Good, caring school with effective leadership and well trained teachers. A+ grade! Good programs and a variety of specials. I teach at Ironwood High School next door and all my kids go here. I recommend this school to anyone with K-8 graders. Then, when they graduate, they can come to Ironwood.

My child has never attended Desert Valley, my child goes to Copperwood. However the KidZone after school program is often held at Desert Valley, and I have always been impressed with the staff there. I do miss the guy that used to run the Kids Zone Program I think he was an assistant principal comment and I cant think of his name but he was great, first name was George

I graduated from Desert Valley and it was a wonderful experience. The children were very nice and the teacher are some what nice. The education is wonderful.

Mrs. Lake is one of the best assistants in the district. She is very dedicated to her students and makes sure they get what they need.
