Standard dollar store. I like buying my cleaning products here. There is a toy section that young kids just love. When you walk in there are usually holiday items.

Came in for balloons for my sons birthday party. Got in trouble by an employee for touching the balloons. Was just trying to see what they had so we left without anything for his party and went somewhere else. Really disappointed in the customer service here.

I enjoy going to the dollar 🎄🌴 store because you never know what new items they are going to have. Also when you live on a limited income you can make your dollar stretch further. Thank you Dollar Tree

Just have to ask...Are you going out of business? Shelves are very empty. We just moved into a new house and I wanted a variety of bins. Not much to choose from. Went to Walmart to get what I was looking for.

Friendly and welcoming. Store is clean and well stocked.

I always find what I need, and the stff are really friendly and professional.

We have lived in Helena for 7 years and have watched this store decline. Yesterday, it was nasty! Most shelves are empty. Trash everywhere. Very dirty, broken items on shelves, the floor doesnook like it has been swept or mopped in a very long time. I am sad because it is the only store of its kind in our town but unless there is a serious change, it isnt worth my time to go back.

This place I have visited on Sunday 21Dec2019. I have bought some basic items like Glue and plastic combs. This store is very big with huge collection.Don’t bring small kids as plastic smell inside store may harm to them. Good customer service

The place was a mess and the staff was short with customers. They need more staff.

Its the Dollar Store, though it is what it is, many varieties of dollar type things. The cashier was very friendly and accommodating, the person on the floor stocking shelves seemed annoyed that we disturbed his work with a question about the location of a product.

This store rocks. They accept ebt and have the best selection of craft supplies for only 1$ !!! We go often to find new things to paint and color!

Love the place. But make sure you goin when they receive their shipment of products. That way, you can get to the good stuff 😁!!!!

Got great stuff for the dollar. Cashiers are friendly. Place is very busy and seem short staffed maybe? Everyone seems to work very hard.

Its a Dollar Tree. Very busy today, not much if any social distancing. So busy they cant enforce CDC social distancing. Most people had masks on, others dropped them to have conversations. I wish people would take Covid serious!!

Just walking in u can now see TWO full garbages.windows r not clean products all over on floor not at all covid safe sure wish u had that beautiful brunette working losing her has hurt the store tremendously .friendly service, NOT AT ALL.

Well organized, easy access for handicap individuals, accepts all forms of payment, including EBT and polite employees. Great place to pick up little things... And sometimes the little things are big things in our lives.

Good cleaning products, and one of the cleaner stores Ive been in, just have long lines , need more employees.

The sales people are really great. Just a warning they tend to be really busy on Fridays. We love going and checking out the seasonal items because they are really great. The inventory is ever changing.

A great place for seasonal decorating items! I was amazed at the variety of frozen food items. If you need something check there first.

We can always find what we are looking for at our Dollar Tree store. I bought party hats and dice to represent cones and cubes for my Head Start class for our shape lesson. That way each kiddo gets a cube and a cone (pyramid). Thanks Dollar Tree!

Bill the manager is great. He helped me with a number of items. The array of St Patricks Day and Easter decorations is HUGE.

They need more checkers. Most of the times there are only one or two checkers and the lines are quite long. Otherwise I love the store.

2018 - I removed a star from my previous rating because the last few times I visited this store they couldnt find their bathroom keys. Rather than resolving whatever issue caused them to lock their bathrooms, they chose to send customers to a casino on other side of the parking lot. My daughter is in a wheelchair, so this change is more than a minor inconvenience. Dollar Tree is no longer my kids favorite place to spend their allowances.2017 - As dollar stores go, this is one of the best. I homeschool, so the large curriculum aids area is a favorite spot. Recently hired staff really contribute a friendly atmosphere to the store.

Staff is great but unfortunately often the store is out of products but I assume that is because they are very busy. They do try to offer a good selection but wish they were bigger and had more cashiers as the wait in line can be long.
