The employees never answer the phone they say there open till 9:00 but home made signs saying there closing early, stuffs always spill on the floor and never cleaned up

I always find what i need, and that makes me happy, but as always customer service can have some improvement.

Very dirty. Need a tetanus shot to go into the store along with bullet proof vest. Employees are rude. Store is atrocious

The store is now condemned lights on and stock is still inside its a shame it was so dirty leaks everywhere. Dirty rugs and never stocked smelled bad .employees never seen cleaning or stocking

When this store opened years ago it was great. But now its very dirty looking inside and the shelves are messy. I try to avoid this Dollar Tree.

Store is clean and the employees are friendly. I always seem to find things that I dont see in other stores and find myself trying the new product. I definitely recommend this store!

Theres a lot of parking, very nice people working there and not crowded. Theyre very well stocked with anything you could imagine as well as food and toys! LOVED it

No help in the store. Buckets everywhere collecting rain water. I think for all the rent you pay the landlord should fix the roof. And I entered store and they announced closing in 30 minutes.

I love Dollar Tree, I get my snacks, first aide essentials from there. When all were on lock down due to Covid-19 running rampant, Dollar Tree was only place I could get bathroom tissue from, where all other stores were completely out of stock of toilet tissue.

A large selection of crafts, food items and holiday merchandise. One star.Second star us for unique items and always in stock.Loses a star because it looks like the aftermath of a being looted and never been cleaned. I doubt this floor has ever seen a vaccum in the entirely of the lifespan of the store.It loses another star because although it has 5 registers there is never more than one open at a time. After the line gets to about 15 people they open a second register.Finally it loses the last star due to its size and staffing issues very rarely is it up to the marketing standards that other small stores can provide. Holiday and seasonal items seem to he stocked faster at other stores.But mostly it leaves you feeling dirty and gross and you need a bath after ward.Common sites. A baby running around jn a diaper and children eating items they havent paid for and the parents take the half eaten item and put it back on the shelf.

Fantastic workers but the place needs to be clean row good floors are very dirrty Some customers are very rude there but I give the team a 10 but they need someone to come in and clean their floors But I still give you a 10 All the workers deserve a raise for doing their best Hes got a big 10 for me keep up the good work Dollar Tree

Line litterally did not move for 2 hrs. Ive been standing in line to just buy a glass cup and there has been no movement for 2 hours.Everyone is patient and calm but there is only one register open and a line that reaches to the coolers

Really dirty outside of the store. OMG.

Large grocery selection. Impressive. Im from West Palm Beach / Palm Beach County, Florida, and this one location blows out all locations in that metropolitan area in terms of FOOD and snack selection with NAME brands... the drink selections was weak but the shelves werent stocked and it was 540pm on Friday night aka super busy. Stood in line 10 minutes, BUT those 10 minutes was the time it took for my food at Little Caesarsto be done next door so regardless, WE LIT!!

This place has the average dollar tree items. However is so dirty.. Run down... And items every here including the floor. It even smells. The employees could care less about you, the store, their personal hygiene or their attitude. I will go anywhere but here. Dollart tree is great..... this location sucks !!!!!

Left because I stood in line 40 minutes to checkout and in that time only one person was waited on. Store is filthy. Go to dollar tree outside the laurel mall.

First of all I love Dollar Tree.. but Ive witnessed rude behavior and disrespectful comments at the Hazleton store on Broad Street. Twice my cashier Linda was using profanity in front of customers. Just this evening, she said to a customer just leave please as, the problem was, she didnt have any change (dollars), along with giving this customer the wrong change, he even offered to give her change (dollars).. to which she refused..I was so disappointed in the lack of customer service and lack of respect shown to this elderly man, (who was a minority by the way. ) I only mentioned that bc the elderly caucasian women she serviced before him, was greeted with extreme patience and kindness.. it was soooo obvious.. she also refused to give me the managers name.. her response to me I have several and dont worry about it maamI can only hope that Dollar Tree will closely monitor this location before this problem becomes worse.. so many brick and mortar stores suffer because of examples like this

I will not be shopping at this location anymore. The General Manager is horrible and doesnt know how to fun a store at all. All of a sudden you cant exchange any food items. I know thats false and I hope the store goes under.

The service is excellent, a person was stacking the chelfs and I ask for help and that man was outstanding and I got on time because of him to my daughter graduation party.

This is a great place to shop for all your holiday decorations, party snacks and so much more

Good stuff but manager isnt nice said i cant bring my back pack or cart into store im disabled cant use my hands very well to carry food and my nervous system bad cant walk well i can shop else where can need hire better people.

This place is one of the worst that exists! It has gum all over the carpet, your hands are even dirty after handling the merchandise. Nothing is organized and a total wreck. Thieves reek havoc on the place which is pathetic to steal dollar colognes and stuff the staff doesnt care and are super lazy, super long lines. Just plain sad!

It was very disgusting, the st0re was fiftuly dirty,the merchdice was so very dirty it was a crying shame. I,m from Allentown, I took a trip to Hazelton, to see the sites. N oh my what a site I saw in u,r fiftuly dirty Dollar Tree Store. Go there n see for u,r self.
