Place is always neat and organized always has new things in stock and has a wide variety of groceries at a great price

Fully stocked . Enough lanes open . Great place to get your produce . This store seems to take time and effort in having the produce stocked and clean .

I do enjoy visiting this location since 90% of the time it is fully stocked. My only reason for not rating it 5 stars is the lines can be confusing and the type of people that can come in can be rough , rude and argue with you . The other downfall to this location is the amount of homeless people that hangout front and the money beggars.

I always end up buying so much more than expected, its so addictive finding everyday items at ~$1 or cheaper than usual

The store always seems to have only 2 registers open during peak hours. Its not fair to the customers who are standing all the way down the aisles to the frozen and refrigerated foods. Please add more cashiers during 4-7pm

It was was an in and out type of buy for me and my wife. The cashier was very professional and humble. The only problem I had was at the check out line. People didnt follow the 6 ft rule. Damn lady was like breathing behind my neck. Like damn lady. We in a covid pandemic. Back up!!! But other than that it was good.

Great store with lots and lots of household essentials. Our family frequents this location.They tend to have a pretty large section of items for whatever holiday is upcoming.

Even now during covid-19 the staff at this location is awesome. I usually find exactly what I need in stock. They always have sanitizer and rubbing alcohol and medical supplies. The variety of items that cost more than a dollar are excellent. They even carry gluten-free and vegan-friendly food now! 🥰

These stores are not 99 cents stores any more, now they have stuff that can go as high as 10.99 or higher.The good thing about this is that you will have a little more inventory, the store is clean, and customer service was nice. This particular store is open until 10pm, I like that.

Today going, I went after 7pm. Not to bad, I got what I needed. They had 3 registers open, made line only wait less then 5 min.Remember around that time, there some day is packed of peoples, so maybe me Lucky right. Or maybe I made it quickly, so yeah huh lol.

Almost always have the items that Im looking for. Theyre being really good with limiting the amount of people enter the store and restocking the shelves. I just hate the inflation of price and smell of the hand sanitizers. This store has been my main shopping place since moving to Hawthorne 3 years ago.

Horrible they close store and dont fully staff the next closest store which is this one. Two cashiers at 5pm on a Friday and lines going down the aisles

Yesterday we went to this store and we had terrible service, we shopped and all but when we got to pay the cashier was very rude. She laughed in my moms face for the way she talked English. Also she needs to do her job right . Shes supposed to count the money that the customer gives her, not the customer has to count it to her. Also she didnt give us a receipt. Also she cant even pick up or count the money with the long pink/purple nails.The cashiers name I believe is Brianna she was in register 2 yesterday. Also yesterday she had her mask by the end of her nose not even covering her nose. Also some employees in other stores dont even have name tags on, like her she didnt have a name tag on .

You can have a lot to buy here everything was affordable. This place was huge and has a lot to buy. Well organized,clean and they had a nice staff that you can ask for some help. Great service.

This place was great. Best thing about that stores the moment you walk in that air conditioners blazing feel so good everything is easy to find the vegetables or fruit are fresh and the prices are good.

This store is so well stocked and while there aren’t many cashiers, the selection is worth the wait. I was able to pick up so many things for less than $35 including beautiful oranges, cauliflower rice, cookies, a variety of vegetables, egg whites, protein ice cream (regularly $5.99 at stores), and Starbucks cold brew coffee ($5.99 at stores).

The store looks better after the remodeling, they have lots of new items but they arent a dollar anymore. I dont mind different options are always great. Just prepare to wait a while during checkout it gets pretty packed.

Its good 99. Size. I give it a ten. Havent seen one that much bigger. Selection. A seven and a half. Could have more kool stuff than it does but it has some gems. Service. A six. Nice people and lots of employees but usually not enough check stands open. Happens all the time there.😕

Always crowded and never have enough workers or registers opened. Have walked in and walked straight out because the lines were extremely long. I appreciate their awareness of were their merchandise is located. However every since the 🔥 fire the merchandise hasnt been the same. Inadditon they should change the name of the store. Since a lot of items are over 99cents.

Even though the store is bright is clean but just dont have everything and I walked in just before Easter looking for a pan am not the disposable pans and they didnt have it I walked in looking for spaghetti gravy and sauce and you do not have that either but they did have stuff for her to make to make tacos sloppy Joe mix and other things so bear for they did a wonderful job refurbishing it and making it bigger and brighter but they need more stuff and the worker said they been open since January that was a lie do you mean March sometime in March but not January I was Church Saint Josephs in January so any wasnt open .......

This location is always clean and organized. Cashiers are fast and nice. And some of the items I find are bettet and cheaper than Amazon and Ebay. Know what to buy here, do your research and you will find the deals.

Due to the fire it was renovated, but kept the same. They should have done some changes to make it stand out. It was okay before, still looks the same now.

For the most part the employees there are helpful and this store is one of the few that merchandise is where it belongs. Pretty clean store would recommend just be patient with the long wait to pay pretty long lines

Shopping here at 99 Store, I was getting a toilet cleaner with Clorox, It was open and i got it all over my New T shirt and it was black, so.. Imagine how sad and mad I was about this. I told one of the cashiers so they can remove the cleaner from the counter. I talk to the Manager, and the only thing I get it’s a I’m Sorry! Really! Smash!
