Great place to learn self-defense. Everybody is super friendly so you will never feel out of place. 10/10 would recommend. Very kid friendly as well.

I cannot say enough about how awesome Ismael Aoki is and for the way he handles his students, firm yet extremely passionate about empowering them. It’s a perfect compliment to the values and high standards that we have for our family. For a dad with 2 daughters attending. I need all the help I can get to help enforce a confident and positive attitude and mindset. We are truly blessed to be part of the Double Five Family. It’s a way of life!!

My kids and I train here and love it. There is world class instruction along with a family friendly environment. My kids have learned more than just good jiu jitsu instruction, but also are more confident and more respectful of others. I highly recommend this place for kids and adults.

Great Jiu Jitsu school. Awesome kids program and adult program. Great group of people. This gym also has access to Muy Thai and strength and conditioning for people that want to cross train. If you’re looking for a BJJ school in Glendale you found it!
