Recently used Lamers for a bus tour to Indiana. Bus was clean and comfortable. Great, very friendly driver. My only complaint is an annoying beeping sound while driving. It was not constant but was irritating enough while on city tours. Made it hard to relax and sleep during down time.

We rented a bus from Lamers to shuttle wedding guests to and from our venue. Our bus driver was Jim and we couldnt have asked for anyone better. I was most impressed with how extremely patient he was with our group after we had a few complications with scheduling on our end. Not only was Jim patient, he was kind and caring to every single person he spoke with and he even took a moment to offer us well wishes as we embark on our new life journey. Leading up to the big day, Cindy was a real pleasure to work with as she helped coordinate everything we needed to make the day go by as smoothly as possible. If anyone is thinking about utilizing shuttle services for a large event, we highly recommend Lamers - ask for Jim, hes seriously the BEST!

I want to give this company a 5 star. Im a former lamers-Milwaukee employee. I was told nun but great things about this company before I started back in 2016. I only wanted to start in cdl experience here. And recently I felt the best option was to leave because unfair situations. And being treated very poorly because of friendships and bad management. They have favorites and they can talk her into doing what they want . I was given 3 reasons why they would take a job from me I had been doing since the start. 1. Seniority 2. Business 3. Because at times she would cover my route because I would need off because of my son and his ability I was the obvious choice to take my route away in the middle of the year as if they didnt know my situation. 3rd one to extent I understand because business keeps going. I expressed if this had been an issue she should have expressed that to me so I could find help. Or given me a write up or warning before just taking something from me. She said it didnt work like that Considering Im part time fmla wasnt an option as far as Im concerned. She refused to talk to me in her office but instead in the hallway where anyone could hear us. And turned her back on me because she was now upset and no longer wanted to talk. I should have been the one upset my job was being taken from me. Not only that but the business day before that her dispatch told me they would do this. They were simply trying to show punishment and there is nothing anyone can do about it. Bus companies lose drivers so often. This company could do better with new management team. This needs to be more professional, less of an high school setting. Better communication and understanding. Oh and was told im not welcomed back a if I would with the way I was treated bu the whole office staff with these little fixes that need to be done this company will likely keep more drivers and become great again.

I rented a trolley for my sisters bachelorette party. It was pretty expensive but that’s what she wanted so I thought it’d be fun. Well we started driving and a very high pitch loud alarm goes off. IT WENT OFF THE WHOLE RIDE. We couldn’t even talk to each other without screaming. It was very annoying and unpleasant. They must’ve not checked over the trolley before it left. I am very disappointed in this company.

Wonderful conversation with customer service

I failed to communicate changes to my sons transportation which resulted in some panic. A scenario which was kept under control by the school and Lamers. In coming together, my son returned home safely. Thank to all involved! And I apologize for the confusion.

The buses in denmark pull out in front of you. Then infront of the schools when traffic is backed up they will strart blowing there horns at the cars. What a joke. When u call into complain nothing is done. I would not feel safe sending my child on a bus from lamers.
