High energy instructors that are also great with kids. Great place!!

Instructor Shawn and instructor Steve do an amazing job teaching martial arts to my child. I would highly recommend this class to anyone interested in enrolling their child in martial arts.

An absolute great place to learn, grow, and have fun. Instructor Shawn and Instructor Kim are truly awesome and dedicated. They do a great job making sure you get a good workout, advancing your skills, but also that youre enjoying yourself. No two classes are the same!

Shawn is the most amazing instructor. Weve been going to Glen Ellyn location since they opened, as we followed instructor Shawn. We dont mind the extra drive, its worth every mile!Lots of parking space, everything is clean and as it should be.

My girls have been here since its opening and have developed self confidence and strength. Instructor Shawn is so good with the kids and has a great teaching technique.

We love this beautiful new facility for martial arts! Its an excellent program for becoming a black belt and becoming fitter. Instructor Shawn is always so patient, caring, knowledgeable, funny, and down to earth. Hes a great teacher who knows his stuff well. Right now, the classes have been on the smaller side so we especially love the individual attention. My 2 kids (ages 8 and 10) and I are there almost daily. We have also been enjoying the new community that is building there. We have been to both the Naperville and Willowbrook locations of this school, but right now this location is our favorite! Come join us!

Instructor Shawn is the real deal! He’s purely gifted at what he does and is a fantastic instructor to young, old and any stage in between.
