I ordered a desk and hutch. Both were in-stock and available. I received the desk with a 20 minute notice four days early, and the hutch is now on delay for 12+ days after the promised date. I have to call the assembly company myself to arrange assembly after the unknown date of the hutch because they dont handle that. Not sure what I paid for here, because this service isnt it.These clowns offered a coffee mug as compensation for my troubles. A. Coffee. Mug. Basically they offered a microwave-safe middle finger with a handle.I will definitely never trust this place again.

The general manager Al always goes above and beyond to help you. I needed 500 copies quickly, he finished it quickly and with a smile! Much appreciated.

Stopped in to print and scan some documents to email. Both machines jammed multiple times. I politely asked the woman behind the counter for assistance. She was clearly annoyed, never spoke a single word, only retrieved my wrinkled document from the jammed printer, handed it to me and went back behind the counter. There were two other female employees at the cash register having a conversation as there were no other customers in the store. I asked them for assistance and they also very plainly were annoyed by the interruption. None of these employees offered to help the situation in any way. It is clear that this location is not customer service oriented and the staff is rude. Do not go here. Go to FedEx Office just north on US 31. The staff there was very friendly and even commented that they get a lot of business from people that have had a bad experience at this Office Depot.

Sheila was an AMAZING help to me when I had to get my wedding invitations printed! She helped to fix my own mistake and made the process so much less stressful. They printed out really nicely as well!!

The copy desk was very helpful and accommodating. I didnt catch the name of the lady who was working there, but she was very efficient and helpful to multiple customers.

Great service, wonderful personality, customer service rep McKinley was outstanding. Help me and my Dad with some poster creations. Gave us great advice, and completed our project within hours. Place and staff are a mess! Go to Staples on Southport instead. Night and day difference!Went in for a chair. Greeted walking in by a guy asking if we were finding everything in the store alright. -Like he wanted a reason to not help. Asked about chairs and he said they only had a few chairs on the floor and the rest were in boxes along the walls. Went to the chair area and he was right. Didnt like the 7 or 8 they had out so started looking along the wall. -No prices posted. Asked a different associate to help and we were a bother. Boxes of chairs were placed all over with no discernable order or reasoning with prices and stock intermixed. We werent wanted there, so left.

Just had some printing done and beyond grateful for the assistance I received. Several mistakes on my part in the document I needed printed and the employee that did the printing for me fixed it so fast. Great people

I just purchased a computer chair this evening. The store was a ghost town and we spent 10 minutes waiting for someone to even come back and ask us if we needed help. When he finally showed up he was rude in the extreme. I will NOT ever go back into that store. This is why Amazon is smoking the brick and mortar stores. No rude employees to deal with!

This store has a great selection of a wide variety of office products. They frequently have sale so if youre willing to wait you can get a very good price. Their everyday prices are competitive as well. The staff is friendly and offers to help but isnt pushy about it, if you have any questions theyll answer them no problem.

Its 3/17/2020 and the world is on fire. Office Depot PRICE GOUGES their paper more than 25% of cost of what it was 6 days prior. A case of Office Depot paper is now $46.99. Six days ago it was $36.99. I know this because I took a picture and planned to purchase some today. I guess Ill just buy my paper online from now on.

Great place for all your office needs. They also have these amazing notebooks called TUL. They are modular notebooks that are awesome and super convenient. I recommend buying them. I personally have 5 of them.

Was a lot busier than I expected it to be. Asked for help from an employee who kind of shrugged it off. We wanted to know if they had a certain type of item and instead of seeing if they did they showed us where it would be and said good luck.Otherwise pretty normal visit

We purchased an HP laptop in October and around Christmastime the computer would get a black screen after signing in and froze. After talking to HP and getting nowhere we took it in to the Greenwood store and they worked on it, and were unable to repair it. Corbin spoke to management and they swapped it out for a new one. I visited the Greenwood store yesterday. I had been working on our 50th class reunion and came in with a lot of printing needs. Jackie was in the printing department and greeted me with a smile. She proceeded to make all my hard work look beautiful on paper. She helped create our return address label, found the perfect paper to print the invitation on and when I turned around, she was tri-folding our invitations in a machine! I was able to come home and assemble the 128 invitations in just a couple of hours. I will definitely be going back to this Office Depot to get our name tags printed for the reunion. Thanks Jackie! We come here for office supplies and computer related merchandise. They closed the one in Southern Plaza So This Is about a 5 mile drive but not many other office places around.

All the HP ink cartridges I needed were out of stock except one. It was so much more expensive then walmart or sams club. There were no cameras to purchase. Very disappointing from years past. Since moving from Southern Plaza to Greenwood Ive not visited a half dozen times, sad.

Just spent 30 minutes in here... walking around trying to find mini binder paper.... not once was i asked do I need help.. guess everyone was busy with their own conversations. Guess I will just keep shopping online.

Soooo i place an online order for my foodtruck menu (I use Their print services often). On this particular day, i go it to pickup my order that was guaranteed in 24 Hrs, and it is still not done. They cant figure out how to laminate my menu, and they are constantly looking at me...but not communicating with me about the issues. The manager never addressed me once, and seemed ticked that he had to move from his chair to help fix the lamination machine. CORPORATE: At one pint during my visit...please look at the cameras..at 4:30pm the associates screwed up another customers folding order...she had to go behind the counter to show them how to use the machine. I am highly dissatisfied....and hope a member of corp can reach out to me so i can provide furthet details...but I almost want to not give you my business anymore due to the severe unprofessionalism i had to witness today. I wish i could give negative stars.
