I brought my 3 and a half year old daughter to this center because I thought it would be good for my child to get some exposure to other kids and teachers. We’ll I made a huge mistake because I signed up for the camera live stream service and half of the time I can’t see my child because they are being shuffled between classes. But when I do see my child on the camera it’s horrible I would rather not see the cameras because the teacher does not seem like they want to be there, and the children are just running around not doing anything. When I try to talk to management about it I am always pushed to the side. My child never wants to go to school and now I can see why. Wish I could give this place no stars I will be calling state officials because I cannot let other kids suffer the way my daughter has. IF ANYONE READS THIS PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE GO AROUND THE CORNER TO THUNDERBIRD.

Wow I don’t even know where to begin with this place, I’m not the type to post public reviews like this but after trying to talk to management and get help I feel like I have no choice. My child is in the 4 year old class pre-K and she has not been wanting to go to school recently and I couldn’t see why because she loves to learn and play with other children, so after she kept complaining I decided to watch the live cameras and I can see why she does not like the school, for one the children are never engaged in anything and are just running around doing what ever they want. The teacher seems to not want to be there and is just completely out of it. It seems like a playground more than a class. I was very unhappy with this so I tried to bring it up to management and was never taken seriously the assistant director Martina is very rude and does not care one bit about unhappy parents it seems like it’s a joke to her. After I could not get help from management I decided to give it another week but this was a huge mistake, my daughter would always come home hungry from school so I asked her if she was eating lunch and she said she was but that the teacher would yell at her if she asked for more. So this was the final straw for me and I can just tell you that my child and I will not be returning I am posting this so that other parents can be aware of what’s going on and maybe they will investigate more before bringing their children to this center

Wow where do I even begin, sent my 1 year old to this location and on the cameras the teacher was seen grabbing the child from the arm in a way that was really aggressive. When brought to the attention of management nothing was done and it continued. The staff looked all worn down and tired it seems like they don’t get breaks or anything because they just all seem so out of it. Management seems like they do not know what they are doing, the assistant director Martina is really rude and unprofessional! Do not send your kids here!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. From the director to all the teachers, everyone of them is knowledgeable and communicative and friendly. I feel great about dropping my daughter off every day, I know she is in good hands. She starts in the 1s room next week and Im looking forward to seeing her thrive even more as a toddler at this facility.

This is one of the best preschools, we have loved mostly every minute of it. Please dont take in every small complaint. Truly do read the reviews here and on other sites from all the positive that has been said. So sad that my daughter is growing out of the schools full time care. As she starts kindergarten next year. We will truly miss, Ms.Jen, Ms.Jo, Ms,Julie, Ms.Janelle and Ms.Sierra.

I was hoping to use Tutor Time for days my kiddos got out of school early/had the whole day off. I scheduled a tour so we could better familiarize ourselves with the place. Each time I visited to fill out paper work the front desk staff acted either put off while helping me or like I wasn’t even there. Zero attempts to make me feel welcome in any way. I then brought my children and their grandma in for the “tour” which lasted all of five minutes. We visited one room where there was only one male staff with the kids. The TV was blaring and he was working on some binder project instead of watching/interacting with the children at all. The only interaction he had with the kids was to look up and yell at a kid to knock it off. I was expecting him to attempt to talk to us or at the very least smile but got nothing. My son stood with his hands over his ears the entire time we were in the room. At this point I had already paid ~$400 for them to attend 5 days (and no, a half day counts as a full day). After the tour I kissed the money goodbye. There’s no way I could have sent them there and felt good about it.

My child has attended this facility for years, she attended under the old staff and now under Jennifer, my child has sensory displacement disorder which sometimes causes her to be unruly, the staff has always been supportive of her sensory issues, my child had a hard time moving class rooms as change is not easy for her, once again the staff supported our child through this, I have had a couple issues as expected with any facility, I feel as though both Jen and Joe always took my concerns into consideration and have been more than helpful to validate my concerns and address the same. I feel more than confident walking out the door and leaving my child in the care of this staff, so much that I have referred numerous friends, family members and clients to this specific facility and I also enrolled my foster child who was one years old into the facility (now 2) the staff has been nothing but supportive knowing her separation issues. Department of Child Safety (formerly known as CPS) frequents this facility as part of our program to check on my foster child, each case worker has informed me that the staff is great to work with and they are impressed with the facility. I am a very involved parent and stay on top of things with my children. I have no complaints regarding this facility or staff, I have received nothing but support and professionalism from all staff members. I will continue to recommend this facility to my friends, family and clients.

I would not recommend this facility to any parent, EVER. I spoke to corporate, called the state. When I spoke with corporate they assisted us in finding us a different tutor time. However the employee who SHOVED my 1 year old who could even walk down was still employed along with the director who made me feel I didn’t actually see what I saw. I cried and cried I felt so stupid for trusting such awful women with my ONE year old. Please for the love of god close this center down. Do not take your children here.

I wish I could say something better. When my child started here he loved it, his teacher was great and we were happy. Over the past two years this place has declined significantly while their prices continues to climb and we are randomly charged arbitrary fees that do not appear to benefit the children in anyway. The kids, especially in the pre-k and junior-k groups are not well supervised. They believe in “learning through play” but charge for math and writing books they never use. The food served to the children is deplorable and reminds me of what is served to people in homeless shelters. Most recently my child (who is 5) was allowed to serve himself and allowed to eat so many canned peaches that he got sick to his stomach and had 3 separate accidents. We were never called or notified. When I spoke with the front desk, and assistant director, was told that the front was never even told and blamed ignorance. Ignorance is not a valid excuse when it comes to other people’s children. These people are neglectful to these kids, have no structure and are stealing money from parents promising services they don’t follow through with. We will be finding a new place for our child, one that actually takes care of the children entrusted to them.

This place is not professional. Jennifer is the director at this facility (Bell) is not professional, very demanding, and a liar. They are understaff and not trained with dealing with children who has behavioral issues. My child has been attending tutor time on 59th ave Bell. Before the new director, my child really like the center. He was learning and advancing even learned to potty trained. When the new director came into the facility the quality has went down. All of the best teachers moved to another facility and a couple of the best teachers got fired. The communication lacked and Im constantly trying to figured out where my child’s personal things were. In the PreK he is not learning anything. I paid extra for the workbook which they didn’t go over. This is not a learning center its a daycare where kids come to play and take naps. The classroom is dirty and unorganized. My child leaves the daycare dirty. A couple of times I would pick him up in a T-shirt only. They told me about my child’s behavior but there wasn’t any solutions. They couldn’t offer me advice or tips. This place is not structural that was the problem too many inconsistencies. The quality has went downhill. As you could see the ratings has dropped. In the pass month my child has went through 4 teachers. He starting to have behavioral problems since November 2019 where his favorite teacher quit. There is no structure, no learning, and definitely no leadership. My child was bored and he was not being considered. My child likes Mr. Denny and the teacher never had any problems with him. Me. Denny was only part time and never complain about my child behavior. The school needs to hired more educated, qualify teachers who knows what to do in stressful situations. The ones that “taught” my son didn’t have any child development certificates or degrees. The place is not diverse. It started out with 4 African American teachers now its only one African American teacher who looks unhappy. I counted only three African American children in preschool-Prek including my child. I really believe my child was targeted because of the stereotypical behavioral. My child was not happy and Im glad that they let him go! As a matter of fact, I didnt have any time to look for another childcare since Im a working single parent. So I would recommend this place to my worst enemy

My one year old had never attended daycare before and they were kind and nurturing during his transition. I love the Brightwheel app the school uses for updates throughout the day. The two toddler teachers Kialie and Melissa, and director, Marcia, are truly wonderful. The school is clean, smells good, and is cheerful. We are on week 3 of attending school and are very pleased with our experience thus far.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABIES HERE!!!!I am extremely upset with the care in services that I have received while my EASY & happy little baby girl Who is 9 months old was under this facilities care. I have never seen my daughter so miserable and upset, she was a completely different baby and it brought tears to my eyes and my husbands seeing what she had gone through those two weeks she was here. I had to switch her immediately through the week with someone else, and she was immediately better!!! She bawled every time I dropped her off and screamed, which she has never done! Several times, actually every single day I would take her in there in the morning I saw several babies rolling around on the floor crying and exhausted from not being attended to and my heart broke for them and wanted to find the parents and tell them what I saw. They almost looked sick or in a daze... If that was my daughter and I witnessed that, I would hope that someone would tell me. My daughter has gone to three different daycares, and I have never had the issues that I have there with them as I have with Tutor Time. Not to mention I was late to work twice because they did not have someone there opening the baby room when they should have, I had to sit around and then spend additional time to console her. They are not cheap, and should be way more organized than they are (yet they are in the most rediculoua ways no one has time for labeling everything, no backups of anything!!) And should be taking exceptional care of the little ones. As far as babies go, they should not be taking care of them. And that is the most sensitive and scary area that parents come to in choosing a facility. My daughter received no sleep whatsoever (SERIOUSLY! THey log it and she also at most 30 minutes a day being there 12 hours! Probably not at all rolling around or being ignored thinking she will sleep with the screaming babies) ...and slept from the second she got in the car seat through the night, till I took her back the next morning.... miserable. Through the entire weekend and I am not kidding!! I had to wake her up to feed her. She looked sick and didn’t even want to eat, it made my husband and I cry. It is impossible to have that many babies in one room with only two people attending to them... I honestly have considered leaving reviews and reaching out to Tutor Time upper management as well as the parents because of my horrible experience with them. If your babies are there now, you should pull them out IMMEDIATELY.
