DONT GO HERE!!!!Paid to have my daughters flute tuned up, pass, springs, etc. less than two months later a pad is falling off. I returned to the store and was met with a rude supervisor who told me to just call him Ty, he wouldn’t give me his name. When I inquired about a rental he told me there was no way I would get a free rental even when it’s been less than two months and we already paid good money for both a rental AND their repairs. Once “ty” was done talking AT me he told me I was being hostile after every question I asked him and then he just rolled good eyes, crossed his arms and told me to let him know if I would be leaving my daughters flute there. Absolutely would not recommend this place. I’m going to contact corporate as well. DON’T GO HERE!

Three stars. Theres not enough supplies for a beginning tenor saxophonist. Im sure my rating will be higher once the supply chain situation improves.

This is a welcoming store that has extremely knowledgeable staff. Lessons are available for many orchestral instruments. I recently had my violin repaired there (The price was reasonable). Adrian, the sales associate who assisted me, restrung my violin, applied peg compound and taught me a little about how to fix and use the rosin. He not only did a wonderful job fixing my instrument, he was an excellent service provider. I will definitely go back there for all of my violin needs.

Employees are very nice and the store is well organized and maintained.

I had a very good experience at this location. Sometimes it’s hard to find certain products in stores, but Sebastian was able to refer me to similar items in the store. 100% would recommend for anyone in need of instruments and other accessories. Great experience, and great service.

Me and my Fiance went into the store just to check out and him really loving music was actually excited to check this place out. We were immediately greeted at the door with warm smiles . The store was very fun and the workers there were so nice and informal, they even took us over to the other half of the store to show us they do lessons!In overall really awesome music store, fantastic customer service and just fun experience. Definitely going back!

Amazing customer service and very friendly staff! Made renting a clarinet very fast and easy and the staff helped me with some of my other music equipment questions while I was paying and walked me through how the equipment in question worked! 10/10 would go again!

This store is beautiful, my first experience was amazing. As we approached the door there was someone there to greet us immediately. I originally just walked in to look, but as it went, they knew what they were talking about. They let me try a a couple mouthpieces our for sizing and they were both great but I’m not reviewing those. Anyways the over all visit was amazing, and the store had an amazing stock. I’ll have to go back and get a few other things. If there are any brass players looking for something new ask for Adrian! He hooked me up and I couldn’t be any happier!

This place has been fantastic with the purchase of instruments and accessories. Their prices are great, and they offer a perfect selection for anyone whos looking to make some additions to their collection, or looking to get started playing an instrument. I highly recommend anyone whos curious to stop in and see what they have to offer.

The store had a very welcoming environment as soon as I walked through the door. I happened to be in the area and I would go again. The salesperson, Sebastian, was very knowledgeable and helpful, assisting me in finding what I needed and making the whole process easier and simpler.

I went into the store to return a trumpet and rent a saxophone for my 5th grader. I also had some questions about my other sons clarinet. Adrien was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate the time he spent explaining things to me.

Really nice store, with variety of instruments and musical equipment for sale and rental. The staff is very friendly and helpful, Adrian Jones helped me find a good bass amplifier and made sure that it was what I was looking for. Very professional and experienced.
