The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the actual workers are great. We were given a notice of TWO days by the director to leave and find another daycare because they are downsizing. If you chose to leave the center you must give a week or 2 notice AND pay them through it, which seems like we should’ve been given the same respect. It has caused a huge inconvenience. Would not recommend.

Was told we have two days to find another daycare because they were downsizing per the director. Teachers are great. Loved this daycare, honestly. I’ve waited since March 2021 for a spot. He attended for almost two months. The director kept sending the same sheet (enrollment form document) home to fill out saying she needed it back and each time we filled it out and sent it back the next day, they would send home another the following week. Not sure what that was about but I wouldn’t recommend this place while she is the director.

I love this daycare. The teachers are great, and do a great job communicating. They are wonderful to my child. I recommend to anyone. The staff is amazing and so is the director.

I toured this daycare last week and was immediately impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff! I met Ms. Katie who was nothing but joyful and I could tell she loved the kiddos. I was recommended to tour this daycare from a friend and I was not disappointed. I intend to enroll my little one soon!

It takes a village to raise a child! I am so thankful that Bluegrass Early Care and Education is apart of our village! My son is thriving, learning, and having fun every day at BECE. It gives my husband and I peace of mind that our little one is being cared for and loved while we have to be away from him. We would recommend this facility and teachers to anyone!

BECE has been nothing but wonderful. We moved our son from another daycare in town and I am so glad I did! EVERY teacher here has the children’s best interest at heart. My son was struggling at the old place, he cried every day not wanting to go. He loves BECE and is thriving here. Don’t get stuck in a rut like I did, just because you have gone to a place for so long doesn’t mean it’s the right place. Do yourself a favor and check them out, you will not be disappointed!

My son (4 year old attending) absolutely LOVES miss Katie!!!! All the teachers and staff are wonderful but miss Katie stands out. She is just amazing with all the kids.The crafts that the kids do during the week makes my little so happy to bring home something he made!!There are times that he is upset but only bc they are teaching him structure, manners, how to have fun in a safe fun environment. He has learned so much and it is even better when the staff and parents work together to raise the kids.It takes a tribe to raise kids and I am glad my son has the best!!!Thank you jaime and karmyn and staff

Some of the workers are amazing!Managment could use a class on professionalism and respecting parents. Maybe some communication skill.This place isnt diverse at all! And probably isnt the best spot for a child of color. So if you are a person of color please take this into consideration.Me and My son loved the workers here and Im sure some loved him too, but the way the director speaks and interact with parents, and her employees isnt great. The owner and director are good friends , so just remember if director is upset with you. Then so is owner.We went on vacation and got behind on payment. I was notified once I got back that his spot had been filled.They told me to pay it and my son was going to be able to attend again. She sent an email with a contract and the incorrect amount of money I owed, in this email was the offer for my son to come back. I sent it back to be corrected. I called the center, spoke with the director and explained the amount was wrong and she agreed. In this time me and the director address the issues of communication where we exchanged names for each other and I was hung up on. I was told the correct amount due,I paid it. But After I called the director out about her narcissism and mal treatment they reniged on the offer and asked my son not to come back. The owner sent a letter via email saying that the offer was off the table. I asked the owner what would be the policy on when he could return and she responded with oh, Ive never been asked that before. And never answered the actual question. There was never a warning. There was never a note or letter. It was a phone call. I never actually met the owner. We only communicated during the time they put my son out. The director would intentionally avoid me so she didnt have to talk to me. She would send other workers to speak to me about things like changes in payment and free lunch forms. She would never do this with other parents. There would be notes left on the wall for other parents, but never any for us whether for payment or anything else and then she would lie and say she notified me.At first I was upset about it because I felt like they didnt handle it the right way ( which they didnt). I asked why the offer for my son to return was taken off the table and of course, you guessed it, it was due to payment.. EVENTHOUGH, the day before she said he could come back, she offered for him to continue after payment. So ive realized, the environment wasnt conducive for my child or myself any way. By the tension with the director and the employees. It was coming anyway 💁Im not saying dont send your kids here because this was my experience and outside of the director and owner, the workers are great! But be sure tonstand your ground and get EVERYTHING in writing. If the proper training for took place. I would send my kid back. However at this time, meh!

I love them so much they all teat my babies like their own....
