The staff here is always kind and helpful. I have had all pleasant experiences with the printing staff, cashiers, and manager. The male staff member at customer service desk on the am shifts is always delightful, friendly, and helpful. He will ask specific questions to find exactly what you need. I go out of my way if I am in another area to shop at this particular Staples! Customers are appreciated here.

Absolutely horrible employee relations. I overheard a manager speaking to a group of employees about a bad review or something. I only caught a glimpse of his name tag but I think it said Brice or Bruce, not sure which. At first I was an aisle over looking at some pens and I could clearly hear him speaking, far too loud for a conversation of that nature, as I began to move away from the department he got louder and I saw the three young ladies he was berating incessantly, they were a lot more calm than I would have been in their position, he was very disrespectful with them. Having been in retail management for nearly 10 years now, I understand how stressful a job store manager/director or whatever his title was can be however that man was a perfect example of how a bad manager that cant handle stress treats his employees, absolutely unacceptable behavior out of someone who clearly has a large role in his store culture.

Great experience on the purchase of my new printer. I had some issues with an old printer of mine and two people specifically spent time working with me and then ended up helping me get the screamin deal of the century! I want to thank Zach and Connie for going above and beyond the call of duty. Thats why I am a repeat,and loyal customer at this store!

I purchased address labels online and went to pick them up at this location. The associates on the phone helped me as I was placing the order. I appreciate this because I have never bought online with staples. Went to pick up the item and the associate was very helpful. Its always clean and organized. Definitely recommend

Not nice restrooms and paper towels are not sanitary and can easily run out and overfill the trash can and make a mess. I definitely want restrooms there to remodel with new wall and floor tiles and new Electric High Speed Hand Blow Dryers containing HEPA Filter which is more hygienic than the ordinary Hand Dryers. Say goodbye to expensive paper towels and hello Energy Efficient Hand Dryers.

SHOUT OUT TO ZACH! Just went to Staples to buy a planner and I was not having a great day and really was in a crabby mood. Zach (cashier) literally made a difference. He had a smile on from the get go and was sweetheart. I left the store in a better mood. Amazing customer service!!

Ive gone to this Staples for a lot of short notice print requests and theyve never given me grief.Keep in mind that they dont proof read your stuff, so make sure its right before you submit!

Typical Staples. Good store. Decent selection. Friendly staff, when you find one. Always willing to help. Fair prices, but you can always get better at other stores online.

I love shopping at this Staples store in Grove City! The employees are so helpful & polite, I rate their CUSTOMER SERVICE A+ and LETS NOT FORGET the AWESOME AMAZING SAVVY Tech Support GRR-EATT (in my Tony the Tiger voice). Now just for the record I still shop other locations but Grove City is my home store!

This Staples, I just cannot recommend. I only use the print services at Staples. Last week, I brought my order in, spoke to the associate, he took the order, my information, and then did not do it. When I called in, the manager blamed the associate and stated they would get the order processed immediately. I showed up to pick up my order, it was still not done and a new associate blamed a different manager. Today, I came in to use the self service machines, 1 was broken, the other took 7 minutes to pull up a USB file. An associate stated they always do that. I use Staples all the time and I cannot and will not recommend this specific Staples to anyone

Good prices. I just wish they didnt limit the quantity you can purchase at sale price.

They always close 20 until 9. I had one thing to grab and showed up 20 till 9 and they just looked at me.

I recently decided to purchase a Google Nexus 7 Tablet and found that staples had them available. Unfortunately, the Stringtown Rd. location was out of stock but a very informative employee, Eric Ewing, helped me to find another location which not only had the 8GB but the 16GB as well. I ended up purchasing one the same day. While I still generally find the store prices to be high (and the Reynoldsburg location was very disorganized! The layout was not intuitive at all!) I was glad for the service and went home happy.

Store manager was pretentious and did not acknowledge me when i spoke to him. Cashier was friendly, store manager should learn a lesson of humility from his cashier. I will not return to this location.

If ur in a hurry and want to print fast and u showed up and KRYSTAL is there to help u then turn around and leave cuz shell tell u to walk around the store and shell call u on intercom when shes done printing one page. Meanwhile helping all the other customers. Or half hour later ull have ur page printed and ull be on ur way shell tell u to have a nice day. Hey but it turned out nice :)

I found them there is some long search and effort to get them, frankly, a place that I cannot shop in and I advise in it and strongly, even though my visit to it It was fleeting and fast, but, God willing, we will replace it in the coming times
