Great parking. Accessible. Wide aisles. Low prices. Unique and name brand items. This place sell produce... not sure how fresh, but they have it. This section can be a little cleaner, especially the floor. Surprisingly, this place also sells beer and wine! Hmmm. Not sure on the quality, but they sell it.

This store is amazing you can find anything and everything especially right after a holiday you can come in here and get all the decorations for half price which is like 50 cents or less also the food is a bargain its perfect for getting snacks for the week or for your children and I dont think Ive ever met a rude employee at this store

We went for produce and they didnt have much. They werent very friendly either. Their holiday decorations were great at a great price.

This store was pretty clean. Although the workers are very careless about being in your way when they have multiple carts in a aisle and putting stuff away. They do. It try to move their carts or say excuse me, just ignore you. I thought that was a little annoying. Prices are crazy high as well for being a 99¢ only store. But I suppose prices are high everywhere nowadays.

Needs to throw out all out dated food. I bought bread, bolony and both were out dated today is the 3 and the exp date are 26th of last month. The 99cent store is no longer the 99cent store . There for, it is false advertising .

Love shopping here it has all the things I can build with. Kids love it here also.

I liked this dollar store it had alot of the things I needed. But still couldnt complete my list. I was looking for perfume and base makeup also and it wasnt available. But over all I liked this store. Looked pretty clean just too many items not put on shelves yet. I was there at 12:45 on 04/02/2021.

Well it says .99 cent only store. But when you start shopping you find out quickly thats not the case. This should not be call .99 cent only store..

Great movie and seats. Disappointed not having White Cheddar for my popcorn however a black woman was kind enough to give me some of hers. Many Thanks to her. Otherwise it was great way of spending Friday evening watching Jason Statham movie. Harkins at Estrella has very comfortable seats.

Very rarely do I see empty shelves at this store.. and its not because of a lack of shoppers! This stores employees do a wonderful job of keeping the store running! During busy hours you might have to wait a few minutes to check out.. but its always worth it.

Great place to start your shopping. Allot of the stuff you find can be name brand and cheaper than other grocery stores. Heads up you will need a quarter to use a cat. Dont worry you get it back

Was surprised to buy Barefoot brand wine and fresh cut flowers!! We were shopping Easter content for grandkids but was disappointed in seeing just about nothing here. We bought gift bags, chocolate bunnies, Easter cookies in Easter tins (which WAS nice) and that was all we could find. There was one type of jelly beans but no other candy types. Year by year this holiday items dwindle. So very sad..

They have great stuff. And actually had the stuff I needed. Nice store. Friendly and helpful staff. Very courteous. The store was clean also..

I understand there is a pandemic and hours change due to that. What I don’t understand is why you guys are not updating the time on google. Stores are closing at 9 while Google still lists it at 10. People are wasting their time due to wrong information

Rude cashier!!! I had a hand basket and did not see a place to put it, so I asked him if there was a place at the registers for them. Without saying a word he snatched the hand basket up and walked off towards the greeter at the front of the store and handed it to him. Then without a word from him again he comes back to the register and just stands there looking around. I had not noticed he had scanned the few items I had already. He never gave me a total, I had to look for the amount owed. Then he asked me 3 times if I wanted a bag, each time I said yes. When my receipt printed out he handed that to me and walked off. I had to bag my own items. I have never experienced such rude behavior from a cashier before. I had been shopping at this store for over 10 years. I buy a lot of art and gardening supplies for my students. I will not shop there again.

Prices are fair, stock is good but the restrooms are gross. I recommend that you dont subject yourself to them unless its an emergency.

It was a nice place the people working there where real nice to me and the stuff I bought was real cheap but the stuff I bought was real nice and affordable I do recommend anybody should go there and you will find pretty good items that you will really enjoy

I just stopped bye I had not been in this store for a while, and well it has changed looked slightly different. With the exception of the Mgr. having a racial profileing issue along with racial Discrimination store needs help but they dont hire colored people. Why we all need a job and an opportunity, and not everyone who is tattooed steals. Please 2021 be considerate of others and their needs we are all here collectively. 🌎 🕊

Its a dollar store so dont expect to much, but overall well managed place and cashiers were quick and helpful.

I love shopping at this store. They always have good finds for a great price. I especially like to shop for storage and seasonal decorations here. They also have good snacks and a large selection of cleaning supplies. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because the lines are always long. I don’t think I have ever been in a checkout line there with less than 5 people ahead of me.

UPDATE: On 5.8.2021 @1219 Hours I was just in the store and I promised the cashier named Jenifer that I would return the handheld 99 Cent 🟣 plastic shopping baskets. It didnt surprise me that I was being followed via management after leaving the cashier counter because I parked my car a little bit farther than most. There were other shopping carts that were available and not put away in the parking lot....but not put away. Now and as I just put my items in the vehicle i physically started walking towards the store and right around the corner of a large SUV was a small woman with her phone out trying to make kind words and stating that she would will take possession of the carts that I just used. Then she probably turned around and started heading back into the store! Now if you werent paying attention and you didnt have a negative history with this disrespectful store and their policy that they have or the politics behind living in such a questionable you would taking whats the spirit was intended....look at the area! Because this area is questionable. Like where you have to pay $0.25 just to use there shopping carts.... Assuming positive intent, you wouldnt think nothing of it you would think that that person was just being kind. But my spider sense was tingling you know why spider sense that I used to judge people and hold them accountable? I rethought about that, and I put two and two together. Knowing that she had her cell phone out she was probably ready to take my license plate number if necessary because she assumed that I was going to steal those plastic shopping baskets! The same ones that I could print out on my 3D printer at home.... I enjoy holding people accountable for their actions. Especially businesses that try to state that the customers always right. And it is not right to make the customer feel inhibited that they cannot use something that should be given to the public for use to better their experience at their store they should have enough budget to write that type of nonsense off and move forward and focus on the entire customer experience itself.... Even though its just at a local 99c storeDont appreciate the fake security up front .... No one asked us if we needed any help. A lot of the product was out of place as well as not categories in the right location or department. If was a secret shopper that we get an f for fail.

Employee here. I like the store and my fellow associates. There is lots of good stuff, many of which can be found in large chain retail stores. Lots of cool promotional and seasonal stuff as well. The reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because many things are NOT $0.99 like the name implies. As a worker here, I empathize with the customers when things are not $0.99, especially when they arent labeled (which most of the time they are), which happens. HOWEVER, the items are still half of that of retail stores for the same thing, so you still cant go wrong. Overall, great store, great environment, great items, great prices.

Found a lot of products my kids will love! This place is definitely not for quick trips as I always have to walk the whole store and check everything out.

I dont know if the store manager has connections, but the Van Buren store is so well stocked. Theres another store closer to my house, but if you come here, it is like a grab bag full of treasures, you never know what you will find.Example-Walmart sells a waist trimmer for $14.99. The same is at this store for 99 cents. If you like cookies, but want to keep the weight off - Quaker Oats, Belvita, etc for 99 cents! Those copper pots and pans for $19.95( and some crazy shipping costs? Here from $2.99-4.99. A penny saved is a dollar earned after shopping here

Was concerned before I go to the front of the store. This guy figured it was a great time to spray paint his bicycle a red color. I dont mind that, but in the lane directly in front of store? At 8:40 pm? Yes totally dark outside. Then I went to grab one of the shopping carts in front of the store, only to discover I would need a Quarter, to use the damn thing. Any how very helpful employees inside. Wish they would have had at least one more cashier/lane opened. Only two cashiers with at least 12 people in line. Ill return. I just hope that this post gets back to management, or corporate.

Found everything I needed and more for Thanksgiving. I love shopping at The 99 Cents Only Stores. I live in Vegas, but when I travel I check to see if there is one in the states that I visit.

Some nice items. Some days the line to check out is long. Always getting new items in, so shop often some are here today gone tomorrow. Fun place to browse hard to leave out the door without making a purchase.

A $0.99 store that has useful stuff. Name brand day old bread. Vegetables and fruit. We shop there for bread and vegetables and other sundries. Highly recommended!

These stores are misrepresenting their prices. They are no longer . 99 cents only as theyre priced out the top. 1st they rounded off the .99cents to $1.dollar & now it is anything, but. I now go to Dollar Tree. The only reason I went to 99cent was because it was convenient.

Great shopping experience

At one point of time, I really loved this place. It had all the things that I could not find at other places BUT they ended up restructuring the aisles and supply. It still has a few things that are convenient but not like before. The aisles are wider and shorter. The workers are not horrible nor outstanding. They are okay but its not like they to be very interactive with the customers.

This store has almost everything you need for a home. Next best thing to Walmart. Dog apparel is the best.

I did have a good review posted but today changed all that. I was called a thief and told that I had to carry a purple basket if I was going to be purchasing the little bag I was carrying around with me. I was obviously going to purchase it as the huge tag was in plain site, however when I told the lady that i was indeed going to purchase the bag but didnt need the purple basket, i was followed around the store. after being followed by two employees I put the bag on the shelf and walked out. will not be returning to this store. absolutely ridiculous.

Store was well stocked today. They had all the items I was looking for. Freezer stocked with a lot of orange juice and ice tea. Produce was also well stocked. I have to give the staff some recognition for handling the loads of customers with kindness and a smile.

I really like their variety of items. It is clean and mostly organized. The lines were long, as they often are, and when I asked the cashier if she could hold something for me to come back, the cashier dropped the somewhat fragile items into a returns basket and answering in an annoyed tone that they couldnt do it for very long.

Tha most bad experiences in here tha cashier and tha people who work there is tha most bad people tha service for morning is bad..

Really cool store! Its in kind of a rough area but I was really impressed with everything they had. Its definitely not a dollar store though, prices are all over the place but definitely not just under a dollar.

Store is reasonably well stocked on a regular basis. I buy quite a bit of my vegetables here. The lines are rather long, but its not because the checkers are lazy, just a bit short staffed. This store is always busy.Dont forget to bring a quarter to rent your shopping cart, great way not to have to pay someone to collect them.

Large store. Some pretty good finds if you look hard. I was surprised to see they had Yardley bar soap and Avon roll on deodorant.

Buisy need more ck outs

I was overcharged 2 dollars for 2 items meaning I could not afford 4 of my planned puchases equating to 2 to 4 possible meals.

I was able to get in and out in 20 mins. Bought a few planned items several more unplanned ones. Spent like $20 in all. Customer service was pleasant.
