This is where I went to school in 2014-2017 so from when I was 3-5 and my time there was amazing!Im still in touch with some of my friends I met there!

From Day 1 we felt welcomed at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church. I have a 15 minute rule about new churches. If no one comes up to talk to me and welcome me to the new church that church is history. Many churches dont pass this test, but Gloria Dei passed it in less then 2 minutes. This church is geared to make newcomers feel a part of the congregation when you set foot in the door.Now for content: The sermons are exceptional. The service never drags. Children and teens are an integral part of the service and the teens at Gloria Dei are some of the most respectful I have met. They are very much woven into the fabric of the church. This church uses the Bible as an every day teaching tool. It is not a place for the judgmental or those that want a strict adherence to archaic laws. But it does base itself on the two basic commandments, Love God before all others and Love thy neighbor as thyself. If you are looking for a place for worship and welcome this is a Hampton gem.

Parents, this is the best school in town!! I have attended the school since I was 3 and I am now in my 8th grade year here! My parents are members of the church and I have been a member since birth. I absolutely love this Church and everything it has to offer. It has a sizable but comfortable congregation that is always very nice and welcoming.The school facilities are great and the academic system is everything I need and more. I thank God every day for the blessing that is Gloria Dei and it’s wonderful staff

Both of our daughters attended the daycare services when they were young. Our son is soon to be two and just started and we LOVE it there. He has so much structure but also feels loved and looks forward to running in that door every morning and finding the breakfast lady :). Cant recommend it enough!

My experience of Gloria Dei as a staff member is that it is a remarkably loving and caring place that puts children first in every category and in every way. Our staff is devoted and dedicated to giving every child a great education couched within a compassionate, Christian environment.

My granddaughter goes here she is getting the best education a lot better than public schools she is advanced from kids in public school

I have been attending this school from Pre-K to 5th grade sadly, I could not keep going through 8th grade.It was one of the best experiences in my lifetime, the staff here is very welcoming and will make every child feel like family. This is also a great place for worship and has one of the best places for education experiences. School helped me learn and grow in my lifetime there. I would give the highest possible recommendation. Teachers there want your child to learn and succeed in your education. I cannot even explain how much I loved going to this school and I would definitely recommend this school and church to everyone!As the parent, this is a wonderful school. We do miss it, however it was time to move on.

Horrible administration. Me, my husband and his family had gone to the administration with a problem that our son was having and they did NOTHING. We had to go to them several times and still they didn’t do anything. My son wasn’t learning anything in this school and when we switched him they spent so much time catching him up to his age group. I’m appalled by how they don’t do anything to fix issues or even communicate.

Our daughter loves this school and the staff is very friendly, Ms. Cole is a great teacher to our 3 yrs old loves her.

Very disappointed in how their annual yard sale was conducted this past Saturday, August 04, 2018.I have been attending their sale every year for the past 13-14 years, some of the older members, who staffed these sales, were very nice, personable and professional.HOWEVER, this past Saturday, the staff was VERY rude and condescending to the people who attended and they were VERY unprofessional.Often giving short, nasty remarks about merchandise or answering questions. They also were RUDE in helping customers in line..BUT, they certainly, was cheerful in taking YOUR money, and with so many youth volunteers, they act like they did not want to help older patrons carry merchandise to their cars or even to watch customers item at checkout!This young generation is very disrespectful, but, I did not think a church would let its members represent their church in such a RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL manner!!Very disappointed!..........Seemed like they were greedy and only cared about how much money they made - and NOT the people who had been loyal and dedicated to their fund raising efforts over the years.GRADE = F

My boys didnt go here but I looked into it for all 3 since Im not a fan of Phillips Elementary..and holy cow ..580 a month for each child ... not sure how anyone can pay that

I wrote review almost a year ago when I first enrolled my son and I loved the daycare NOTHING has changed I still absolutely loved this place ! They helped with potty training /the curriculum is amazing my son is enrolled in the fulltime preschool program/I literally went thru alot different childcare programs before coming across Gloria dei I am so happy I did!!!! I love the staff the teachers care for your child as if he /she is theirs my child has learned so much since being enrolled! I still feel the same way I did a year ago .....you should definitely pick this establishment you will not go wrong..... I promise 😀
