Mrs. Patricia and her staff do a great job!! Since my first day I met her she has been helpful. My one year old - loves it. He never has a bad day. And the staff is great at what they do. **Look them up for your childcare needs you will not be disappointed.**

I put my son into this daycare during the height of covid. I wasn’t able to see inside the daycare due to understandable restrictions. I was worried about not being able of having a thorough tour as well as meeting only few of the teachers there. However, this daycare has become a blessing to my family. My son LOVES going to daycare. He’s always welcomed by teachers with warmth and kindness and it’s a very easy drop off. They send weekly recaps which I really appreciate and love to see what they’re working on. It’s a commute to travel to this daycare from my job/home but I do it because I know my son is safe and taken care of.

The best daycare center EVER, my kids have been attending since 2019. Miss Patrica is very professional and does a great job running the center. I have 5 children and the oldest is 18 so I’ve had lots of experiences with daycare centers. This hands down is the best one! Highly recommended

I would like to start off by saying Mrs. Patricia is so sweet and patient! This is the first daycare my almost 15 month old has gone to. I have called her multiple times a day with questions and to check on my little one. She and her staff have done everything possible to make my little one comfortable and keep me at ease as much as possible. I wasnt able to tour the center or have a formal interview with his care taker but Mrs. Patricia did as much as she could with the restrictions. Im a 1st time mommy and new to day care so I call as questions arise and Mrs. Patricia and her staff are always friendly and answer my questions to the best of their ability. I havent met all the staff but most of the ones I have met have been really nice, reassuring and compassionate. Tomorrow is a week since hes started going and I can tell a different from the first time to now. He still cries which is expected from a baby, especially Covid babies. We dont eat canned or much processed food, we eat mostly organic and gluten free food. I make everytning including our juices, my son is having a hard time adjusting to the food and seems like hes only eating some of the snacks. He had an allergic reaction to something today so were visiting his pediatrician to be recommended to an allergist. I will update my review once we see what hes allergic to and how hes doing with the food provided. Im really hoping we find a solution. Mrs. Patricia has been amazing and so patient. Even with the food situation I still remember them 5 stars because of the service. I recommend this daycare to anyone who asks.

My son says he was only offered applesauce and crackers while he was there, and was bullied by other children. There are Over 40 kids in his class and staff is no longer wearing masks.

Ive been calling this place for days, many times during their available hrs and im always on wait for up to one hr and no one answers.

My kids have been attending this daycare for over four years and I absolutely love it.. Never had any issues. My kids love the teachers, my youngest won’t stop talking about Ms. Olga and how awesome she is.. my oldest just loves everyone there. Everyone is very attentive of the kids .

My kids absolutely LOVE this place! Over the past 5 years theyve learned so much. Mrs. Olga is absolutely the BEST! My 5 year old LOVE her so much. Shes very caring and always kept me informed. Even though we no longer attend, we still go back to visit Mrs. Olga!

My son started attending here at age 1. This place has done wonders for his development. The love and care they provide has been amazing. Patricia is a strong leader the kids adore. She has some great helpers also. Minerva, Victoria, Kim, and Olga are all stars in my book!

Hello, I have been with this center for a year now and i just love it so much , my child was only a few months when she arrived and of course I was very nervous about that but they quickly reassured me that everything would be fine and sure enough it was. I would like to especially thank Mrs.Denise for all the extra hugs and love for my little one ,she just adores her so much ,that she runs right up to her when drop her off .

My Son started going since July, He loves it. The staff are great. Miss Mindy was there when he first started and now that Miss Patricia, everyone as a staff are great! Miss Olga is great thanks to her help my has been able to go potty! Im so thankful for that extra help. Miss Minerva as well they all go above and beyond!! Love this place ♥️

My son has been coming here since August and he really likes it here. He comes home happy everyday and when I pick him up he’s always looks like he’s having fun and playing. He’s always talking about his teacher Ms. Olga, who I think is a great teacher! The staff is amazing always greets me when I come in every morning.

My daughter has been in this daycare for 9 months. The teachers are wonderful with her!! My 15 and 12 year old boys went to this daycare as well, until they were old enough to go to school. I have always had high standards on how my children are raised. This daycare leaves me feeling more than comfortable knowing the structure, discipline, learning, and fun, are all there as it is at home. Thank you for caring for my children like I do! Ms.Olga is the most amazing teacher ever , my kids love her soo much. My kids are always excited to tell me about their day and what they learn each day in her class , never had a problem with her she’s always keeping me in touch about my kids and always very respectful and caring ! , a wonderful person inside and out ❤️ The best person ever we love her ! .

*10 stars if I could!!!* My daughter Taylin started this daycare April 20, 2020, when she was 17 months, (she is 20 months now) this was also her first daycare and I am very impressed. The first time me and my husband met the director Patricia to get info on the daycare and do a slight tour, I instantly got a good vibe from her and come to find out, we share the same birthday, which is why. Lol. My husband felt the good vibes too. She is such the sweetest! Even though my daughter started daycare during the COVID pandemic, we couldnt go inside the building and tour the place and that made me nervous as a first time parent and new to the daycare experience, tours are very important to me but Patricia did her absolute best to get me to still meet the teacher for my daughter and just gave me the answers to questions I had to make me feel comfortable. She allowed video calling with one of my daughters teachers to ask questions which was awesome! I didnt get to personally meet all the staff, I just come across them as they let my daughter in and out. But The staff is friendly, each day, they are always greeting me and they love my daughter and it shows. I enjoy the app that allows us to see how her personality/behavior is for the day, what they eat, learn and pictures of outside time. That keeps me at ease.The app also shows the teachers name my daughter has for each part of the day, so I can kind of put two and two together what teacher is who and especially if I hear one of the staff members say it. Also shows check in/checkout time. Patricia is very responsive to concerns/communication, not that I had any bad concerns, but anything I did address her with, she was on it. Also the teachers are very responsive and just overall carry a positive attitude each time I come in contact with them. For COVID to be going on, they handle everything very well. I enjoy them taking the temps of the children and staff each day, having precautions so parents are 6 ft apart when signing our kids in and keeping the sign in/out sheet outside to allow the kids to be safe. Now, they started to just sign the kids in themselves inside and taking temps outside. Still safety. That lets me know that my daughter is definitely in safe and great hands. I really loved this daycare and I can tell the teachers loved Taylin, lol. My daughter loved it and gotten used to it. Everytime we pass the school, she waves and says school and when we leave for the day, she passes it and says Byeeee lol.Taylin is definitely learning at this daycare. I can tell just by the way she sings nursery rhymes when Im even singing them, she will chime in so well. She is definitely picking up great things at this center. I love how they know who comes to pick the kid up, down to the car. One day they seen my husbands car and one teacher didnt recognize, but the director was like Thats Taylins dad lol. My hubby told me the story lol. This makes me feel at ease that they know who comes and pays attention to who is supposed to pick up the children.Sad to say, I am ONLY leaving this daycare because we are moving to a different area, but I am actually just transferring her to another Childcare Network closer to our new home because I love the CN business. Little did I know, the directors know each other and had great things to say about each other. Thank you CN #196 for providing my daughter with the best care and love and putting me and my husband at ease knowing that she is okay. I hate having to leave away from good things.♥️ I am literally sad that we will be leaving yall lol. But you have made Taylins first daycare experience great. We went from Taylin crying each day at drop off, to waving bye to yall at pick up and even ready to go inside in the morning (when she not acting funny, lol) and back inside at pickup time lol. Thanks again to all the staff! Yall have set the bar high for any other daycare, lol. It was a very emotional last pickup, not for Taylin, but for me and Ms. Patricia. Hahaha! My daughter has been going to this daycare for a few months now and we love it! They are all very friendly and always willing to answer any questions I have. she is in the infant room and the teachers are great! They dance and sing to the kids and read to them and have a new activity every day. Over all Im very happy here and glad I chose this daycare :)

Thrilled to have my Jackson here. The staff is great and Jackson loves it! I find the times of operation to be so helpful. I am able to drop off by 6am and can pick up before 6:30pm. They are awesome!

The staff has been great and patient with my daughter, My daughter was 17 months when she started going to the Childcare Network, never being away from home or family, I was worried how she would really respond. She cries when getting dropped off, but the staff has shown great patience with her and they comfort her. Everyday is a new mystery with my daughter when she comes home from daycare. My daughters vocabulary is growing and she is demonstrating great new behaviors. I can honestly say i really enjoy my daughter going to this daycare. She is in Ms. Rachaels class after transitioning from a daycare that she went to from the age of 6 weeks - 3yrs old. She always talks about what she has learned that day and i love that she gets sent home with homework even as a 3yr old because that reassures me that she is being taught lessons while she is there. Everything that my daughter tells me matches what i get to see on the parent portal. She has only been there for 2-3 months and so far i am please with her teachers and with Ms. Patricia!

MY SON STARTED ATTENDING THIS FACILITY IN THE END OF JULY. EVERY TIME I CROSS THOSE DOORS I FEEL WELCOMED AND MY CHILD DOES TOO. My daughter has been with childcare network since she was six weeks old. We recently transferred to the Grand Prairie (S. Carrier) location... and she absolutely loves it. Ms Julia and Ms Nela treat her as if she was one of their own. She is learning so much and her vocabulary is growing day by day! My kids have been attending this daycare for a little over 4 months, its been such a great experience for my girls. They love the teachers and the directors at this daycare. I was a little hesitant at first because my girls loved their previous daycare, but theyve exceeded my expectations. Any concerns Ive had theyve handled in a timely fashion and corrected any issues.

They took my son immediately when we desperately needed after school care. He gets picked up and bussed over to the center. I receive email updates on his day with all details. They are very secure with the children and do a great job. I highly recommend them!!

Weve been bringing our boy here for the last 6 months. The teachers have been very lovely and seem to genuinely enjoy our childs presence. While some of the corporate policies have been disappointing, we feel like our kiddo is in very good hands.We love the smartphone app that was recently introduced. We can check in on our baby throughout the day, and its really comforting. I would absolutely recommend this facility to other parents. Our little guy has thrived at Childcare Network.

I love mrs. Olga, ever since shes had my son in her class. I have seen alot of progress in him. He doesnt go in his pull up anymore. She has worked patiently with him to get potty trained. Shes just a great person all together. She is one of the teachers i love to talk to. She is great w my son.

My kids have been going Childcare Network since the summer and I have to say that i have overall been very happy with the daycare. I always looked at it as if my kids are happy to be there and look forward to being there then they must be doing somehting right. Front desk people and teachers are just wonderful people.

I Only worked here for a day and was Disgusted with what I saw. There was the worst treatment of children Ive ever seen!!! You really cannot trust anybody to watch your kids these days. I saw 3 different teachers hit children and when they saw my face they tried to make an excuse that they deserved it or they were being bad. Or they hit/bite another child. So thats why they hit someone. Its not your job to Discipline the children with force. Last time I checked you cannot put your hands on another child. If a child is acting up you call the parent, And let them fix the issue. Ms.minerva doesnt deserve her job. When I tell you she is the definition of careless and rude. When asked to work with the kids to help cover with the disproportionate ratios of teachers and students. she had an attitude the whole entire time and took it out on the children not to mention she was throwing them on the beds . From across the room she would yell at them for no real reason. She seemed to get so frustrated that they were behaving like children rather than worry about more important issues like there safety and happiness. She’s extremely rude to her staff as well. I mentioned earlier that I only worked for a day thats bc I will never come back here. She treated me as if I was beneif her. she wouldnt ask me to do something. She would yell at me as if I was her kid and demand that I do whatever it was she wanted at the time. I love working with kids and find it to be on of the most rewarding things Ive done in life. I will absolutely be calling child protective services on the school!!!if I couldnt stand to be here longer than 1 day I cannot imagine how these children must feel coming here all day every day. Poor children must be in hell. Parents TAKE YOUR CHILD AWAY FROM THIS DAYCARE AND TRANSFER THEM LITERALLY ACROSS THE STREET AT “The children learning center OR GO SOMEWHERE THAT YOU KNOW WILL RESPECT YOUR CHILDREN AND YOU!

My granddaughter, Briley, has been attending this school for nearly 2 years. She has learned so much, and absolutely loves the entire staff. Mrs. Olga has practically become family to us, as her name is mentioned in our household daily. My son just started in the infant room a couple of weeks ago. I was very hesitant because a lot of tours i have gone on for public daycares were not good experiences. When i came for the interview everyone was so welcoming and the infant room teachers were so nice. Even though i came when the kids were napping they did not act like i was a bother and they said hello and answered any questions i had. I signed him up and have loved it since. they are very detailed about your babys day and they DO have the infants and toddlers in separate rooms. I will say the toddler room seems small and I am a little weary when it comes to moving him to that room. The place has never been dirty when i have went

I am amazed at the love and care my 2 year old child receives at Childcare Network. It is easy to see the staff truly loves their job and it makes our childs experience condusive to learning. We enjoy seeing our child come home and showing us in his growth what he has learned at this school. I cant tell you enough how much we enjoyed the moment when we sat inside a local restaurant and he noticed the USA flag and began to recite the Pledge of Allegiance. Thats just one example of many amazing moments we have experienced since hes been at Childcare Network. My wife and I would like to sincerely thank the teachers and staff for their hard work and dedication which only confirms we made the right decision on moving our child to this facility.

Had my daughter attend for a short-term care. Pulled her out on the second day. The facility is worn down, dirty, and the playground area is rusty and dangerous.What pushed me out the door was observing how the teach of the 2 year old class interacted with the children. She showed no empathy toward the children but was rather cold and brusk with them.

They dont even deserve a 1 star rating. The staff is very unprofessional and rude. They dont let employees even take a lunch and some of the so called teachers even smack students. Do not take your children here and much less work for such a rude staff.

Today I got a tour at this place and honestly I didnt like it at all. It seems that they are not worried about keeping the place clean. The carpet is very dirty, it has dust. The roof has a lot of spiders webs and the glass door has fingerprints.This is not good for the children and specially those who have asthma. There is no a toddler classroom. The toddlers are with the babies in the same classroom!!!! And the tuition is expensive comparing to others childcares around the area.

All in all I am really happy with this daycare. My son is 16 months old and has been attending for 6 months now.Pros: staff! Ms. Nela is truly an angel. She spent extra time with my little guy when he was having a rough adjustment period. Now he loves going to daycare! The staff always smiles and greets him by name. He loves it. They hire good people here. Shout out to Ms. Mary!Cons: the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars... the things I dislike about this place are apparently all corporate policies. I think they charge too much for vacation time. You get one vacation week (we used when he was sick), the next vacation week is $90 (we used when we had time off work), and then after that its STILL full price even if the child doesnt attend. Another critique I have at the corporate level is that apparently the staff dont receive their checks reliably. Thats super not ok. How do they expect to kee good ppl without good pay? I want my kiddo taken care of by happy caretakers!Id like to address the comments below about Ms. Patricia and Ms. Mindy. Theyre right, Ms. Patricia is amazing! She is patient and warm and is always excited to see my boy. About Ms. Mindy, idk what the commenter below is talking about! Ms. Mindy is fabulous! Shes been really calm and welcoming since day one. She works with us on personal preferences as much as the rules will allow. Its evident how much she genuinely cares about making this a good place.I recommend this place highly.

Hello Casey Dubose and others,I totally agree with yall post about this place they do not care my kids was kicked out and Mindy couldnt explain to me why, she just blamed it on Brenda a lady I never met before in my life and Mickey Mouse person please lets compare pictures etc so I can confirm everything that I to have on them as well. I been here since my oldest daughter was 2 years old and seen alot of changes for the worst happen now Mindy and her pet Patricia do what they have done to me, for what reason I have no clue. But I am glad they did what theyve done to me and my kids. When STATE get a whole to this truth I hope things get better, but i doubt their so grimmey. I will miss Julia she was there since day1 of my kids going there she was the best teacher they had up there. Now I see why all these teachers are quitting because it is so grimmey, dirty, trashy, and everything else up there. Every one thats been done wrong by ChildThey dont careNetwork needs to speak up and out about this place so more and more people can see, and if they do not want to listen to us let them experience everything first hand for themselves. So believe my words or not but these are facts. I dont recommend this daycare to no parent who loves there children.

I am giving them a 2 because there are 2 good things about this daycare... the teacher my 16month old has in the morning Ms. Julia is the only person my daughter will willingly leave me to go to..she is a gem... and the asst. Director Ms. Patricia...as ignorant as the head director is she has left me feeling like ok, I can deal one more time.. ... oh and the doors lock... otherwise.. I have had one issue after another... 1. They dont have a separate toddlers room...my 16month old is still in a room with infants...her day includes relatively nothing that enhances her learning...they dont have any curriculum for toddlers her age...my nine year old son was learning by 15months.... at IBOC2. They dont pay attention to your kids my daughter came home a few weeks ago with scratches across her neck and face...fresh... but no one saw anything, no report made nothing. My husband asked what happend when he picked her up they couldnt tell him..when he got home I took pictures and asked about it the next morning. The Asst. Director said she would look into it and have me an answer that afternoon... talked to MINDY that afternoon.. .well its been 3 weeks... no answer..yet..no incident report nothing. And the cameras dont work!!!!4. I have filled out the same paperwork 3 different times but the paperwork keeps getting lost. They have an organization deficiency....they even charged us TWICE for the same week yesterday...5. When I enrolled my daughter I told them she doesnt etc beef pork processed foods Iike hotdogs or lunch meat limit gluten and no sugar...its not good for her and she has ezcema .... So FIRST THEY just werent feeding her basically she was coming home starving from only getting a side and not a substitution for the entree and after months of her getting sick and randomly throwing up there; When she has never done it before... i ask about the fruits and stuff they feed her... canned fruit..soaked in high fructose corn syrup. When i asked did they realize that high fructose corn syrup is sugar and told her i could provide fresh fruit for her if necessary... the director Mindy Enriquez goes on her 3rd or 4th unprofessional rant about needing a doctors note for her not to eat sugar.... really. Even then she didnt give me all the information I needed ...i questioned this requirement bc to get such notes i have to pay another doctors visit...bc i just had to get one for her milk... as she continued to talk she said I needed a note that says WHaT she cant eat..what will happen if she eats it...and what to substitute it with...ok i try to stop her for clarification bc she didnt say all of that earlier..but she said no i wknt back up i have listened to you now im talking i said im trying to get clarification a out what you said is needed she continues to talk over me .... just unFREAKINGprofessional. So i told her she was unprofessional and that if a parent has concerns or questions its her job to make us feel our kids are safe and weel taken care of...she responds with maybe this isnt the place for your kids.. you are probably right... i really think i could have just been talking to the chair.... but had I just left that would have been yet another miscommunication or failure to give me all I needed to know.6. As stated in 5..the director...Mindy Enriquez is plain unprofessional and ignorant. She doesnt know how to talk to people without getting defensive and helping to ease their worries or problem...instead she makes them worse. Today was the worst ever!!!Update... I found another daycare..The last day I requested copies of my daughters file for when I file a formal complaint she refused to give it to me ...truth is she didnt have incident reports in her file and didnt know where they were. I asked for them at 945am. She said I can get them when I pick her up. I said I can wait..Mindy said you will be waiting until you pick her up. I eventually left to keep from dragging her over the counter. When I returned at 4pm she only copied her shot record. UNPROFESSIONAL

It is easy for me to leave my son with the staff at Childcare Network. The staff arevery friendly and interactive with me and my family.

Should Be Closed Down. Its is very unsafe and dangerous. it is not clean there are roaches and bugs that really hurt the children. Honestly it is not a great learning place for children. they dont have a toddlers room so the babies are easier to get hurt. Then when someone gets hurt the daycare doesnt want to do or pay any attention to it and that could be a difficulty.There should be more teachers to survelince kids. the way i know is because my cousin once went there and i picked him up one day and it was disgusting and could kill a child with asthma.they dontt pay attention to the children who truly need it.and if ur hurt on a playground if u tell the adult ur hurt they say u are just fine
