I graduated AHS with the Class of 2016. If you work hard here, you will benefit. AHS possesses a stellar staff. It was very common to see teachers staying an hour or more after school to help their students with essays, homework, etc. Several teachers in particular go above and beyond the call of duty so to speak. They really befriend their students. Make sure you take at least one class with Mr. Cayemberg, Mr. Mommaerts, Mr. Miller, Mr. Dreier, or Ms. Bunkleman. The staff here is very talented. The curriculum is great as well. Overall, if you put in the work, you will succeed, and again - the teachers are willing to help you if you need it. There are plenty of AP courses for students to select from. I earned many college credits in my junior and senior years of high school and those college credits have served me well at St. Norbert College. Im currently a first year at SNC, but Im already half-way through my Sophomore year (credit-wise) thanks to the credits I earned as a high school student at AHS. There are also many extra-curricular activities to participate in after school, lots of clubs and organizations to join. Most kids are involved in at least one after school activity, if not two or three activities. My only complaint would be the school lunches on certain days... Just stay FAR away from the burritos and youll be fine.Sorry about the repeating photos attached to this post, my computer is acting up.

Just returned from LIT Encore Spring Fling where the Swing Choir preformed. They were fabulous and energetic fun! I will definately look up their programs in the future!!

Worst School to make the news. This school could not teach the difference between an anus and a hole in the ground. When helicopter parents have priority over the students your education model has Failed. Home school with tutoring is your best bet in this county. The worst part is they punished a kid for not drug use or violence, but because he was a nerd in a costume. Now the whole country sees how your back woods backwards county works. Star Wars has been out since the 70s are you guys really that stupid. Yes and your teaching the future of America. :(

The High School is GREAT! If you get the opportunity to go here or send your children here it is great!

All I wanted to do was be a cheerleader for awhile, was that too much to ask?! Huh, is it? Avoid this school at all costs, its very difficult to find a high school in this country that actually cares about people and lets them strive to their full potential. This just isnt fair! You people are awful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
