Im finally writing this review after 6 months but this place is awesome Chad Im not sure if he still works there or not but he is a extremely kind employee/man he always took his time to deal with me and my mother when we shopped there and had a lot of stuff and held the line for more than 10 mins he always kept it easy with us . Very patient didnt rush us or anything which I liked about him. I would highly recommend him for great business. And Herbert is also a very nice guy too him and chad. I was always cool with them and always looked forward to shopping in the store when they were working on duty. I told Chad and herbert that I would write a outstanding review on them well here it is apologies if it took too long but I kept my word. 5 stars to the both of you. And last but not least the older blonde hair lady that also worked or works there was/is very nice too. She always greeted me and my mother when we entered the store so all 3 of you 5 stars. It was a pleasure to shop at your store. Much miss all 3 of you.

Lady with blonde hair is super nice. The employees always greet you when you walk into the store.l and they’re very polite. Whoever works there now, they are a keeper.

We always, well the majority of times. We usually find our needed products. And Garden Stakes. Ciggies, not for me,! oils and Glade room items. Plus paper products.

Store clean, neat. Have great prices and offers items stocked in this smaller area for less walking and therefore a more convenient experience over a large superstore with lots of walking. Also, this makes for a more intimate shopping experience as well. Have the APP so I was alerted on my phone about went the $5 off orders of $25 or more. With the great prices on detergents, I stock up whenever I go, there’s also a pretty large selection of detergents too. Ended up with $7 off my total with the coupons and even bought a huge bag of chocolates for the kids for Halloween, let’s see if it makes it to the kids though. Mmmmm.

I live with a few dollar stores between my house and this location. I always go here. The manager with the dreads is super helpful and funny. (Didnt see him on this shopping trip) there is always a good selection here and they have home decorations while other family dollars truly lack in that dept.

Go to the store 5or6 time a week

The manager or whatever the hell she is, Ruby is very nasty. It’s obvious she didn’t have the correct training at work nor the proper training at home. I asked her for a price for a item ON THE SHELF because it didnt have one when we approached the register nor when we went back for another pair. She said “No!” Rudely when her sweet coworker asked if she could just make up a price and ignored us when we asked a question. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES PLEASE!

Managers not coupon friendly....when it comes to using smart coupons they act like its always a problem...They even ask to see smart coupons to see if discounts its right..How can you work and advertise products at a store and have a smart coupon app yet when you go shop its a problem most of the time or employee dont even know about smart coupons or theyre family Dollar app...This is ridiculous...👎

Very disgusting manager, Antoine degrades and harasses both employee’s and customers. Whenever I walk in he’s never working, he’s either on the phone or sitting down at the computer, and that’s when he’s not insulting someone. He’s very loud and rude. SMELLS LIKE MARIJUANA ON A DAILY BASIS, and I’ve caught him at work with a marijuana pen. Very unprofessional and I’m not understanding how he is still employed. Family dollar needs to really fix this issue or you’re going to lose business

I came to the store saw the adhesive sticker multiple of them in the shelf priced for 2.65 and ringing up as $4 and change. I showed the pictures with multiple of the same items and then the manager started blaming customer who placed them in the wrong place and he can’t do anything for other customers misplacing items. Also he admitted those items should not be out as there are no designated place for them yet. Bad customer service no resolution rather forcing their way of pricing to your throat. May almighty guide them.

Horrible service I was floored by the fact that the manager Antoine with dreads was so unprofessional. The way he treated his staff and customers was horrible. The fact that a company like Family Dollar doesn’t do more to keep their customers I am shocked at the unprofessionalism and will be following up with the lack of professionalism from this store. Absolutely horrible. I would give it no stars.

Absolutely horrible. Dont go there. The manager is the short scruffy bearded guy with dreads. I think the assistant manager is the sweaty, heavyset Spanish lady.Poor service, damaged items on the shelf, 98% (and I am being generous with that low number) of the time you can find the manager talking loudly and negatively on the phone, while customers are standing nearby needing help, or if a customer can get help they have to try for at least five minutes to interrupt the tirade of negativity on that young persons cellphone to ask, only to be given wrong information.The assistant manager is more quiet with hers, she texts and texts while youre standing in line with no cashier....because she IS the cashier of the moment, but is too busy texting.Dont ask any of the employees where anything is, youre better off looking for yourself because either you will leave with the wrong item or waste a trip because instead of saying they are not sure, they will just say they dont have it, only for you to turn around and see it on your way out of the store...oh yeah, thats IF you get waited on.Its a pick of the lottery, you can be standing in line patiently with all of your items ready to pay and be told that because you were in line before it technically opened you are not in line. The good employees will ask a manager when they dont, only to be given the wrong answer with a no questions asked, affirmative. no nonsense facade and the answer is WRONG and when you get home you see that the item is not what is needed...and god forbid a customer needs help and you try to help them by getting an actual employee for them...they are absolutely useless and rude and then will have the lack of class to try to, after taking forever to get on the OTHER SIDE of the register. due to excessive texting and being paid as an assistant, hand you your purchase with a receipt and no bag.These poor excuses for people are complete idiots.Dont worry about calling corporate, they hired these ******* (for lack of better wording) lol * smhIf you have any class or self value, do not work or shop there...I hear stupidity is contagious.
