I have a service dog who has been trained to help me with PTSD and D.I.D [Disassociate Identity Disorder]. He has a rug we put in all carts for sanitary purposes [if only some mothers would do this with their human kids] and we spray the carts down afterwards. Once again, Spot wears a red vest with SERVICE DOG in big honking letters on both sides of the vest. He was minding his own business, not causing any problems with the other customers until two male workers approached me stating I couldnt have MY SERVICE DOG in the store. My mother stepped in because I was starting to have a D.I.D episode and made Spot nervous. They refused to believe that he was a service animal until his badge was shown. I had to leave because I felt threatened and unsafe after that. I doubt Ill return to this store because of the encounter and let everyone on Facebook know about this.

This Dollar tree in Hardy Court shopping center is amazingly clean and stocked compared to the one in crossroads.

I needed to purchase a lot of a particular item. I asked Brittany for her assistance and she immediately stopped and found the items for me. She even checked the stock. She was absolutely PHENOMENAL and very friendly. Thank you Brittany!

It was ok.They allowed aniberated people fighting to come in store , which was very disturbing..

The employees are amazing just wish the company it self will look out for there employees they should have to come out to a dark parking lot

I love dollar tree. So much for so little.

This store is always a mess and the last several times I have been in this store I was treated rudely. The cashiers dont speak and when they do they act like its such an inconvenience to speak to me and the manager seems to think its okay that they are rude because she is just as bad. I will be going to the one by edgewater mall (even though its much further for me to drive) from now on. They are always friendly and helpful and the store is much cleaner.

They are making major improvements and I am loving it. Yay.

Some of the areas were bare, no stock on shelves. But they were working on a stock truck. Overall store was in good shape

I am happy today that the next 3 times I went after this review the lines were better the manager even came out and opened a register to accommodate the long lines. I was very happy to see that maybe this review and others made a difference. The lady Thea is as nice and courteous as always and does her job well as often as I have been in there. I even witnessed how she calmly and politely dealt with an irate customer. The same lady that was so rude the first time I called asking for a cashier which prompted the first review is just as rude as ever. But I have to say thanks for the hard workers of the dollar tree I can image it’s a thankless job at times.go here about everyday on my lunch break. The only issue I have is there are never enough cashiers and the store is a mess. I can hear 2-3 people talking in the little office but long line at register. The lady Thea usually is working and she does a good job. I called while I was in line one day and asked for a cashier and they sent someone outside to find this rude girl that was very perturbed to have to do her job. SMH I guess it’s hard to find people who want to do their job. Anyway, the prices can’t be beat and apart from that girl and her bad attitude for being asked to work everything is tolerable. Manager should do better at managing his people a customer shouldn’t have to call for a cashier.

Fast and friendly

I think this is the biggest shop on the coast and certainly very well stocked. I feel that they dont manage the lines very well though. Often when I am there they only have one cashier ... Mind you the staff is great and hard working!

This place allows employees to change policy concerning dogs. Their website states that it is dog friendly but thats not the case here. Theres too many other places that do want my business whether she has her vest on or not.

This Dollar tree had frozen fruit for smoothies and othet nice frozen foods

Shelves were empty down one aisle. And given Mississippi weather, I think its crazy to totally do away with the gardening aisle. I stopped specifically to buy hummingbird food and no aisle contained even meager gardening supplies. SMH

This store has cleaned up in the past few months. Sometimes they run out of stock, but that’s only happened to me a couple of times & they do have alternative items. The staff here goes above & beyond - 2 of them helped me search for a product & even googled where to get it since they didn’t have it. The only downside is that they usually only have 1 cashier working during the after-work rush, so the line gets long.

It doesnt even deserve one star I tried to call Dollar Tree Court because its a filthy pig sty theirs stuff all over looks like a tornado hit it and the floors look like they havent been mopped or cleaned in months I never seen a FILTHIER STOREin my life especially one that is under a corporation. I tried to call them and no one will answer the line they kept doing the automated automated and wouldnt answer so Im reasonably sure they know that some of their stores are trash. I felt like I needed a shower after leaving there. There were plenty employees, so it wasnt a matter of being understaffed, its just A PIG STY

Shop there everyday . They have great merchandise . New products have been arriving that are great. Store has improved drastically on its organization.

Lots of great items for a dollar. Store is a little messy due to all the boxes of Christmas items waiting to be put out. Good selection of office supplies and household cleaning items.

Poor staffed, lines long only 2 cashiers, if you have use restroom good luck with that doors are locked you have to ask cashiers to come and unlock door lines 8 to 10 customers each ,they say its going to be a while. Good prices use good judgment cause every thing a dollar just not worth it.be cautious!

The manager was awesome its a pleasure to see somebody that goes to work actually willing to do their job instead of being a disgruntled employee he was very helpful and went out of his way to help me out

I am truly sorry, but this is the worst Dollar Tree on the Mississippi Coast. They never have what you are looking for and if they do it is still in boxes in the middle of the aisle. It is filthy and everything is a jumbled mess. I will post pictures so you can see for yourself.

Great same thing at local hardware store was 3 times more expensive.Bought 3 paint bushes 1.00 at hardware store they were $14.99 same pack of brushes.

Place needs more stockers. Shelves are always unstocked. Checkout people are awesome but they need more of them too

HORRIBLE!!!!! Staff unlawfully try to take your purse as soon as you walk in. When I stated that was not happening due to it was my purse with my medical supplies and such in it, they said they had to have it bcause it was Store Policy for all stores. I have never been asked at any Dollar Tree for my purse except this one, and I frequently​ visit Dollar Tree stores both near and away from home. Ive shopped at this store before, and it is always dirty and messy. Only reason I gave 1 star was to leave a review. This place is Awful, dont waste your time or money.
