Today I was held back at work and was running late to get my son off the bus. The operator from their office called me and I told her I was running 3 minutes late if that was ok she then stated well I guess we dont have a choice and disconnected the call. I understand its an inconvenience to them but the rudeness is just uncalled for. My son has been late to school more than a couple of times because the bus has picked him up at 12:20 when he starts school at 12:25, however we have never complained or been rude. The bus drivers are great but whoever the operator is needs a little more training in customer service.

Horrible customer service it terrifies me that these people have children in their care. Snotty employees, could care less about any concerns I’ve had trying to figure out my sons busing information. GB school district should have much higher standards for their students

Very poor customer service... I called to make sure my daughters bus was coming because it was about 20 min late. Turns out the bus arrived as I was calling. Ashley on the phone was very snooty when telling me that fact and I told her ok I was just making sure it was coming because she got skipped twice the week before and had tardys from me bringing her to school. No apologies, no reasons, just a yup with a very heavy attitude. She was very rude. Maybe this shouldnt be the person answering the phone if shes unable to handle customer service issues.

Our kids have been riding with first student going on 4 years now and we have always felt good having our 2 boys get on the bus. Theresa is the best bus driver ever.

THey told us to be at Edison Middle school before 835 for the 840 pick up for summer school .... we were there at 830 am. The bus drove in and my kids got out of the car to walk to the bus.... a few car lengths away and he drives off.... my kids run after the bus till the end of the drive way and I am honking the car.... still drives off and looks right at my car with his sun glasses.... my two kids are upset and afraid they will be late for school (Sullivan) .... we get to the school and he pulls up.... my kids walk up to the school and I walk up to the bus and all he could say was I didnt see them .... how could he not see my big arse vehicle and kids getting out.... it still wasnt 840 yet so he left to early....and he didnt hear someone honking at him and two kids running beside ..... what about the kids inside the bus who saw and were telling him to stop .... didnt hear them ..... this scares me having my kids go on a bus with someone who seems to be impaired in some way ..... VERY P!SSED off.... dont trust you ..... if I could you would get -2 stars

I am appalled at the lack of organization and respect they have for students with special needs.

They got a different bus driver for my kids route, added 2 stops, bus comes 10 mins earlier so they missed the bus for a week! All without notifying the parents, and on top of that theyve been getting to school late!
