Had to pickup ink for a printer which their store had easily organized on their shelf.Went right to printing services and was greeted by Meagan which was very busy with several projects. She was in a hurry and in a rush. I am disabled and am slow at times. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable at my pace and slowed her role down. Her customer service deserves to be rewarded. Soft skills such as these are rare. Obviously this is a place to come back to.Meagan makes Staples The place to Shop for your office and especially your printing needs.

Keegan helped me with my laptop issue, and was friendly and considerate. When I needed to come back to get more help later that day concerning an issue that was not his fault, he saw me and came over to help me successfully resolve this second problem, even though he was clearly on his way out the door at the end of his shift. Customer service is alive and well in some parts.

It’s not their fault, but there were only about four employees in the whole store. And on a busy Saturday there were about ten times the number of customers. I couldn’t find what I needed, and the line took forever. I purchased what I needed online. I understand this is a tricky balance for physical stores right now but this was a frustrating experience.

I am giving my visit 5 stars because of CHAD. I got to the store at one minute before closing and they let me in. I shopped for 15 minutes after closing and no one gave me a hard time. Then I wanted to purchase a large office chair and CHAD went to the store room and found me one. Then he took the chair out to my car and put in in the back. I said to him sorry for keeping him late, but he insisted it was no problem. I was very impressed with CHAD.

While signs on door at entry speak of precautions taken in light of COVID-19 several Staples associates were not wearing masks and one without mask approached us not maintaining social distance. Guess requirements were for shoppers only.

I went to the Staples store today a little after 2pm. I was utterly disgusted with the customer service I received today. As a past employee of Staples I was greatly disappointed. If it were not for the pretty young lady from office supplies who gave me a warm welcome I would have left the building feeling nothing more than an unwanted stray dog and not a valued customer. I had copies to be made, and the woman at the copy center was incredibly unfriendly. I had prints made on resume paper, and the watermarks were not in the right place - as I faced the paper into the light to look, she noticed what I was doing and that I wasnt happy, but she didnt raise the question! When ringing me up I didnt get a thanks, or a have a nice day, but she was quick to turn around and walk away. I asked her questions, and she was nothing more than short with me. I grabbed a snack and went to the front register, and would say that I was treated by the same lack of regard by him. I have stopped at that Staples several times, but as of late have not been impressed. I dont know if Rob is still the regional manager, but someone needs to remind this store that your not just representing your store, your representing the Staples brand-& the very people who come into the stores are also the men and women who are paying your paychecks. I still have people that myself and past coworkers who tell me how great of service we offered, and because of this - they also go to other Staple stores. This is the very experience everyone at Staples should strive for.

Went to buy a Lenovo laptop. Website says the store has 5 in stock. The sales rep told me about some shipping delays and all. Would have believed him but he refused to order one from the store kiosk. The laptop is in a good deal. May be he is trying to save it for himself or whoever. Wouldn’t recommend to walk into this store. I was able to get the same laptop ordered from Lansing store kiosk.

I was doing a mailing job and my paper folder malfunctioned. I called around to local businesses to see if they could help. Different places could however, not in the time frame I needed. When I called Staples Laura worked with myself and the managers Brant and DeMarco to price match a local competitor while Ethan did a great job folding the paperwork I submitted. Great teamwork and customer service in a company. Thank you again!

A fairly clean store with a poor selection of office supplies at prices worse than big box stores. I dont care for a store that makes you exit through a maze of empty cashier stations (not where you came in from) AND also those scanners that catch people leaving the store with still activated sentries of products they paid for. My postal delivery person is much more congenial.

Only went in to fax some important documents. Wow! It costs $1.69 a page to send a fax. I had to pay almost $20.00 for 11 pages. Seems way too expensive.

Best part about this store is the price match with Amazon. The staff is helpful and the checkout lines move quickly. Grab some ink or computer accessories and pay the same price youd pay online.

I called to see if they did large prints (16 x 20) and I was told they did. I told them I would be in there in the next 20 minutes. When I arrived I was told it could take up to one hour. I asked if it could be sooner, and the woman at the desk said maybe if no unexpected rush comes and got to it. Thank you for helping me out on this last minute request!!I do believe that some prices of items are a little high though. This is to be expected with having the item immediately and not waiting for 2-day shipping. 😋

I don’t have a need for going to Staples that often but the times that I have needed too, it has been at this location. Every time my fiancé and I come here to print items for our wedding we are “assisted” by the same individual (Hailey). She is very rude and reluctant to help us. She made the comment, “Here’s your tree” when she printed our receipt. Which we didn’t understand because she works in the print area. If I need to print something in the future I’ll remember to go out of my way to a different location.

I Love Staples and Use Them Regularly for Office Supplies and Print Jobs. My HP Home Printer Broke Recently and Techs Cant Fix It So Now I Go There to Make My Copies. My Only Complaints Are That COLOR COPIES Are Outrageously Expensive!!! Way Too Much People! Plus, They Only Have 1 SELF SERVE Copier Now and They Should Have 3! I Waited 30 Minutes Today for Someone To Finish a Large Printing Job, Just So I Could Make 2 Copies! Yesterday I Waited Twice In Between 2 Others Doing Large Jobs! NOT Good.

We purchased a HP Laser jet printer 30 plus days stopped working. We need one everyday so we purchased another thinking we would get first one repaired so we would have a spare. We wanted to send it out they said they could send a tech for $140.00 Why to tell us its broke. Episode 2 we purchased a Lathem time clock its about 2 months old it took a dump. Horrible customer service by manager today after trying to use a special Staples Dollars voucher I received due a huge delay in an online order. I should have been able to use it for any item in the store including printer paper that I had specifically come in for. The paper had some type of rebate (I did not plan this, it just did). After a call to corporate, yes, I SHOULD have been able to use it. The manager firstly, DID NOT listen to what hes associate explained happen when she rang me up, so wasted time trying to come up with BS answers without actually listening and then was rude to me, insinuating that I was trying to rip the company off. I had a $20 voucher and I was trying to buy $20.12 worth of stuff with my voucher and $1 cash. This was done with me in the front of a line that had formed. RUDE and I had a small child with me so waste of time shopping seemed extra painful.

I just wont go back. I needed a copy of a document from my email. Sent them the document. They asked if I was going to wait or come back. It was less then 5 pages, the staff was just chit chatting.. so said I would wait.So the employee informs me, if you stay and wait we will charge you more because that is a express service. What? Wait What? You right click select print.. What is express about that.. Seriously.. your just talking. I will not go back .

Called me at 8:30 am, referred to me as a man, then told me my business cards didnt print properly. Suddenly, my confirmation email, order page and Staples account were nowhere to be found, and they told me Id have to cancel my order, wait for a refund, then re-charge and re-submit the files for printing, then wait ANOTHER 24 hours. Im sorry I tried to save a couple of bucks, Im always going with VistaPrint in the future.
