I took PALS at the Goodyear location. It was my first time taking PALS so I was nervous but Kerrie made it seem easy, and I passed my first time. She is a great instructor, very thorough and keeps class fun with her stories and humorous anecdotes. Would highly recommend both her and Jeff as instructors at either of their locations.

Kerrie and Jeff do a great job teaching what you need to know in each class. Go here for all your certifications. Got my ACLS and was worried about it before, with no need to be. Very knowledgeable. Small class sizes. Plenty of equipment. You will not regret it!

Kerrie did an awesome job making sure that we were in an environment that encourages questions. I felt comfortable asking anything and the class was very informative.

Instructor was great , feel confident with the skills I learned. Scored a perfect 100. I recommend this facility to everyone!

I took my BLS course with Desert Education Solutions and liked it so much I took their AcLS course the very next day. Kerrie and Jeff are AWESOME teachers and really get to the point. I would recommend their classes to anyone looking to get certified. I plan on taking PALS and EKG in the future.
