Love this school! The Kindergarten teachers, the administrators, and Athenaeum have been so good to our family. I read some of the negative posts and just do not see these things they are talking about. My daughters teacher takes the extra time to work with her & create a loving supportive environment for the kids.

This place is what you make it. Some grades are more cold than others while some just has phenominal students. All in all, it is SO MUCH better than your run down public schools. Only thing is how money is necessary for clubs, field trips, and supplies.

We love it. Our kids love it more! Serious homework, but they are way ahead of the curve and ready for anything thrown at them. Strict, but hey so am I. Discipline and teaching them to be their own person. Love it, love it, love it!

This school is amazing! I am part of the first graduating class from Trivium, and I have to say that, though the work and the studies are unlike any other public school and may be more challenging, it is SO worth it. I was always surrounded by friends, peers, and teachers who were always willing to help me, even with the small issues. There is an environment of open discussion and continuous learning that you shouldnt miss out on.

First, I would like to start off on the behavior of one of the dean of students in particular, she has an attitude with students and parents in my experience, and deals with students in an unlikely manner. Arguing with students in my opinion is not the way to go at all and is very unprofessional. Both male dean of students are alright and do their job correctly. The mandatory study hall system should be questionable enough for this school, and shows that this school is nowhere as good as they portray themselves educationally. In order to be eligible to attend mandatory study hall, you must have a D+ or lower. The study hall lists are FILLED with names of students who must attend, and there are multiple pages. The mandatory study hall rooms are overcrowded as well. There are better schools in the area without homophobia, racism, and bullying among teachers towards students.

I am an African American father of a Trivium student. I am looking forward to the structure, discipline, and academic opportunities that my daughter will receive at Trivium. If you do not want your child or children to have the educational benefits that this school provides, dont complain about it, send them to public school or home school them. I teach her that racism is not an option, speak up and express your feelings in an organized, professional manner that will not only change opinions, but change lives.

My 2 kids have been here since the beginning. The studying is hard but read the title. PREPARATORY!!! Preparing my kids for success in life and college. Has Christian values and morals. My 7th grader is easily doing the same math work as I did in 12th grade and into college. Public schools are a joke. This place is legit!

This school is horrible. Too strict!! A lot of teachers think they have all the power to do anything and they are racist. My white children were favorite students even though they were bad students. Their friends who are Mexican were treated poorly. The homework assignments are too hard!! And the highschool dances are not giving the teens a highschool experience. There is horrible dress code. I would 10/10 not recommend this school!!
