This school is one of the worst in the district. I am on child number 4 and thank God the last. Each year it gets worse and worse. I would highly recommend that anyone considering choosing this school think again. They would get a better education from a On Line school. I have found that Mirage, Desert Sky and Deer Valley all have the laziest teachers. And then the Principle who is a teenager has no control over her staff. They tell her what to do, plus just her overall look cant be taken seriously. The rules are written in pencil and only apply when they feel like it and who they should be enforced with. Complete revamp of personal needs to happen, this school is a joke.

School is trash, decided to send my kids to Desert Heights Prep Academy! The moment they went there they were getting all As and Bs and surrounded by good friends! SEND YOUR KIDS TO DESERT HEIGHTS PREP

This school sucks. Its full of spoiled rich kids and hood rats who think the world revolves around them. They dont care about each other. I swear to god there are so many fake people that want to be your friend when theyre even not. Theyre using you just to get yourself in trouble, take your food and/or money that you havent ate breakfast more often, takes advantage of you, etc. Teenagers(Not all, but the majority of them)only care about if youre rich and having a nice house or car, thats it. Also, some of the teachers are WAY too lazy to deal with these mindless children who pick on others. Now THIS is why I chose to handle these situations myself. High schools like this are nothing but a living nightmare.

The best part about Deer Valley is the fact that if I ever fail at life, I’ll always have a job for me at this school.

There are some of the most amazing teachers in the world at this school; Mrs. Harkema, Mrs. Engelking, and Mr. Allen not only teach you about a subject, but teach you about life. Dont let the extremely rude ladies in the office keep you from this incredible school.

This school absolutely sucks the teacher dont care about your well being and learning compacity, they admin complains about students being late to class but yet they hand out iss like crazy, and they have a confinement room which is a 5 by 5 box that they put students in the room is padded like an insane asylum and the also strap the students into restraints. The school is jot required to keep record unless the kid is in the confinement room for up to an hour. Also kids across the district have died in these confinement rooms. Do NOT enroll your children in this school or district at that.
