I don’t feel the staff is trained to handle the large volume of children, for starters. I also believe they are not trained to discipline or discourage bad behavior. They just don’t know how to deal with it or simply don’t want to deal with it. They simply pull parents out of work to come get their child.

Valley Child Care and Learning has been great for us. The director has been there for 20 years. She is engaged and connected to provide a great place for the kids. She has a lot of long term staff.The school is safe, clean and inviting. Affordable rates with great flexibility.The teachers really care and engage with the kids. We have seen increased social skills and our girl has fun. She has met friends and likes going. They have tumbling classes weekly that we choose to use.The kids get outside play time. There is good food provided. The teachers helped with potty training.We have been there for a year and there has not been a lot of turn over with the teachers.I highly recommend checking them out.

My four year old daughter went here last year, she absolutely loved it. She adored and loved all of her teachers. I had nothing but good things to say! I really loved the fact that you have to finger print scan to get your child. The front office ladies were always kind, the monthly payment was easy breezy, they do so many awesome activities, and learn lots of things! Its awesome they always celebrate and have little parties for the holidays! Its so cute! I just want to say Thank you for taking such good care of my little one and showing her much love while I had to be away at work! I absolutely appreciate it! 💖 Hugs! ✨

My daughter has been cared for by this wonderful daycare for over a year now. We signed her up at 4 months old which was so hard for me as a new mom. However, the ladies that take care of the newborns treated my daughter like their own. When my daughter turned 1, they celebrated her birthday and everyone that worked with her that first year wrote her the sweetest card that I will hold onto forever. When my daughter advanced to the toddler classroom, I could tell how attached my daughter had become to newborn teachers. My daughter is now 15 months old and those ladies still love on my daughter whenever they see her. As for her teachers in the toddler class, they are so knowledgeable with toddler development. They are so communicative with me and never make me feel like a bad parent when I ask questions. The ladies who run the front office are so genuinely nice and always have a smile on their face. I couldnt be more grateful to the staff of this facility especially after 2020, every one of the staff members has gone above and beyond and Ill forever be grateful I found them.

We love how friendly and helpful all of the staff is here! Early mornings can be rough with little kids, and I appreciate how happy and cheerful the teachers ALWAYS are in the morning at drop off, as well as in the afternoon at pick up.

Wonderful Center! I have been through my share of child care centers and this one is exceptional! I never think twice about my childs safety or the role modeling they are receiving. The staff is extremely committed to ensuring that each day is filled with creative learning and each staff puts extraordinary effort into this goal. Every time I am there they are organizing a new display, activity , or craft. I am more than pleased with Valley Child Care in Glendale!

Not worth the money, and not impressed by this school at all. The director is very fake and acted so sweet and welcoming when I took a tour of the school, but ever since, anytime I see her when I’m signing my child in, she does not say hello and is unwelcoming. My son dreaded coming to school here and told me all they did was play most days. He came home with worksheets that clearly nobody helped him to do. Lots of busy work. The only craft he did was a Father’s Day card that was done by the teacher after the staff was notified the week prior that he did not have a dad. During a tour, the director bragged about all of these summer camp activities he would do. It is now August and I have yet to here about anything fun that he had done. He had an accident one day and the teacher threw his brand new shorts away instead of putting them in a plastic bag. My son was put in 3T pants that didn’t fit when I had a change of clothes at the school for him. His last day was today and the teacher did not say goodbye. We have told his teacher SEVERAL times that today was his last day as he starts kindergarten next week. Not even sure they payed attention and acknowledged this. Unprofessional. They want your money. They could care less about providing a fun, safe environment for the kids.

My son is a three year old that has experienced few preschools and also has went to a elementary program, he was having difficulties with listening and throwing tantrums at the other schools and was being sent home. My son has been here for 2 weeks and loves his teacher and the school. He loves the program he learns and comes home with homework like he is a big kid. I am super grateful that I found this school because they have the patience to work with kids that need more attention then others. I would highly recommend this school to anyone :)

What a God send! Thank goodness for this facility and its staff of confident, caring, and patient teachers. Our family moved from Albuquerque NM to Phoenix AZ. Our 5 year old didnt handle the move/change very well and didnt know how to cope so he would yell, lash out, and sometimes run away in a panic. 2 previous schools we tried; Sunshine Preschools & Childrens Learning Adventure, didnt want anything other than perfect kids and couldnt be bothered to address a unique situation. After a desperate search we settled on Valley Learning Center and have been happy ever since. The pre-k teacher, Ms Mallory, was very kind, understood the situation, and worked with him while we were settling in our new home. Hes now thriving, learning, and is very ready for Kinder. He will stay in their summer program and start in August with the rest of the big kids.Plus, they have daily rates! Perfect for those weeks when you want to take a vacation with the kids.Trust me...youll find no better than Valley Learning Center!03/14/17

The staffs here are horrible with children. Not just are they lazy but they are careless and non-attentive with the kids. Instead of actually helping with potty training a child, they will put the child in diapers. if the child happen to poop, they are left in their own feces that it drys on the kid. And if you bring the child in their underwear to help with weaning them off of diaper, the staffs will put the child in diaper. Nobody there can account for any physical injury to your kid, not even the teachers in the class.

Both of my boys go here and they love it absolutely, I always feel welcomed and my sons tell me all about their days afterwards and how they got to play and sing songs and learn new things.

I went in for a tour to bring my 11 month old. When I walked in to fill out the tour info the infant room was right next to the office, babies were crying and you could here an employee say oh my god we do not get paid enough for this also the 8-11 month room had 6 children with one teacher. When I asked the lady about these concerns she said if the employees need help theyll ask for it. and she doesnt know why there is not another employee with the 8-11 month old room. I will not be bringing my son here
