Very difficult to work with accused me of copy right even after I offered to show proof of purchase of my pdf download. It seems like more work to offer poor customer service, but these guys are dedicated to making this dang near impossibleWon’t be taking any of my business there any more easy choiceThanks mark and Ellen.

Just want to say how wonderful Lisa and Reggie were to me when I went in with a computer photo problem. Lisa was called away for another customer and said Reggie will get this done. She was right. He was so kind and explained everything he was doing so I would know how to do it. Thank you so much.

My experience was positive. The staff was friendly, helpful, good attitudes. Thanks especially to Emily who worked the late shift, and was very helpful in the print department.

Horrible customer service. Will never go into this store again. The chair I wanted was display model only. I dont live here so I didnt want to order. I asked if I could just buy the display model. They said said yes but they would charge me 15.00 more because they put it together. SERIOUSLY???

I got very good help in several departments during my recent visit. Several team members asked if I was finding what I was looking for; one opened a package and let me compare my cell phone to the recharge cord end that I was considering , then recommended alternatives; one was sent out to carry in a monitor that I needed to discard; and the printing service staff was very contentious with a very small project that I brought in. The cashier also showed me the item that I inquired about, which I purchased. I felt very well-assisted during my visit.

I shopped today to get two new ink cartridges and return two empties. The cashier knew it would be a long walk for me as I am disabled. He had someone help by getting the cartridges for me. Wonderful customer service !!

I am always treated so good when I go in there. The employee Captain always has a smile on his face. He is always so friendly and helpful.

On Tuesday I looked at a Dell laptop that was on sale and wanted to buy it. The tech guy informed me that the store was out of stock for this item, but that I should return on Friday/Saturday when their re-supply truck comes in. He assured me that the sale was good for 10 more days. By Friday the shipment had not come in, but another tech guy told me hed call me the following day to advise me whether or not it comes in. He acknowledged the sale price. I did not get the promised call back, but visited the store on Saturday anyway, intending to order the laptop if it was not in yet. It was not in, and the second tech guy advised me that the sale price was off. I left. Im done w/ Staples.

We bought a Printer that was on clearance and had multiple problems with it. The power cord and set up cartridges were missing from it. The customer service to fix our problem was terrible. They pretty much told us to return it and buy a different one. No apology even offered. Extremely disappointed with this store.

Had problems with a $600 computer i bought there and the manager huge up on me about it twice.I will buy office supplies somewhere else.Costco is just across the street and I have never had any problems with the computers i have bought there. And both the computers i bought were $300 and they worked way better.

Its a smaller store. however they do have a good selection and the staff was friendly and helpful. I was looking for a specific Bluetooth connect. They didnt have it, but made some other helpful suggestions. Thats a sign of good customer service

This store has no concept of customer service. I feel bad for the other Staples store owners who do care, but at this location you can expect 0 customer service or help. On 3 separate occasions I tried to spend my money there and no one was able to help. In one instance I stopped in on a Monday to buy a computer they had on sale (from the Sunday ad). When a clerk finally helped, she told me they did not have any. I asked if they sold out and she said they never ordered any. Asked when they would have some, she had no clue; really!!!! The 2nd attempt was for a file cabinet. At that time they only had the floor model, none in stock. I told them I really needed one and would they sell me the floor model. The idiot then told me they couldnt sell that; if they sold the floor model, then they could they sale any in the store. When I asked when they would have them, again, no clue. My reply was how can you sale any if you dont stock them???Obviously the owner of this store does not care or is absent altogether. The 3rd attempt was a call to see if I could reach the manager ( anybody). Guess what, no answer after a very lengthy voice mail. Bottom line, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. GO anywhere else. Trust me.

Staff here are usually friendly and quick to answer your questions. Its great that they have a shipping center.

The Buy online, Pickup in store thing didnt work out, but the guy in the tech department was very helpful and efficient in getting the order canceled and my refund underway. A good person to work with.

Its a smaller Staples store, so I guess I shouldnt be surprised that some of what I was looking for was not in stock. Maybe by Saturday was the best they could do for me.

Poor customer service. I went in to pick up ink for my printer, had an employee help me find it to save time. It was the wrong cartridge, had to call to make sure they had in stock, manager told me they would hold it up front for me... Drove back (80 mile round trip) and no one knew about it. Huge inconvenience; I will shop elsewhere next time.

I was not impressed with the service I received in the printing department. I dropped off some door hangers over 2 weeks ago. When I called to see if they were done, they told me they cant even do them their they have to send them off, and my order is just sitting on their table. No one called and let me know what was going on, this is extremely ridiculous, and the lady on the phone did not sound like she knew what she was talking about either.

Printing services might go the extra mile if you gave them a 5,279-foot head start.
