KIDS SHOULD NOT BE WEARING MASKS AND I REFUSE TO PUT MY BABIES IN MASKS!!!! I WILL NOT HAVING MY CHILD ATTEND HERE UNTIL THE MASK MANDATE IS LIFTED !!!!!

Treated very poorly by staff.Edit: my daughter has been attending this facility for a few months now and she has been sick religiously. She was previously enrolled in the West Union location Kindercare and she did not come home sick nearly as much as she does now. At this point my daughter comes home sick weekly. The week prior to this week there was a Covid scare that ended up being deemed a mistake but the following week (this week) there was positive Covid case. There are multiple inconsistencies and my concerns have not been addressed.

Last year, I worked for two Kindercare locations. Both of them were managed terribly. I experienced pregnancy discrimination from both Center Directors and theyre assistants. This location in particular was disgusting. Only a very small handful of the staff is good at their job. Most of them cut corners on cleanliness in the classroom and with the kids. Ive watched them change diapers without using a single wipe, skip right over the routine of having the kids wash their hands before eating or after coming inside, and scream at the kids when they misbehave. They had the audacity to bully me and mistreat my kid until we no longer felt safe or welcome in that environment. I strongly suggest that you choose any other daycare because this one is terrible and gross.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We recently switched KinderCare locations and its been working out great! The staff seem to love their jobs and dont just babysit. They (this location) have and are a part of several really good programs allowing for a very customized program for whatever your childs needs are. One of our biggest fears was that our daughter would be put in with her age group based on her age and not her development. We previously had this issue with another daycare. They were not equipped to handle advanced development in that room or age group. We would pickup her up in a catatonic state and it would take a good 20 minutes to come out of it. We are very pleased to pick her up in good mood chattering away. She needs structure with lots of mental stimuli and exercise. She seems to be getting here. Thank you.

My kids have been attending KinderCare (Gresham location) for the past several years, in the summer. I would never take them anywhere else. The teachers are amazing. The center is always well kept, very clean and secure. All Fives from me :)

My son attended here for 3 years. The support and encouragement he received was incredible! As a single mother starting over with a young boy, we could not have found a better preschool match. We loved being apart of the kindercare family and are forever grateful for our unique wonderful experience daily!

My 3 kids go here one infant one 4 year old and a school age girl. The people here are amazing. I wouldnt trust my kids with anyone else. I recommend this facility to anyone.

My daughter has been at this location for the past 2 years and we love it here. From the very beginning weve always been greeted warmly - every staff member seems to know my daughter. She has a wonderful time playing with her friends, participating in special classes, and doing fun activities. She also is learning a ton, and her dad and I are constantly amazed at the things she is picking up on. We love that they follow a curriculum and do new things every day. Whenever there are staff changes or when my daughter is moved to a new class, there is good communication about what is happening. They also really seem to know my daughter well, and have placed her according to her development, not just age. Gresham KC feels like family - my youngest daughter just started in the infant room and knowing how well my daughter has done there with all of her teachers makes it less painful to go back to work - I know she will be well taken care of and will grow and thrive like her big sister.

My wife and I came in yesterday for a tour of the center. We are expecting our first in a month and are both excited and nervous about leaving our baby in someone elses care. We decided to drop in for a tour since we happen to be driving by. The place did not have a pleasant smell. We were greeted immediately by someone who went to go get someone to help us but came back and told us the center director is gone for the day and then assistant is in her office but she is on lunch. She went to go find someone else but didnt come back. While waiting, we noticed the infant room was behind us. There was some babies in the room and two staff. An obviously huge pregnant lady, doing all the cleaning of the babies from the high chair and changing their daipers, at the same time as running back and forth to grab an older crawling baby who keeps trying to go grab at a non-moving baby who was laying in the baby pillow on the ground. All the while, the other staff, an older blond lady in the rocking chair dozing off with her head back and a baby in her lap with a blanket covering over the babys head. After waiting for 10 minutes, with no one to help us and the observation of the infant room, we are disappointed and will definitely not be enrolling at the center.

My children have attended KinderCare for more than 2 years now. We have made lifelong friends with staff, other parents, and students. Over the years, the Director and Teachers have worked alongside me to raise my children. The amount of support and caring we experience daily allows me to rest easy while my children are at daycare for upwards of 10 hours each day. Now, as kindergarteners, KinderCare makes it easy. They transport to the local elementary schools and provide special programs for the school-agers. We love KinderCare and would recommend to anyone looking for compassionate, understanding, and flexible childcare in the Gresham area. Oh, and did I mention they are only closed like 7 business days during the year and are open from 6-6:30? Perfect for me as a single, working parent. Thanks Jenny and staff!

My experience with this daycare center 8 years ago was wonderful I would have given it 5 stars than. Now I give it 3. From infant to 4 year old classes are great. Cannot say the same about the school age class. Needs improvement on staffing and how they handle issues with the children. Hope it gets better soon. Will not be recommending this facility for now gives all other kindercares a bad name for this particular age group. Unhappy with how Management.

I just watched two little girls physically assult each other and only one was punished. The little girl who was not punished was constantly taunting the other little girl sitting on the ladys lap. I counted over 13 children outside with one adult. In the 5 years Ive lived here next too the kindercare I have never been more disgusted with what I have seen today. Some of these children have even asulted my dogs over the years and thrown a rock at my 18 month old son. Today draws the line. How can parents feel safe knowing their children our in a survival of the fittest day-care. I will be calling the state. This is not just neglect but its absolute abuse. Kindercare pay enough to have suitable employees to take care of the children in trusted to you. If you cant afford suitable people or care then shut it down.

My daughter goes to this center and the staff is awesome 😁
