PLEASE PLEASE, do NOT take your children to this place. When we enrolled my grandson, everything seemed normal. We liked the fact that you couldnt just walk in, etc. The 1st few days I expected my grandson to cry when I left him because he had never been away from us. He was a year old at the time. 2 weeks into this nightmare of a daycare not only was he still crying, he cried worse, absolutely panicking. I started getting worried, so I dropped in unexpectedly to see if he was ok. 1st, I was able to walk right in, they had him strapped in a high chair and had taken his paci from him, he was literally heaving. Told me he was too old for a paci, which is MY decision, not THEIRS. Its not like I asked them to help take it away, and they definitely shouldnt have done so with him being SO upset. There was another little boy about 3 years old standing in the middle of another room with his pants to his ankles screaming, I was shocked and asked him what was wrong, he pointed to another boy, who was probably 8-10 years old and said the boy slammed his fingers in the bathroom door. I told a daycare worker what happened and she just shrugged it off and said he was being dramatic. I SAW his fingers, he was NOT being dramatic. I say, especially if your baby cant talk, but honestly ANY child, please find somewhere else. This makes me sick to my stomach even writing about it. I kept my grandson home for a while after that because it upset me so bad I didnt trust anyone. But finally found a new place. He cried for a couple of days and was totally fine and happy after that. Im begging people, PLEASE go somewhere else! This place is not your only option.

Smiles and giggles is by far the best thing I was able to do for my kids. My older daughter becomes smarter every day with identifying her numbers and letters. My younger daughter since she’s been going has started talking more. Now not everything she says I can understand but she’s talking a lot better. My son is the youngest but he loves everyone and loves being around all the children. The staff has become to love my children and they love them as welled I appreciate all that u all do Smiles and giggles! Keep it up

Smiles and Giggles is a wonderful family oriented facility. My grand babies love their fellow classmates and teachers. The wonzer staff truly takes time to get to know their students individually. They also incorporate a structured curriculum with the children. The children love their outings and field trips. Well done !!

My infant son attends Smiles and Giggles Learning Center. My family enjoy the teachers, environment and facility. My son loves his teacher and the other staff at the center and they love him as well. They are always attentive to my problems and my child’s needs. The always keep me in the loop on what my child needs everyday. When my child was out for a week they called and checked on us. Whenever I have questions and concerns the director has reassure and kept me informed. The director loves and goes out her way to make sure that every child and family is confortable. She has personally helped out family in hard times be it just with an encouraging word or checking on us. Smiles and Giggles in my opinion Is a quality childcare and strives everyday to increase their quality. Thanks S and G for all you do!

Besides the fact my child ended up with a broken finger when he is was 15 months here in a door, this is by far one of the worst businesses Ive ever seen. They will close or change hours on you with little to no notice. They claim because their understaffed but refuse to address the issue with their staff or get more capable staff. Weve even been called 5 minutes before they open to say they were closed but had his teacher message us 45 minutes later asking if we were bringing him and then they cancelled because no kids came. Maybe because your staff tells everyone you arent open so they dont have to work maybe?

My children (ages 5, 2 and 10months) attend S&G and they love it! They look forward to seeing Ms Camry and their friends. The staff there are nurturing to the children and the center is always dity. The toddlers’ area has many toys to play with and books to read. The infant room is well lit, every baby has his/her own cubby to keep their belongings and the staff alerts me when I need bring in diapers, wipes, change of clothes, etc.The older children enjoy the field trips and when the weather permits they are taken out to play in the play area.Although other parents have had negative experiences here I consider this center to be up to par with others that are much more expensive like La Petit. I believe that no one is going to watch your children better than you can but S&G comes pretty close!

If your child cannot talk DO NOT send your child to this facility! My job doesn’t have a set schedule so I would bring my child different times. On my child third visit their On Nov 15th 2017 around 10:09am I arrived to the facility. The door was unlocked and I was able to walk right in. My daughter was 15 months so I proceeded to walk her to the infant room. As soon as I got to the infant room I notice their were about 4 toddlers in high chairs and newborn on the floor in his car seat. There was no one in the room I hear a faint cry and I looked down in horror to see a newborn with some sort of fabric tide around his mouth and he was beet red scream to the top of his lungs. After a few minutes the staff member a elderly woman comes in the room from a door that leads to the 3 year old room. I assume my visit was unexpected because I witness her arguing with one of the 3 year old and as soon as she saw me she indicated that he hit her and was somewhat upset. I immediately asked her about the child with the fabric tided around his mouth she stated. “His parents know it’s to keep his paci in his mouth” she then points out that he was ok because his nose was visible. I knew that this was wasn’t the case I was late for work so I had to leave. As soon as I left out the building I called my daughter grandma to come pick her up ASAP and I also called the inspector Christine Mahan. I explain her what had occurred. She assured me that she would get to the bottom of it. So I trusted the system and figure they would take care of the issue and ensure the safety of the children. That day was my daughters third and last day at that facility. So this morning I decided to look at the website with the inspection information. I saw the day of my complaint and the inspection results that were conducted. My heart literally dropped out of my stomach to see the my complaint was deemed “NOT VALID”. It simply stated that they just needed more staff members. Seeing this I have lost all hope in the system designed to keep our children safe. I wish I woulda have handle to situation differently and just stayed there and called the police and just called out of work. I just really trusted that the inspector would do all she could to keep the children safe after the incident that I explain to her. At this point I’m now going to take measures in my own hands. I’m am going to contact the local news because parents need to be aware about this incident before deciding to leave there smalll children who can speak for their self in their care!! Also I called inspector to follow up and was sent straight to voice mail her mailbox was full and I was unable to leave a message.
