Nice and cosy studio, kids are happy, masters are helpful, rescheduling and makeups are easy. Plenty of paking. Zoom classes for those not comfortable attending due to covid.

Yong-In USA is a top notch martial arts studio. As an adult beginner I was welcomed with respect and encouragement by Master Kim and his entire team. I was challenged and felt a sense of accomplishment. If you are looking for a studio as an adult or for your child to learn and practice Taekwondo you have to meet Master Kim and the Yong-In USA Martial Arts team. The energy of the studio and the friendliness of the people who make up the community are special.

My daughter and son have enrolled for 5 Years more and my son still keeps training martial art in Yong-In USA even though he got black belt. I suggest here if you want your children to learn confidence and balance for their mind and body in their life. Also, the masters and constructors are great in terms of detailed teaching. I appreciate their dedication. Highly recommend here.

A wonderful martial arts school. The Masters and Instructors are a group of dedicated, patient and hard working individuals. My time here is both fun and challenging. The two and half years I have been attending classes here, have changed my life. Through the encouragement and knowledge of Grand Master Kim and camaraderie of the school, I have achieved a self confidence and physical strength I did not know was possible. I highly recommend this school.

I cant express how happy and grateful I am that we found Yong-In. The Masters and Instructors are professional yet remain kind, patient and accommodating. I have a 9 year-old son with special needs and they consistently provide caring and thoughtful instruction while at the same time hold him to an expectation appropriate for him. It is a balance not easily achieved and they do it with exactly the right amount of consideration. My son has been thriving since he began his training and the encouragement from the Masters and Instructors goes a long way. The pride he feels in his progress and accomplishments so far are everything!

A perfect combination of a loving family environment, while teaching strength and self-control. Excellent Masters and instructors, wonderful for someone of any age. Our kids started at ages 3 and 6 respectively, and one of them is still there even at age 13. It is a wonderful place to learn martial arts.

This place is a Scam. My 4 year old got hurt so bad. The masters and their billing company were so rude and not compassionate at all. They did not even care for my son’ heath they only cared to get the money. I ended up paying $300 for 2 classes because he got hurt and they will not refund the balance even though I had the doctor report. I would not recommend this place at all. Not appropriate.

What my kids can do now after becoming second degree Black Belts at Yong In USA Martial Arts in Glen Ellyn is nothing short of amazing. I have one boy (10) and one girl (13) who can do tornado kicks, flying side-kicks and break multiple boards with one hit! I was under the misapprehension that TaeKwonDo was about violence and conflict. That couldnt be further from the truth. Master Kim has focused their minds, assisted in helping me as parent with discipline and positive reinforcement, perfected my kids form & breaking techniques, and strengthened their muscles all while encouraging a fun atmosphere for making new friends. Master Kim brings the highest principles of Martial Arts into clarity in such a way that my family will be postively impacted for the rest of our lives.
