More variety Was surprised to see what was available. My wife had to literally drag me out. Although the cashier didnt wrap my champagne flutes and they were broke when I arrived home. Not gonna complain over $2. Altogether it still was worth going there

Store closed at 630pm on Monday evening. Staff very vocal abt problem of staffing while telling customers overhead every minute or two to finish shopping and bring items to check out

The Dollar Tree store located at 44th st and Breton in Kentwood MI. is always clean and organized. It is usually fully stocked but today 5/1/21, many of the shelves were half or almost empty. They only had one register open at first but opened a second one when the line of people waiting to check out reached aproximately 15. I have always recieved good service and the staff has been polite and friendly. Over all it is a nice store.

Good product selection but two different times I was harassed at this store with racial slurrs from non-white people.

The store is clean, well organized, excellent variety of items. Staff not all that friendly. Be prepared to wait in line at check out. This Dollar Tree has the best stationary section!

They always have shelves well stocked. Very quick to call up extra cashiers.

Overall, not a bad neighborhood dollar shop, but since some employees cant be bothered to wear masks and get angry with anyone who suggests them, dont shop here unless youre looking for a virus...Three weeks later, same thing:

Very disrespectful, foul mouthed, unhelpful, and unfriendly inner city urban trash staff. I dont give a flying rats you know what. About it being the largest Dollar Tree on this side of town. Train your bloody employees! Or expect to loose business. Not going back to this hood store. Absolutely disgusted by this waste of good retail space.

Such a refreshing clean and tidy place to shop compared to the Family Dollar store we just left. Everything is nicely merchandised on the shelves with pleasant people working here. I recommend this location of Dollar Tree!

This is your typical Dollar Tree store. The outside looks a bit unkept, especially with the lack of exterior lights, but the inside is clean and quite familiar. The service is great and theres ample parking with a Bank of America ATM conveniently a stones throw away.

Went to dollar tree. They were closed. Problem is they have specials hour from 10am to 6pm. I tried to open the door at 5:45 and they were already closed. I lot was empty so who knows then they closed.

They have a nice assortment of items, all for $1 (or less).

Its the dollar store. Practically essential.

Many items at a lower cost than anywhere else.

A clean modern dollar store. Crew is always friendly. We go there as a first choice if we need a dollar store product. We pick up snacks before a roadtrip, and tons of all kinds of stuff. At Christmas I buy bags full of cool stuff you need if your the women of the house just little things you need but no one gives you for the Holidays. Its an extra gift and all my daughters and wife love it.

Had to write a review after my last experience. I normally go here to just to pick up a few items. This time the line was extremely long and only one cashier was there. Another cashier came into the store and said to me maam I can take you over here (since I was the next in line). As I headed over another man ran in front of me and several others as well to beat the line. The cashier refused to serve him and insisted that I was to go first. I will have to catch his name the next time I am in there but I was extremely grateful for his above and beyond customer service.

No shopping carts at all. Out of stock on some items they have always carried. Only 1clerk (slow and hard to understand).

A little slow because theres rarely enough cashiers. Today my daughter was making a purchase. The whole transaction was interrupted after a woman continues to talk to the cashier the whole time. Not good!

So far this is my favorite Dollar Tree in Grand Rapids. Clean, friendly employees, and a huge selection in everything! No kids running through with foam swords without parents, no bubble gum popping cashier, and no stench from the bathrooms!

They had what I needed and it was a quick check out with friendly staff. My only complaint was I just had a little bit of trouble finding what I was looking for.
