The employee kept falling asleep and she seemed out of it. She kept double scanning people’s stuff. She definitely needs to go home and sober up

This was by far the best Family Dollar Ive ever been in!! The store was spotless, floors swept! All item was put nicely on the shelves where they are supposed to be. Customer service was amazing as well. She helped me & answered my questions with a friendly smile!!! I am willing to drive by 5 other Family Dollars to go to this one!!!

Good location for sure. Normally have what Im looking for without having to go to a big place like kroger or walmart.

This was my first shopping experience at the new Family Dollar although the store was very clean when I walked in to cashiers later finding out that they are managers not one of them greeted me Im shopping I had to use the restroom and noticed there was no public restroom however being pregnant you cant hold it walked up to the ladies politely asked if I could use the restroom the store manager look down and scuffed at me said Ill do it this one time as a courtesy I walked into the restroom there is. Blood on the toilet seat and as Im using the restroom I hear them saying yeah shes still in there I dont know what shes doing so I walked out both both of the ladies are gone did my shopping $43 total I should scan two pair of shoes that I wanted originally priced at $5 sale tags said $3.05 she scanned them it rang up $5 I said Oak scuse me maam there was a sale sticker on that she scuffed at me being the assistant manager named Jackie walked all the way back to the sticker brought it all the way back up and thought it was necessary to call the store manager over a 1.95 difference after totaling $43 worth of merchandise the store manager would not let her price modify so I took my items out of my cart something back on the register and I did not check out there I would never be back to this Family Dollar store again I was completely appalled by the store manager and assistant manager Jackies lack of customer service strongly believe that they should either be disciplined or retrained call corporate to let them know what happened sat on hold for 40 minutes and then was hung up on I will never shop at another Family Dollar and as a store manager in retail I would definitely not tolerate that type of lack of customer service in my store and still at this point I cannot believe how rude and unprofessional the store manager and the assistant manager Jackie were to me!

A nice clean brand new Family Dollar. A great little grocery store for quick shopping trips. The staff is friendly. The store is clean and well stocked. Perfect place to stop and grab the essentials when you are in a hurry.

I went to this location yesterday 8/7 at 8:45pm to grab one thing, and the doors were already locked.. the website says closing at 9pm

A half-off nearly expired dozen of eggs is $1.95. Do yourself a favor and get your groceries from one of the nearby Krogers or Aldis where you can get fresh eggs for $0.95. The only thing Ive found worth buying here is the $1 drain unclogger. Youll probably need to buy 2 but thats still cheaper than buying name brand.

The staff is very rude and disorganized. I was in the store looking for something specific. It wasnt there so I left. On my out of the store the security thing beeped as myself and 2 other customers were leaving. We all stopped for a few seconds in between the 2 double doors. No one came and we proceeded out. About 4 or 5 mins later, while loading my 2 mo old niece in the van, A short girl with long dark hair and tattoos comes out screaming... I need to check your bag. I complied by dumping my purse out in the middle of the parking lot. And when nothing was in there. She got rude and crappy with me saying I was banned from her store! Instead of apologizing for the mistake.Family Dollar has lost a loyal paying customer!

This its the cleanest family dollar Ive ever seen.

Online hours were listed open till 10 pm, they close at 9. I suggested an edit to the hours, so hopefully they change.

I walked into Family Dollar to grab one thing at 8:49pm. (They don’t close until 9:00pm). Two ladies were “working.” One of the ladies yelled at me as soon as I walked threw the door, “WE CLOSE SOON SO HURRY UP!” Surprised with how she spoke to me I said, “Excuse me, I am just grabbing one thing I still have 10 minutes, correct?” The lady gave me rude look and said, “Yeah we’re trying to go home tonight.” I walked away from the lady and grabbed my one item. At 8:52pm I was checking out at the register when another person walked in. The other lady who was “working” screamed at him, “WE’RE CLOSING IN 2 MINUTES SO HURRY UP!” I was shaking I was so angry. I cannot believe that these people work in customer service. This is not the first time I have experienced rude staff here. But this was the one that got me angry enough to write a review.

Been to this store 3 times.. the floor is always cluttered and was told today to leave my bookbag up front. I was in my work uniform and shopping with my child. It was not a standard book bag but a vera mini bag i use as a purse.
