me, it’s worth the experience!!

Had a great time flying at the Georgetown Municipal Airport with Steve Irving. Everything was top-notch. Steve gave an excellent tour and has a wealth of experience and knowledge.The scenery around the lake and downtown is unbeatable. It seems like everyone around there loves to see the Veracity helicopters come around. Campers, boaters, and hikers were all smiles and waves. I think even the deer were excited to see us! Ill have to visit again soon.

We did our gender reveal and was not sure what we wanted to do and we end up doing the helicopter gender reveal with the smoke bombs. It came amazing I can’t thank you guys enough for this special moment!The communication with Kim and saving the date and following up with each step was an amazing experience I will have you guys in my next events !Also want to thank Steve the pilot for being part of our event !!!

The instructor was extremely knowledgeable and it was an interesting experience even just checking out the helicopters and watching my brother fly. Plus the discovery flight he did was extremely reasonably priced.

We have a tradition of providing our boys with lifelong memories and not just stuff. For his 14th birthday we took our son to Veracity Aviations Georgetown location this morning for a discovery flight in a Robinson R-22. His instructor, Stephen Irving, was fantastic. Our son was able to go through the pre-flight checks of the helicopter all the way up to getting a little stick time. I cant speak any more highly of Stephen and the experience we had.

Had an awesome experience with Adam. It was so cool to take the discovery flight and actually fly a helicopter for the first time ever!! Adam took his time went over various safety points and before I knew it we were in the seats and cranking it up. If you have never experienced flying a helicopter I highly recommend Adam and Veracity Aviation. They have a wonderful staff that explain everything and in detail so there is no doubt about anything. I can’t wait to go back again and hopefully start lessons to acquire my license. Thanks so much Adam and Veracity Aviation for an experience of a lifetime like I have never enjoyed before.

I highly recommend Veracity for anything and everything Helicopter. Very personal one on one flying in the Robinson and thorough ground school. Steve I. being an ex-army helicopter pilot is excellent and very knowledgeable. It is a joy to fly with him and Veracity!

Right from the start you could tell that Veracity Aviation is a good program with great instructors. They are good people with lots of experience. Some places focus too much on training, but Veracity is personable and they want to have fun too. I would highly recommend going here if you are interested in flying helicopters!

I had a discovery flight with Steve Irving on an R22. I was feeling a bit nervous due to a close call at another flight school during my pilot training. Upon meeting Steve, he immediately made me feel at ease with his engagement, aviation knowledge, and experience. Before we boarded the helo, Steve walked me through the checklist, safety protocols, and an overview of flight controls and expectations. As we flew over the beautiful river in Georgetown, he explained the aerodynamics at play as we implemented different flight maneuvers. In short, Steve knew his stuff, which is unsurprising, given his 20 years of military experience and a full repertoire of aviation licenses. I recommend that all prospective pilots complete their training at Verocity Aviation. With a plethora of knowledge, flight experience of the instructors, and arsenal of aircrafts, a prospective pilot will not receive better training anywhere else. If you have the privilege to take Steve’s instruction - you will compete the flight program with the confidence and ability of a well trained pilot.

I needed to fly a couple hours to gain currency for a new job. I contacted Veracity and was paired with Steve Irving. The whole experience from start to finish was second to none. The facility is clean, organized, and helps present a professional atmosphere to learn in. Steve was amazing. He is a tremendous source of knowledge and experience and his patience with someone who hadnt flown in almost a decade was awesome. I would not hesitate to recommend Veracity Aviation to anyone.

Ive been flying for 24 years, but am just now getting around to learning to fly helicopters. On the recommendation of a friend, I came to Veracity Aviation and could not be happier with my experience here. This is one of the most professional flight schools that Ive had the pleasure to train at. My instructor, Steve, has been awesome, and his years of helicopter experience shows!

I have been a fixed wing pilot for many years and am now fulfilling my dream of becoming a helicopter pilot. The people at Veracity are great. Patient but demanding, especially in regard to safety. I feel I am getting the best training anywhere. I have flown with Scott, Adam and Steve and would recommend any/all of them. Have not flown with Jake but he has been great too.

I took a discovery flight in one of their helicopters with an excellent flight instructor and it was fantastic! I wasn’t a bit nervous, the instructor was so comfortable and capable it was the experience of a lifetime. The helicopter was new and well cared for, as well. If you know someone who is excited at the idea of flying in a helicopter, Veracity is a great choice.

I am almost done with my training for helicopter add on. Adam, Steve, Scott and Jake are all excellent instructors and make the process fun but also worth while. The curriculum is well thought out and the helicopters are well maintained. Highly recommend.

Had an awesome time flying the R22 with Steve! Called on a whim and they held the door open for me to accommodate my schedule. Steve, my flight instructor, was undoubtably a master behind the R22. His past flying Apaches for the military made me feel like I was in one too. Would definitely recommend.

I went for a discovery flight with my brother and we had a blast! Adam took us both up and we both came back with the biggest smiles on our faces. He was fun and also very professional the whole time. He talked us through everything and made the experience so very memorable. Defiantly worth the money I would 100% recommend doing!!!

Started lessons today w/ Adam. I have 500 hours in fixed wing and an instrument rating. Adam puts safety first and has deep knowledge and understanding of the R22’s we will primarily be training in. He made my first flight joyful, informative and a great first lesson. So far A+ for Veracity.

I have been interested in helicopters for my entire life. After watching them fly all over the Texas sky, I finally made the jump and began my flight training with Veracity Aviation in Georgetown. From that time, I can say that I have had an absolutely amazing experience. I just passed my commercial checkride yesterday and it seems so surreal that Ive been able to make it this far already. I attribute all of that to the hard working professionals at Veracity. Adam, Jake, and Scott have become like family to me. I have flown with all of them and the passion that they have for this industry and their students is clearly evident. Their first and foremost goal is safety, which I appreciate more than anything, but they also have built my confidence to know that I am prepared for those next challenges. I cant say enough positive things about these 3 guys and Veracity Aviation as a company. I am looking forward to starting my instrument rating soon and then on to CFI after that. After a long time of researching and visiting other options for flight school I found veracity just outside of Austin, perfect location for anyone in Austin wanting to learn to fly. Everything from the start was welcoming and inviting from the people on the phone to my first flight. Smooth transition from nervous new comer to frequent flying student. I’m so happy to see veracity as my second family, now that I spend most of my days there flying.

Veracity has a dedicated team that makes flying safe and fun. The building is spacious and clean for ground training and studying. Highly recommended for anyone looking to go up for fun or wanting to start flight training.

I tried for almost a month to book my first lesson with Alamo but they just couldn’t get it together, didn’t return calls or respond to text in a timely manner, the owner said I was in the books but didn’t send me comfiamtion. Information on what I needed to bring, and I had to make several calls, send out several text messages to find out at the end of the day my lesson for the morning was cancelled due to weather, I would have drove from Austin to San Antonio had I not called myself, only tofind my flight cancelled. I wasnt even offered another time to rebook, except the owner telling me next week will be better, for me to call back then. After that I decided to look around more, and I found this place. They responded to my request, booked me, sent me information so I would know where to go and what I needed to bring, friendly, made me feel like one of them right from the get go. Super organized and they have women instructors. Go Wonder Women!
