I cant say enough positive things about this Preschool! Both of my kids attend here, my oldest for almost 3 years now, and I have been so happy with the care and dedication they have given to both of them. The director and staff are consistently kind and attentive to the needs of me as the parent and the needs of my kids. The food is healthy and the classes and playground equipment are always clean. They have an app that lets me see my kids activities throughout the day which is a really great feature. My kids are always excited to be dropped off at school, which makes this mama feel so good to know that they are happy as I am heading off to work.

The Learning Experience (Palm Valley) is such a wonderful place to entrust your children. The teachers and staff are friendly, reliable, caring, and truly experts in the field of early childhood education. My children have received nothing but positive support and have grown so much. I absolutely love that I get continuous updates/pictures of my childrens daily activities and my children love the curriculum (yoga, music, art, LEAP board, etc.). The director has been accommodating/flexible of our needs/rotating schedule. Truly a great environment!

I truly wish I can give them a better review but unfortunately I can’t. I ran into too many issues within one month of my child attending this child care. One of my main issues is that no one there likes to take accountability and they all like to point fingers at one another. They are always switching the caregivers around so, that’s why they tend to blame one another. One incident that happened twice within a month after, I had picked up my child from daycare, getting home, I would realized she would have no underwear or diaper on. When I would address the issue, no one owed up to it and blamed another staff members. Also, within the month one day when I picked up my child I noticed a huge scratch on her leg, I immediately brought it up. No one provided a report or notified me although it was an obvious scratch. They tried to claim that it didn’t happen while my child was with them (if it happened at home I would have noticed it because it was big). One of the caregiver finally voiced up and said it had happened to a couple of other children as well and it probably happened at the playground. They also, provided false information in regards to her eating intake. I hope someone from the facility acknowledges my review and makes corrections to these issues because I’m sure it’s not only my child. I hope they fix this issues so, that is doesn’t happen to any other children.

I will start off with the pros and end with the cons. Clean facility, plenty of room, numerous activities and security surveillance is good. They have a mobile application to view your childs activities daily. Its an awesome add on.Unfortunately, the staff dont do a great job on communicating with each-other to report incidents or update accurate information on the mobile application. In example, every time I received a notification of my childs progress it reported that she ate all of her food. I found this to be odd since my child is a picky eater. I reported the concern to my childs care provider and was informed they were going to correct the issue and input the correct information. After two days, it went back to the same issue (shows how much they care). An incident of my child getting hurt was not reported (scratches on leg). After speaking to the staff and care providers, no one knew what had occurred.So my thought process is, why are we paying over $1100 a month to get mediocre service. Im entrusting these people to take care of my child as if they were family to them yet, im found with more excuses than answers. Its unacceptable. If there is a need for additional help it should be added. *Im no longer taking my child to this facility. Hopefully they can get themselves better organized.

I love TLE! My daughter has been here since for almost 3 years. I was very nervous putting her in an outside daycare because she had only been in military daycares but I am very happy and pleased with how she is being taken care of and also what she has been learning at TLE. I went to every daycare around the surrounding area and not one came close to the cleanliness, the great curriculum, the healthy food choices, the staff is very friendly (uniformed and always presentable). My daughter loves going to TLE every morning and is very happy when I pick her up. Her vocabulary has increased tremendously while attending TLE as well. Always recommend this facility to my fellow military and civilian families!

Miss Jackie and Jessica in preschool 1 and Miss Amy in Preschool 2 all do such a wonderful job with our children and have been there for a very long time now! They do a wonderful job at teaching our kids classroom structure and getting them ready for kindergarten! New people are starting so don’t know much about themYet, but the ones that have been there and there are more then who I have listed, are all great!-Ashley Archer

I would like to start out by saying that this facility is the best facility I’ve ever encountered. Along the way you look for a safe place to place your children in so they feel loved in another place as if they were loved at home. From the faculty to the facility in itself it is Grade A and super fantastic. I really enjoy the curriculum they teach many important subjects using mascots to have all the children engaged. Ms. Jessica is such a wonderful supervisor who shows so much compassion for all her children there and all parents! I love how pleasant everyone at the front desk is when you walk in, you can tell they truly care!!! And lastly my two year old daughter loves as do I her teacher Ms. Gabi, she treats ava as though she is her own and is magnificent at everything including potty training! I can go on and on but main point is this place is beyond AMAZING!!! Thank you so much for taking care of my baby!!!!!!! Love Kathleen 🤗

Excellent early education daycare! Have had my little one in here for almost a year and she loves it! They are great at potty training. They have healthy breakfast, lunches, and snacks. The whole place is really clean and kept up. They have so many fun activities. The teachers are great and good at keeping updated on the app and are great at answering any questions or concerns. Jessica is a very efficient manager and all the front desk staff are wonderful as well. Im so glad I chose this daycare!

My son started here at 1 1/2 yrs old and had turned in to such a smart little 2 year old so quickly. This daycare is clean and tidy always, never any smells or dirt. The playground is perfectly manicured and awesome for toddlers. They taught him sign language and songs! They take pictures on the parent app, and keep you updated in the day, doors are always locked, they have cameras and they follow up quickly if there is an incident. Erica has always been prompt and accommodating to my needs and requests. The teachers are all nice people and patient. Would highly recommend. Only suggestion would be less use of crackers as snacks. Sad we have to leave this daycare due to re-locating.

This place is awesome. They truly and genuinely care and love children and their jobs here. The director Jessica, is awesome and does such a great job at always having the best of the best staffing this place. Everyone here is great!

We really appreciate how the Director Jessica, runs this establishment. Shes highly intelligent and is compelled to succeed. Her responsibilities are countless yet takes care of them effortlessly.

Our son started going to TLE at 3 months old. like any first time mom, I was so nervous and worried. After the first day, hearing how well the teachers report on his activities and seeing him smiling and playing when I walked in the door. My son is almost 1 now and LOVES going to daycare. He knows! The teachers are fabulous with listening to our requests, teaching him and helping him reach his milestones. He is excelling. I love TLE! Thank you for taking care of my lil baby!

I would absolutely recommend anyone bring their children here if they are looking for top quality care! Their curriculum sets them apart from every school we have seen to prepare our kids for kindergarten. I would also recommend them as an employer as they genuinely care about their staff and hold them to high expectations in the care that they provide. Great work, TLE!

My grandson currently attends the preschool program at The Learning Experience. I must say we are happy with our decision in bringing him here. He has learned so much since he has started and has become so independent. The staff is very kind and they know me by name. We love our TLE!

100% recommend this facility for anyone who is looking for a fun, safe, and nurturing environment for their children! In just a few months my daughter has made several friends and looks forward to going to school every day with the encouragement from her wonderful teachers, especially Ms. Madi. A big thank you to the director Jessica and all of the TLE staff!

I would recommend tle to anyone. After being in the field for 15 years this the Best preschool I have worked at. They take pride in their school and truly care for the children.

A few weeks ago I was totally stoked to be able to get the chance to work at a new facility like TLE but when I came in for an interview, that all came crashing down when the lady Jessica who I was supposed to be interviewing with, and her other office staff were in the office speaking unkindly about others that either worked there or regularly visited the facility. That was an immediate red flag to me that really saddened me at first. But in the end, I was grateful to have had witnessed that first hand before taking a plunge into an environment like that. 😣

Walked in to the facility and immediately heard nothing but gossiping among the director and front staff about their employees and parents that bring their children into the facility. Do not recommend.
