Wow! Disgusting customer service! The girl working the customer service desk just now had the worst attitude, rolled her eyes and I was very sweet to her, she proceeded to tell another customer I don’t care I’m quitting anyway. Lol I hope she finds a job that she enjoys so she can treat customers that are spending their money with common respect! I WOULD ALSO HOPE THAT OFFICE MAX WOULD DO BETTER IN THEIR HIRING!!!!!!!!!!!!

For Christ’s sake, a multi billion dollar company and can’t keep their stores clean, printers are always down, the store is understaffed all the time. Taking my business somewhere else.

I do almost all my office printing at this location and everything the service is quick and qualitative. The staff working is always friendly and helpful. The store is organized well, it’s clean and the location is visible. Strongly recommend!

Staff friendly and attentive but stock of SD cards did not match online. Call ahead to be sure. Also, printing line at 9am was five deep.

Looking for Tul Limited pen for a years and they never have it. Other location Hollywood and Biscany always have many more products

Amazing customer care in this Office Depot.Beverly Williams is a super star of customer service, today I needed so much help in printing, so much attention and care and Beverly was super kind, caring and patient with me, she was attending to the line of customers and coming back to me to ensure all my requests were fulfilled, she helped me with emails and collages, printing and organizing my documents all with the best attitude possible. I dont have enough words to express my gratitude for Beverly and her amazing service.

Okay so I never do this. I believe everyone should have the benefit of the doubt. But this place is on another level. Ive worked in customer service before and I know how it is when sketchy people come into the store. I even worked at a Office Depot. When I tell you this place is not it I mean it. From the moment I walked in for some reason the manager started to follow me around as it I was stealing. I paid no mind to it, since its his job to look after the store. I even thought oh okay it might be cuz Im wearing a hat so I took it off. But no, he proceeded to follow me thru the store and when it was time to check out he attended me. At first I though its cool. whatever they are just being careful but he proceeded to not only search all the items I picked out but also leaned over to look into my bag. Sad to say I will not be returning to this establishment. Please dont always treat people like criminals they might surprise you.

I use this location often to print documents from my email as well as make copies. The associate Daphne is AWESOME!! Shes an amazing multitasker!! She takes care of multiple customers at the same time fast, efficiently and shes very friendly and professional. Management should give her a raise!!! I definitely recommend this location.

I received special attention from more than one employee on the floor to help me acquire what I went to the store to buy. They also helped me with discount coupon. Prices were super expensive in terms of furniture and computer accessories! I would usually not judge too bad due to prices, but same office chair that I bought at Office Depot for 90, here was 159. What??? Anyways! And the as last detail AC seemed not to be working? Was incredible hot inside

The cashiers were friendly and efficient. Unfortunately cannot say same of manager...reason for not giving full 5 stars. Your customers come from all walks of life and can be quite educate please do not insult our intelligence. Managers should be exceeding associates customer service skills.

Under staffed. Takes forever to get help. On average 2 employees in the whole store. Cant ever get help to find somethings. forget about getting something printed. On average 4 people waiting to get assistance,1 employee on average takes 30 min to assist one customer. Awful service

I was not satisfied with the attitude or response of the assistant manager at 4:30 this afternoon to an ongoing copy machine problem. Two of three copy machines not working and the third was in use. Not unusual as I find these machines to be nonfunctioning due to paper blockage problems or some other malfunction. Need to be serviced by reliable repair contractor who is available on regular basis or OfficeMax will lose business.

I had a last minute project and they really came through. Copies done - even found discounts for me. Then I decided to get a stamp made last minute. 30 minutes later I had a customized stamp. My new favorite store.

Had the worse experience ever. After waiting an hour and half the assistant manager Teresa couldnt provide clarity on why she refused to apply my company discount card. She told me my printing services were $8 but said I had to pay $26 for using there paper. I have never heard of such foolishness. She couldnt provide any clear policy as to why or when it officially begun. She was very brash and rush me saying I shred it but this our policy. I have been printing for years and just last week similar amounts and she couldnt provide me with an adequate response. I will be filing a complaint. Time is not free and she doesnt deserve to have any managerial position with the company. Wish I could give negative 10 stars.

Absolute Garbage service. Called 5 times to enquire about my same day Business Cards and finally after requesting the manager on duty was told they cant do it and to call a 1800 number for a refund.Extremely unprofessional and would recommend to avoid at all costs if you need any sort of printing done.

Personal were rude and not willing to help. All I needed is a color copy and they just pointed at the machine saying thats the only color machine we have I told them that apparently it wasnt working right and they simply ignored me. The girls were more interested in chatting between them than in helping customers.

Ordered water online and received confirnation email when ready 1 day later. Stopped on my way home and order ready and waiting and got help to my car!Excellent service!

I went there to buy few boxes of shopping bags. Cashier charged me for 3 of them but it turned out that they had only 1 in stock. Cashier was not able to give me refund , she said it had to be manager. She called a women who was talking to someone on the other side of the store. Woman/manager didn’t want to acknowledge her , despite being called 5 times and asked politely to come and issue a credit. I waited 17 minutes , no customers were in the store . I asked cashier to call the manager again. She came and said “don’t you see that I busy” and turned and went away, back to the corner to yapp with the person that she was yapping for 20min. I went without credit being issued back to me. I paid for 3 and picked up only 1 box of shopping bags. Customer service is slowly disappearing and customers are turning away. I will make sure no to visit this store or Any other office Max/depot in future . Very dissappointed.

I had a terrible experience with an item that I purchased in this store. I never bother to rate items that I either buy online or in store. But this is a situation that has really upset me. I went to Office Max located in Hallandale Beach, FL. and I purchased a cabinet Dakota Oak to place books. Right after I made the purchased, one of the sales associates advised me that I was better off having someone from their store assemble it for me since they would not make themselves responsible if I was unable to do it on my own and if something breaks in the process and the fact that the material of the specific item that I was purchasing was fragile. In addition, they advised that they did not have the item requested in the store, so it would take between one to two weeks for me to get it.So I got worried and I asked for an estimate, once they came back with the estimate I decided to return it since it was out my range, I also return it because I was afraid of assembling it on my own and perhaps something could break.Once, they attempted to issue a refund, they advised that they could not do it since the item was not in the store, that instead Office Max will send me a check in the mail.I asked how long does it take? they replied a bout a week. and I said okay and I left the store. It has been two months since and neither I have still not gotten my refund nor anyone from Office Max has contacted me. I went to the store twice after it and they advised me that they send the check and nothing. Then I decided to call and the customer service representative named Christina was very rude to me and said she did not have control over it, that there was nothing she could do and to wait for someone from Office Max to contact me.Guess what? no one has contacted me and I still do not have my refund.I do not understand how hard can it be for them to refund a customer $200 either by check or by mail.At this point I am very upset, I feel like writing a complaint and filing it with to court, so they can actually spend 10 times more in an attorney to answer the complaint.

For some reason they dont have the prices in some of the blak and white foam boards, and cardboards. I took two of the foam boards to the cashier. And the price it was about $30 for two of those. So, I did put it back in the shelves. Get the prices for as on the shelves please! Thanks !!

Store my need new management!!! Prepare yourself for a slow and painful experience. Employees that I dealt with really did not know whats going on. Did not have the right information about the product there selling and services they are providing. I made 3 different trips in 2 days. At the end got a refund and went to a different store

It was quiet for a Black Friday, great price on a flash drive that I was looking for.

Ive been calling this store for 3 days and no one ever answers the phone. I cant leave a message either. The phone rings at least 10 times then hangs up.

I use to send my copies through email, everytime i go to pick them up they make such a big process for 1 copy!!!! Wasting a extra paper for go to pay at the cashier .20 cents!!!! This place need extra EMPLOYEES and extra computers!!!!! They act like lost in space!! Please!!!!!!

Willing to take my printing order over the phone while sitting at red lights sent print order to their E-mail when I walked in my order was ready 3 minutes before closing picked up a few sale items that were priced for the following day and granted those prices.great service.

Spent ONE HOUR AND 15 MINUTES waiting to have cards printed. There is one person in the front doing all the work and 4 others walking around useless (that one person working really was trying to do his best). While I was there, at least 3 other customers left the store in rage, I was the next one. After all the time I spent waiting the color of the cards I was printing turned out wrong and the cutting as if tye edges were being ripped, absolutely unacceptable. I DONT RECOMMEND this store, every time I came I had to wait for eternity to be attended end every time they would serve people that came after me before they finished with me. Thats slow and unprofessional, and supposedly they work with businesses...

Staff was nice. Only one brand of shredding machine while online several are displayed. It was disappointing to not be able to see the whole selection.

Horrible managment, right here says the store closes at 10:00pm on tuesdays got there at 8:55pm and the was a lady at the door with bad attitude saying. We closed at 9:00pmThe least you can do is update the hours so people wont waste time

This Office Max/Depot is the worst one that Ive visited. Their inventory is very low, the store is disorganized and they are low on staff. Of all things I couldnt find a bookbag and a plastic binder folder.
