Stopped in to upgrade my printer although they didnt have what I wanted, but a young salesman named Austin was very polite, knowledgeable, helpful, overall friendly, willing, and able to assist me! Stop by and ask for Austin PLEASE! He checked 2 different warehouses, told me other areas that had an office max including my hometown 🙄 that I wasnt aware of lol.

Purchased office supplies. Ask for bags clerk said they would break the bag. I guess that never heard of double bagging.Especial for some one who need to go up steps. Stopped at Walmart and purchased on of there bags.

Very pleasing visit today. I was looking for a portfolio everywhere in town. Nowhere I did find one. Then at Office Max, a very pleasing associate named Joi (I promised to cite her name) found exactly what I needed. Despite my terrible accent, she understood and got what I was looking for. Very good job done. We need more people like her. Thanks.

I go to OfficeMax often but today I went and I was very pleased. The young lady that helped me was awesome. She made sure the gift I ordered was going to be just right. I did not get her name but she worked in the printing department (b/t hours 12-2). She rock it.

The staff seemed slacked. Went in to get a computer fixed and was told that gaming laptops arent recommended. That was the whole reason I went in. To get a gaming laptop. :/ For those who think that gaming laptops arent good, reeducated yourself and make sure to bring up evidence to back your statements.Will forward this review to the board.

I needed assistance in the store. I also had several questions concerning online ordering and pickup.The staff was gracious and informative. A nice change in the new staff.

I went in the other day and I read the comments I think they are referring to the same guy (short wears glasses.. ) when I came in he looked at me like ugh what are you doing here.. and when he did help me he was very uninterested in helping me get what I wanted I will never ever ask for his help again... should have known better because last couple times I went in hes just standing around at the front doing NOTHING but talking to his co worker

Service is ok however the short guy that wears the glasses when I first went in wasnt doing anything but talking to the other associates then when I asked for help he looked at me like he didnt want to be bothered he made me feel as if I were stupid when I asked a question and didnt seem like he wanted to even help me word of advice if u wanna stand just talking do that at home when ur at work and have customers you deal with them respectfully

Asked if they had a hard drive in stock they just laughed and said they sold the last one earlier in the day. Ignored me and wouldnt answer any other questions.

Helpful people, good inventory, good prices. Amazon probably cheaper, but if you have questions or want to see something before you buy, best in town.

Got some good staff that will actually help u out. Plus they know their stuff.I would of gave this place 5 stars, but the female who works there, always has an attitude problem, like she hates her job, or dealing with people in general.Shes young, this might be her first job, who knows.Im scared to ask her, she might have a box cutter on her, and go Postal on me...Lol

Carry all the office supplies you could need. Very good efficient printing services with fair prices (color prints are little more expensive than I expected). But they can print via bringing in a flash drive or emailing to them and coming to pick em up. They have everything from school to office supplies, day planners, to printers computers and office furniture. Employees are friendly. Do not approach you for help, but will aid you if looking for something in particular if you flag an employee down. I for one find this fine as I enjoy browsing on my own usually. Have a pretty good deal on mouses and keyboards, have all the latest from logitech such as the MX Master M2. Had the original MX master, the wife commandeered it, so I went to get another, and their price was 10$ lower than online. Often have good sales, if you catch them during these times you can get some good deals on electronics and office supplies.
