I have nothing but good things to say about the AZREB real estate salesperson program. I passed both the school and state exam my first try (in under a month from when I signed up). 2 weeks in the class room, 1 week studying, and 1 week testing.My #1 study tool was reviewing my notes taken during Randy Helfman’s workshop. It is a Crammer course you have the option to take on a Saturday. I HIGHLY recommend it if you want to pass on your first attempt.

I really love working through this class for my real estate license. You can choose to attend a live virtual or a face to face class, or you can choose to attend an online course. I chose to attend the online course for the flexibility of it, considering I have three small children under the age of five.What I love about the online course is that there is a healthy balanced combination of videos, readings, and quizzes (unlimited attempts that do not count against- solely to check understanding) spread out along each session. John and Jim both teach segments and speak in the videos throughout the course, using applicable examples of information and content being taught to help create meaning and understanding during the learning process- rather than just reading facts and memorizing terms.Personally, I find John especially easy to pay attention to and follow. I enjoy testing myself on what Ive just learned throughout the course and challenging application of knowledge through hypothetical scenarios presented in quizzes.The textbook that is included is just a to-the-point collection of all the information taught in class, including a glossary in the back and some quizzes and extra forms and resources for reference. I havent needed to use my textbook at all during this course, but I appreciate having it as something tangible and owned for reference beyond class throughout my career.I did see other classes available through other platforms for significantly less money, but I am not sure of the quality of validity of those courses. I chose to take the courses through ASREB because a friend of mine started her career through ASREB and recommended it. I do think that the price is a little steep- luckily I got mine for 25% off during a sale. However, I think that the quality of this course is exceptional and it is a valid course.

I got my real estate license through this school and I loved it!!! CompuCram is a MUST it saved me on passing the test. Very helpful tool.

Save yourself the money, hundreds of dollars spent for incorrect information, two books that they keep needing to make corrections on, and if you spend $700 for this school, they’ll tell you when they offer in-person classes you can attend. Then, when classes are starting up, they’ll inform you that’s not aloud, you’re only able to do online if you paid for online. I guess their representatives are willing to tell you anything to get a quick sale. Told them originally online doesn’t work for me, and I’d rather wait until in person classes were offered, and they assured me I would be their student and I could attend.SAVE YOUR MONEY. A bunch of instructors who can’t stay on topic through live streaming, and incorrect and riddled with mistakes online course, and a customer service team behind the phone who won’t respond when there’s an issue with your classes or material. Save your money. ❤️ If there was a -5 stars, it would have it ❤️

I am rating a 1 star because I am a student that has had absolutely no support with my online classes from anyone at this school. I have now called in twice requesting to speak with someone (1/18 & 1/27) and not one person has even tried to call me back. There are better options I am sure for less money and more student support. Do NOT buy this course just because it has a 85%+ exam pass rate, this stat is false and misleading. Still waiting from my call...

I am currently taking a webinar course partnered with Learn Mortgage. Since unfortunately they don’t have any in person classes. I can say since being in the class understandable we are in a pandemic, we have a lot of technical difficulties as well as my class mates and I are muted so we are forced to communicate through the message icon. Also for the most part the instructor is reading off very generic slides, meaning you will have to teach yourself after taking the course. Which can be difficult to most individuals. I didn’t pass my first state test since at first I purchased the 20hr 7day class with no webinar teaching myself, so I decided to purchase the webinar thinking perhaps if it is instructor led it would help. I was wrong, for it to be 499$ I would hope it would be better, I even asked a question through the message bar only for it to be overlooked.. I have invested a lot of money to pass an exam that would cost 110$ in addition. I think the classes are poorly done, and would prefer an instructor that would actually teach not just read off slides . I could have done it on my own ...

This school is a scam. I enrolled in the online real estate sales person course. No support, no one calls you back, the school test is set up so you fail and keep having to pay. This has happened to several people I know. Go to ANY other school.

Its the worst school to take the course in the final test they just do a tricky questions in order to fail and pay again or pay for extension is just about to get your money

I took the two weeks, failed the school test 3 times but passed the estate in the first try.
