WoW!!!!! I would have never thought I would swim in less than 4 days! I thought the reviews were false/fake. But I thought, I would give it a try anyways, since I was guaranteed my money. He knows his stuff. My only advice is to: dump your brain, come with a spirit of openness, be ready to be a student, listen more and think less. I am forever grateful πŸ™πŸΎ

I used to have so much anxiety around water for as long as I can remember. I didn’t want water in my face, I didn’t want to go into water above my waist, my fear was extreme. After 4 days all the anxiety I have is gone. I honestly still can’t believe it, I WANT to go to the pool to swim, I look forward to being in water. The technique Klaus used to teach makes so much sense, it’s logical and scientific facts. I would recommend 1000 times over. I honestly never thought swimming would be a part of my life, I thought I missed that milestone in life that most children get. I am so so so glad I decided to quit waiting and learn from Klaus. He has given me a life skill, and the knowledge and tools I need to be safe, confident, and enjoy water. Thank you!

Yes, it works! We took the class with Klaus (group of 4) and was able to comfortably swim the length of the pool by the end of day 2. What was critical is Klaus explaining (and demonstrating) that our body would naturally float. This 4-day program is perfect - my work/family life doesnt allow me to accommodate weekly 30-min classes for an indeterminate amount of time. THANK YOU Klaus and Thitiya.

I am SPEECHLESS!!! Bolle swim school lived up to everything that everyone is saying! Honestly after reading all of the reviews I got super excited but then still doubted. I felt like I would be that one person out of all of the success stories, to fail and still not learn how to swim-I couldnt have been more wrong!! To be honest I became a believer on the very first day. I had always been extremely terrified with deep water, not being able to touch the bottom of a pool on the deep end scared me to the point of paralyzing me with fear. The very first day he got me comfortable enough to get into 12ft and just trust that I would come back up (buoyancy-he stresses that and its very important). I couldnt even believe it myself and then the 2nd day I was able to dive off a diving board into 12ft!!! Amazing!!!! Klaus absolutely has a gift and I wouldnt have wanted or trusted anyone else to teach me but him and so glad I was able to learn! Now I feel like I can enjoy water activities and jump into any feet of water and feel comfortable and swim!! Thank you Klaus!! If I could can learn anyone can!! Trust the reviews!!!

To the most incredible instructor, Klaus Bolle, all I can say is thank you. It seems so small a phrase to use for the life changing experience you gave me. Bolle swim school has helped me conquer the most distressing fear I had of the water...unable to swim my whole life, the fear gripped me and prevented me from experiencing how peaceful it can be to learn in the right environment. Klaus’ program at his swim school guarantees you will swim in 4 days....and I’m proof that even the most fearful, inexperienced person can become a swimmer. I will be forever grateful to Klaus for sharing his gift with me and with the world. To say I enjoyed this process is an understatement..I LOVED everything about this program including the fabulous people I met while there. Klaus, you are an amazing human, thank you for being you, and giving me such a priceless gift of learning that I can overcome my fears and those fears can no longer limit my life. So, I simply say thank you, graciously, sincerely and humbly. For those of you considering this class, you will swim...you will learn...you will find you can do it and Klaus Bolle can get you there.

My husband and I just completed the 4-day swim program and it was everything we hoped for. People, if you have any doubts that Uncle Klaus can teach you how to swim in 4 days...stop it! Not only can he teach you in 4 days...you are actually swimming on day ONE! Yes, we were doing strokes on the first evening. Let me make it plain - Day One, was a 4 hour class. The science behind how Uncle Klaus teaches is mind-boggling and yet makes nothing but absolute sense! You will learn WHY. You will learn HOW. You will leave knowing how to sustain what you learned over the weekend and feel confident and excited to begin a new journey in your life. I am 51 years old and my husband is 54 years old. We arrived on Friday evening not being able to swim a lick (as the saying goes) and left on Monday after diving in the deep end (10 feet), performing breaststroke, backstroke, freestyle. Others in our class ended the day by playing diving games in the deep end! It was best money weve spent. We invested in ourselves and it tuly paid off!

Are you:Fearful of water, frustrated with being a shallow pool hugger, embarrassed with not being able to swim as an adult, tired of not fitting in and enjoying water sports, tired of being left behind? Yep, that was me BEFORE I experienced the most exciting miraculous weekend of my life. I had it in my mind that I would never be able to swim this late in life. I came across the Bolle Adult Swim School website and was very sceptical to their claims. Learn to swim in 4 days - GUARANTEED. Yeah, right, not me. Then I met Klaus. The next 4 days was a life changing experience. After a couple hours in the pool I learned how to understand and appreciate buoyancy, float, breast stroke, and lost my fear of water. Early on the second day I was in the deep end of the pool enjoying the diving board. Klaus is the most patient and understanding person Ive ever met.I was in a group class but Klaus made me feel as if I was the only student he had and gave me all the attention and direction I needed. If you can listen and follow directions you will be swimming in a matter of hours.Klaus never lost his cool with any of us. He knows just how much to push you without going over your individual limits. He is right there with you every step. I would recommend this class to anyone that has any doubt with their water abilities. After 4 days of class I have more confidence and endurance in deep water. It was a relaxed atmosphere with a lot of humor thrown in from Klaus. My only regret is not doing this many years ago. Thank you Klaus for opening up another avenue in my life. I attended Bolle’s swim school on April 2 and graduated on the 5th ( Friday - Monday). I’m a confident swimmer now because of Mr. Boles’ expertise, dedication, passion for swimming and patience. This is an invaluable experience I recommend for anyone really serious about learning how to swim.I can write a two page review but in fairness to brevity I won’t. If it helps alleviate any doubts, I enrolled with 5 colleagues. 4 left confident swimmers. The fifth just didn’t start lessons when we did but I witnessed him overcome aquaphobia and I have no doubt he’ll graduate with success.A profound thanks to Mr and Mrs Bolle. Thank you!

It works. The reviews are true. Im a black woman over 40 and always yearned -- craved-- to know how to swim and enjoy it. Well I finally learned in July 2018 and what a feeling! What an accomplishment! It was my #1 dream in life. My class was a diverse group of 4 from all over the country, various backgrounds, and one uniting fear. I traveled from TN to AZ and it was worth it. As stated on the site, the reasons that adults dont learn easily is true. On day one I went from being terrified of even walking near the deep end to jumping in and swimming in 12ft!! How? Why? Because he educates you about water and the body and how they work harmoniously together. And the environment and pool conditions are sheer perfection so the body can focus and relax. Period. No instructor anywhere does it like he does. Its not all hype. I invested the time and money and you should too. If you have questions, contact me. Seems hard to believe, but I can testify that his training works. Spend the time and money! I learned on Day One and I was terrified of swimming and 100% inexperienced. Now water is my Happy Place and I cannot get enough of swimming! Im so insanely happy!

I arrived with no swimming skills, never having taken swim classes before and a great uncomfort whenever my feet couldn’t touch the bottom of the pool as well as just having my head underwater, but after the 4 days I had gained way more confidence in being in the water. I ended the 4 days being comfortable enough to jump off the dive board, and swim back to the other side of the pool using breaststroke and backstroke. Another thing I learned to do was trust buoyancy, which Klaus taught us was crucial. Don’t be discouraged to give the school a try 4 days is actually a long time to be spending in the pool and plenty of time to learn how to swim and be comfortable in the water, especially with the help of Klaus who has been doing this for many years and continues to do what he loves.

9-29-2020Bolle Adult Swim School -Non-Swimmers ClassI attended the non-swimmer class September 25-28, 2020.This was one of the best experiences in my lifetime! I am 70 years old and was scared to death of deep water! As long as I could touch the bottom of the pool I was just fine. While on vacation last year a friend asked me if we were in a boat & it capsized, could I swim good enough to save myself? The answer was NO! After answering this question I decided it was time to learn how to swim! I began a search for swim lessons for adults & came across the Bolle Adult Swim School. After reading all the reviews I was convinced this was the school I should attend. There were 7 students in my class. The main thing we all had in common was that we were all unable to swim & feel comfortable in deep water. We came from Puerto Rico, Miami, Albuquerque, LasVegas, Dallas & Nebraska.I stayed in their home & Klaus & his wife Thitiya were the perfect hosts!Klaus is so patient & fun & such an amazing teacher! As long as you listen to him & do as he says, you will be swimming in no time at all! After he explained about buoyancy, swimming became much clearer! In just 4 days, we were all swimming and having so much fun.We spent a lot of time in the pool & we were all exhausted after each session. But in those 4 days I have never laughed so much & developed such a bond with my fellow students. After completing the class, we all exchanged phone numbers & are going to create a swim group on FB. I believe we will stay friends for the rest of our lives. If you are nervous about being in water, please do yourself a favor & sign up for these classes. You may think these classes are too expensive but they were worth every penny! My only regret is that I did not know about the Bolle Adult Swim School sooner! Thanks Klaus for changing my life! I can now look forward to enjoying water instead of asking How deep is the water?Jane Jessen (aka Nebraska)

Klaus teaching methodology is unlike any other programs offered at YMCA and fitness centers. I have spent the last 15 years taking paid lessons from various resources and the results was unsuccessful. I still had a fear of being in the deep end.The difference is that Klaus teaches you and demonstrates in various ways the concept of buoyancy. Once you experience buoyancy, the rest is about coordinating your arms, legs and breathing to move in water.I especially like that he weaves in many water safety/survival skills that will be useful for life, regardless if you are in a crowded public pool or open water sitation.Overall, the group lesson was very enjoyable. All the participants came there with a common objective to overcome a lifelong fear of water. As a person, I find Klaus to be a good person. His primary intent is to teach people about water safety and familiarity. And his sidekick wife is super nice and helpful as well (and she has such a graceful breaststroke!!)

Klaus is an awesome instructor. His teaching method is simple and easy to follow.its too good to be true that learning swimming in five days is possible.I felt its impossible to learn in five days while I am signing up for his classes. It did not even took 5 days to swim, glide on the water, holding the breathe under water, breast stroke (keeping head under the water surface and keeping head over the water surface), competition style swimming, back stroke, swimming in 15 feet deep ..etc.He Had lot of stories from his past. After listening to his past, I felt more inspired and motivated.Trust me he is not one of those instructors who do honey talk. He will always explain your mistakes and lets you correct them sooner by adding the background physics , your intuitiveness, your reflections for water (especially deep waters). He taught the importance of Buoyancy. Buoyancy is what it makes us float above the water.I cant believe myself that I got the ability all in 3.5 days. His intensive course gave me the muscle memory kick in just 3 days.

First off, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! Klaus Bolle swim school is the real deal. If you ever had a fear of water or concern that you would never learn to swim, Klaus is the one to change all that and get you jumping into a pool with a smile on your face. I am incredibly grateful to him and the school he runs. I thought I was never going to swim prior to completing this 4 day class. I started as an adult in my later forties. I had two previous partial drowning events where I was rescued by someone. I feared the water and I hated the stigma of being a non swimmer. I carried that around for decades and the shame that I could not swim, even with my own kids. On day one of training, I put my trust into Klaus and I became a person who floats. On day two, I felt accomplished in many things we did, and I now believed in buoyancy. On day three I thought, I could possibly do this as I swam the length of the pool! And on day four, I swam the length of the pool so much that I wanted to stay there and keep on diving in again and again. I could not believe it was only four days later and I was swimming. The following week, I went to my sisters house and swam there. Additionally, I got my niece to go from scared and fearful of the deep part of the pool to swimming across the long axis of the pool. I modeled Klaus and his technique and did what all the other long term swimmers were unable to do... I taught. Now, I feel comfortable going to events that may include swimming. I do not have that lump in my throat any more and I smile at the fact that I accomplished this even being as fearful as I was. If you cannot swim now, dont give up, do this for yourself and realize your full potential too. The possibilities are endless and the doors that opened are many. Go see Klaus and trust in him, he will ensure your safety and your success. Thank you Klaus!

I just finished the 4 Day swim session on 9/17. I am a 47yr old woman that have taken 3 different swim lesson courses at various times in the past. The last two courses were private lessons. Each course consisted of about a total 10 -12 lessons taken once or twice a week. After all this I came away knowing how to float on my back but not much else and certainly nothing that helped me with my fear of deep water. I had an intense fear of being in the deep and try as I might I always hung onto the wall of a pool for dear life. Unable to tread water, I finally gave up. I came across this school during a search and read the information and knew immediately that this school was what I needed. From day one Klaus spent time showing us proper techniques and stressing the importance of proper breathing and a slower more relaxed pace when swimming. Im not sure what happened but believe me when I say that incorporating all of these elements somehow calmed my mind and focus. Before I knew what was happening I felt like I belonged in the water. The first time Klaus had the class jump off the board into the deep end and it was my turn, the fear was almost crippling. My knees were weak, my stomach was doing weird stuff and my heart was beating so loud and fast I couldnt hear anything else. Finally I jumped in. When I emerged from beneath the water, Klaus was there. Still encouraging, still advising ,still helping. I didnt die. And I had to do it again and again and again. By day 3 I was going into the deep, without being asked, remaining there and practicing my freestyle and breaststroke. Strangest of all, I was enjoying it and having fun! Since returning home I have spent every day as I did at Bolle. In the pool. At the very deep end. No more fear, just wonderful fun. Sometimes during my freestyle I still hear Klaus voice...Go slow. Now breathe. Lol. I never thought this would be me. The freedom I now feel is incredible! Thank you So very much Klaus. If youre reading this and you want to learn how to swim, this is the way!

The class was early in the morning and all I can remember was shivering uncontrollably and having a death grip on the edge of the pool. This is, as Klaus explains, not how he teaches. Our class were all adults. We started in the shallow end and the water is 85 degrees. He made us comfortable.I knew I wasnt afraid of the water as much as not knowing (and accepting the fact I didnt know) what to do. I was also convinced I couldnt float.Klaus first explained bouyancy and how it relates to swimming. I quickly realized it wasnt that I couldnt float as much as I didnt know how. After learning I could float, the rest was relatively easy. The course is an intense 4 days. Its a lot of pool time but the time goes quickly. By day two, I was spending more time in the deep end, practicing my strokes, than Id ever imagined. It was exciting how much confidence and ability I was gaining daily. Day two, I was jumping into the deep end and swimming out. Day three, I was diving into the pool.Overall, this has been one of the most amazing and fulfilling experiences in my life. At 66 years old I was a complete non-swimmer and after an experience after I took public pool swim lessons I ventured into a deep end of a pool and when I stopped swimming I suddenly found I was sinking to the bottom. Fortunately I was in water just shallow enough to push off from the bottom to the surface and splash my way to the side of the pool. From that point on for 60 years I completely avoided water above maybe chest level and even walking by the deep end of the pool made me remember that experience of sinking to the bottom. Planning for retirement in early 2020 I decided it was finally time to learn to swim and I happened onto the Bolles Swim school site and read reviews. I was absolutely against going to a public pool and being taught to swim with a lot of other people with 1 or 2 lessons a week so from week to week I would probably forget most of was was taught. After reading Klaus philosophy on compressing the learning process into four days appealed to me and the small group, private setting was very important.I just returned from the Bolles swim school last night after the Oct 4-7 sessions and WOW!!! After the first 2 hours on the Friday night Klaus had taught us why we float in the water, BUOYANCY!!!!!. He carefully explained some concepts in the shallow end of the pool and then took us to the deep end holding onto the sides of the pool and had us individually go under water and guess what, we popped right to the surface, yeah. I didnt sink like a rock. For the rest of the three days we were demonstrated in numerous ways about buoyancy and using it to properly swim different strokes. On the Sunday morning of the school I confidently jumped into the deep end feet first and head first and relaxed in the 12 deep water or swam the length of the pool using back stroke, breast stroke, and freestyle. My strokes still need a lot of practice but Klaus reminders from the class will be in my mind as I practice. Im still grinning about the results and as another reviewer said my only regret is I didnt have this opportunity decades ago. If youre a non-swimmer and even very fearful of deep water I would encourage you to check out the Bolles swim school because learning to swim in 4 days is absolutely possible and I know because I DID IT!! Thanks Klaus it changed my life.

I went in September 2017 and I had an amazing time. I still grin thinking about the fun our class of three had and the confidence and skills that we gained. I learned to Swim. I couldnt even float before that. I dont get to a pool very often but when I do go I am still confident and have no difficulties swimming and I do so with a big grin. I am still in awe of Mr. Bolles teaching, he is excellent. Please take a class with him. I promise you wont regret the experience or the skills gained.

The impossible is possible! If there is anyone who ever doubted their ability to learn to swim late in life, forget your doubts, and sign up for this class. I finished Klaus class on July 8th, and Im still stunned that I can now call myself a swimmer. By the end of day 1, I was able to float, understood how buoyancy worked, and learned the mechanics of the breast stroke. By end of day 2, I was jumping in to the deep end (12 deep btw) of the swimming pool and swimming back. By day 3, I was an extremely proficient swimmer, and day 4 was just the cherry on top for fun. We were a group of adults actually enjoying our time in the water, diving in over and over, feeling completely comfortable, competent, and safe. The only drawback is that I waited so long to do it. In the 2 weeks since class ended, I practice at least 2x per week, and each time I am astounded that my body remembers. Its like swimming is now engrained in my DNA. Im still astounded that I can now say that I know how to swim - and it just took 4 days and a leap of faith. Klaus is AMAZING! Im so thankful that I came across his school. It literally changed my life...and how I think about vacations. My next one is going to involve jumping off the side of a yacht :) Theres no way that would have been part of my itinerary a month ago.

Klaus Bolle is a fabulous teacher who takes a stepwise approach to introducing fearful non-swimmers to water. This is a true testament of my experience. I have been fearful of water for decades. After this school, I am now able to dive into deep water, to swim into and out of deep water and to enjoy the pool. I am practicing what I was taught and can sincerely recommend this program to anyone.Unlike many swim programs, his instruction begins with theory and instruction about buoyancy and, most importantly, survival in water. This information is critical in establishing faith that you cant sink in water if you dont make certain mistakes. His most important statement was that you have to learn to suppress your feelings that make you fearful of the water, as well as reflexes, and learn new behaviors that allow you to enjoy what can be a lifelong activity. There are 4 days of classes that start with the very basics and build steadily to gain confidence. He is there with you every step of the way speaking to you with knowledge and firmness as you learn the fundamentals. The classes focus initially on backstroke, essential for survival, and breaststroke. The confidence comes from diving into the deep water, and calmly performing the techniques that have been learned to swim out. The confidence also comes by repeatedly swimming into the deep water knowing that you will be fine as long as you remember the things Klaus told you. And, he is there all of the time speaking to you to go slower, to be more calm and to relax. The culmination of the class is the ability to perform these skills repeatedly. One leaves this class as a swimmer and that is remarkable in 4 days. The proficiency in swimming needs to be practiced and repeated. This class gives you the confidence and skills to practice.Klaus is great and the program is wonderful. It is the way to overcome your fears, perhaps lifelong fears, and achieve things that have been missing from life. It is truly hard to believe that this can be accomplished in only 4 days. Whatever memories are present at the start can be replaced with new positive memories that allow enjoyment of the water.
