I must say I am extremely disappointed with my experience today. I scheduled 3 different tours with 3 different preschools today and this was the tour I was really looking forward to based off of what they had to offer on their website. This all changed after the interaction I had with front desk. I scheduled for a tour of the preschool over the phone. Upon arrival, we were not greeted the way a preschool should greet families. Girl at the front desk remained in her chair and asked me what questions I had for them when I told her I was there for the tour. She said we were not allowed to “see” or “tour” the place even though I was told over the phone, a lot of my questions would be answered By the director on the “tour.” Instead, I was told to just look at the screen of revolving camera’s to get an idea of what my child’s classroom will be like. The screen switched every ten seconds to a different classroom and the girl told me to just wait for it to come around again. I understand wanting to limit germs. The least you could do is get up from your chair to greet the person (not asking for a handshake). Do not promise tours of your school if you are not going to give one. If I cannot see the classroom or the facility at all, I could just look at the pictures online and not have wasted my afternoon planning around this “tour.” Also, you’re supposed to tell the families what your school has to offer and then maybe I will have some questions in case they were not answered during the “tour.” I have a problem with paying over 200 dollars a week to a place that leaves me feeling more unsettled and not know what is going on. I have never seen a preschool operate like this.

I have both my babies at tutor time. They are very happy there, no crying when I drop them off. The staff is kind and keep me informed as to how they are doing. I can leave them knowing they are in good loving hand!!

Extremely dissatisfied with this day care. So many good reviews. Our first time putting any of ours kids in a daycare thinking we could trust them. My 15 month old daughter was terrified to go back the second day and they took her from my arms as she grabbed tightly. She was so excited the first day too. They wont let u c the classrooms, or meet teachers. Nothing. So then my 4 year old is on her third day in and we pick her up she tells us they wouldnt give her water and she was super thirsty. Obviously that enraged us. If we needed to supply water they should have said so but told us nothing. Not only that my daughter got pushed so hard and fell on her head. There was NO INCIDENT report made, NO PHONE CALLS to either parent. No one told us about it until my daughter spoke up and told us the story. I am beyond livid with this trash day care. They dont care and are completely worthless. I highly DONT recommend

They really get to know the kids and interact with them on such a personal level. My kids look forward to going here everyday. Thank you to the Tutor Time staff for always taking such good care of my kids and thanks to Ms. Courtney and Ms. Vicky in the Junior K class for being such great teachers!

My youngest son has been with Tutor Time since he was 2 months old. Hes now 4 yrs old and will be going to Kindergarten next school year. Hes had wonderful teachers who were patient, caring and loving in Tutor Time. The one who has made a great and lasting impression on him is Ms. Roma, who has a gift of making each child feel special and cherished. Her welcoming presence in the morning enables me to leave my son comfortably in her care. My son has learned not only the alphabet and numbers from Ms. Roma but also how to be kind and considerate of others. Shes one of the best teachers that Ive ever met and were grateful to have met her. We will always think fondly of Tutor Time because of her.

I have found that the Tutor Time teachers genuinely care about our child. We get feedback about his day with details that make us know they are interested in our childs well being, and that is extremely important to us. Ms Lacey gave us a lot of pictures of him doing different activities (I am saving these pics forever!) and she had him nap every day which helped him have a good attitude from not being overly tired in the late afternoon/evening. Our child always showed her respect because she instilled that in the little students to be polite--he always said hello Ms Lacey and was happy to go to class.

My daughter currently is in Ms. Vicky & Ms. Courtneys class. She transitioned to this class last year. My daughter has not only learned a ton but has a bond with these teachers that is just awesome. Knowing that I drop my child off and that she is around women who truly love what they do and care about my child like no other is an amazing feeling. My daughter is so ready for Kindergarten and I have to thank Ms Vicky and Ms Courtney for preparing her for that.

My son has been going to Tutor Time in Goodyear off of Dysart & McDowell since July and we have been so pleased. We only needed childcare for 1 day/week and we struggled to find a place that would accept a child for care that was not full time. That was the first plus. Since then, they have been so flexible working with us and accomodating our schedule. When I need an extra day or part of a day for care, they have always been able to care for my son. The teachers in both of his classrooms are always so kind and caring with him and I can tell he is learning lots even with just one day/week. I love how they give me a progress report for each day he is there. I really feel that he is in great hands while he is there and that gives me a lot of peace of mind. Last, they are always so proactive in communicating any changes, events, items I need to bring, etc. That really helps me prepare and plan as well as keep up with whats going on there. I am very pleased with this Tutor Time location!

I discover new things every day that my 2 1/2 year old has learned while at her daycare. Her teachers are awesome and go out of their way to make sure she is getting the best care available. My daughter constantly asks, by name, if we are going to go see her teachers in the morning.

We moved the children to Tutor Time in Surprise after their other day care closed. We are very please with their programs and the professionalism of the staff. We also like that they can pick up at the local schools and they have a great after school and summer program.

Tutor Time Goodyear is a great facility. There are at times alot of miscommunication by the front desk staff members, but by far that can be overlooked by the care and what my child is learning. I previously had my child at Sunshine Daycare and Imagination Childcare, and can honestly say the staff was great with the kids but showed little concern about whether my child learned anything. Unfortunately, they were both glorified babysitters. Tutor time prices are much higher than the majority of childcare centers in the area, but at least I know my child is progressing and very happy.

As a single parent it was very important for me to find a place where my son would be happy AND a place I would be happy with leaving my son. I love the fact that there is so much interaction with all the children. I love picking him up and seeing his activities that he has done for the day.I have a great repore with his teachers and the staff and I know that if anything were wrong they would let me know.I highly recommend Tutortime to my friends and family!

I enrolled my daughter at Tutor Time at age two after being a stay-at-home mom for two years. Immediately upon entering the building I felt very comfortable and welcomed. When I dropped her off the first day, the teachers were very compassionate to her made me feel as though she was in great hands. It was amazing to me when I dropped her off on her second day that each teacher we passed in the hallway knew her by name (even those that teach other classes.) She has now been at Tutor Time for over two years. During that time, I have seen her grow astonishing amounts. She comes home everyday talking about how great her teachers and friends are. She is constantly learning new materials, i.e., songs, words, rhymes, and even object comparisions. The staff has always been very courteous and addressed any questions I had immediately. The school Director Danyelle is amazing. I cannot tell you how much she cares for each of the children in her school. It is wonderful as a parent to see someone as compassionate about helping children learn and creating a positive influence as she demonstrates each day. Her teachers share the same compassion and drive that as a parent I cannot thank them enough for being so positive for our children each day. What a relief it is to walk into my daughters classroom and see her teacher smiling and caring of all the children in her room. Her teacher truly cares about each child and ensure they are happy, learning, taken care of, and made to feel special every single day. Thank you!

I absolutely love this school! The few things a parent worries about when dropping their kids off at daycare is are they safe, are they learning, and are they happy? Tutor time offers all of this! I felt like I was constantly switching day cares because I would find something I wasnt happy about, Im a picky parent but this place makes me very happy. My daughter who is 3 has learned so many new things since starting at tutor time and every day when I pick her up I can tell shes happy being there miss Morgan, miss savannah and miss courtney are one of the best teachers a child her age could ask for they listen to any concerns, keep you up to date on anything going on with your child and truly care about the acedmic program in place for our kids. My son who is 10 months is already close to walking and a huge part of that is thanks to his teachers here at tutor time miss laken, miss Gail and miss Christine are amazing! They take such good care of my son I dont know what I would without them, and last the front office staff just hold everything together! Mrs Nina, Mrs Tiffany and incredible the school just wouldnt be the same without them there!

My son attends Tutor Time in the infant room. Placing an infant in childcare is very difficult, as they are too little to tell you about their day. However, it is easy to see how much my son loves his days at Tutor Time. He gets very excited when we open the front doors. He peeks in the window of his classroom, and starts bouncing up and down. When I bring him inside, he crawls to the staff and greets them with laughter. The facility is very clean. The staff is professional and loves their kids. I dont like placing my son in someone elses care, but at least at Tutor Time I know he is loved and engaged all day. They post photos of activites so I can see what theyve been up to. Even in the infant room they do art projects, bubbles, and learning activites. I would recommend this Tutor Time to anyone with an infant looking for childcare!
