They are NO HELP. Contacted them WEEKS ago, paid 15.00 for a screening in which everything came back good. Bill said he would contact me ASAP for apartments and then I never heard back from him. Dont waste your time with these people.

Penny Sullivan is extremely unprofessional. She has poor communication skills. I wanted to view a home before becoming pre approved with her lender Mike. When I communicated that Im not interested in doing so before viewing the house she sent me 3 long texts calling me crazy and other negative remarks. Buying a home is a huge investment and a person needs a realtor with a professional disposition and a mature attitude.

We have moved our office to 18205 N. 51st Ave. Suite 151 in Building #5 Glendale AZ 85308. Stop by the new office, the internet is up, phones are good, office work stations and printers are setup. We are still painting and decorating the office, but we are very functional. The new office is twice the size, and we will send out some pictures once the painting and decorating is complete. We love our new location, its right off the 101 and 51st exit its so easy to get to, and a very nice office area in a new building. More information to come, please stop by when you get a chance.

Do not waste your time coming here. I spent three days putting my faith in these guys. All I got in return was feeling discouraged and frustrated. They could not find a single place for me. An apartment complex they took me to told me about a different realtor. I signed a lease an hour later.

These guys are such a great help, I definitely recommend them before valley kings.
