They have a lot of educational tools and supplies, just in time for school. If you see a seasonal item and you think itll be there the next time you go shopping it wont. I found some cool packs of sight word flash cards for my little ones.

No Halliween party bags or disposable latex gloves. Staff friendly and welcoming.

Its a small store but they have a lot of everything AND 99% of the time when you want to buy something its gonna cost $1.00;not$1.99 or $5.oo when you buy 6. Thats why I keep going back. They also have very good service THANK YOU ROSY 😊

Found everything I was looking for at this dollar tree on East Florida Ave in Hemet CA. Lots of Fall things. Clean and very tidy. Cashiers were very friendly.

Great finds this time! They had blu-rays and tons of dvds. Also had all the cleaning supplies I needed. Great trip. Cant wait until they open the one in my neighborhood!

I enjoyed it all except for them not having any grocery carts out front and the few that were there were chained up. I let the cashier know about it and he said okay Ill get someone right there as leaving the store 30 minutes later he did nothing about the carts!!

Every time i go in here. There is ALWAYS 1 cashier. And us customers have to ask for another cashier. And their answer is ALWAYS the same. It will be a minute for them to come out. Customers shouldnt have to ask for another cashier.

Went in the evening. Cashier was very distracted talking to her homies making a simple transaction take extremely long. At the end she gave me change while turned around talking to someone behind her. Not very courteous 👎👎

Found everything I needed besides a lid for a container. When I asked Mia at the cash register she said I could do it myself and when I told her it was not there that I looked she got mad and said that there wasn’t any. She then proceeded to throw my things on the register belt and let’s just say it wasn’t the most pleasant experience. The store was neat though.

Been coming hear for a year, and this was a really awkward experience,one of the workers with a white t-shirt on and black curly hair was rude to about four customers and after being rude to them disappeared to go on break, whats with your employees?

This store never has any shopping baskets available to use. I heard the cashier tell another lady that they only had five baskets for the whole store. I peaked through the window before walking into the store and noticed there were no baskets once again so I saw a basket outside of the store by the door, that belonged to another retail shop. I put my purse in the basket and proceeded to walk in the door when the cashier named MARIA told me I could not take that basket into the store to use. I was purchasing a lot of plastic containers and I knew I would not be able to hold them in my hands or even in one of those little hand baskets, so I explained to her that I did not see any shopping baskets. I asked her nicely if I could please use this basket because I was purchasing a lot of bulky items and would need one. She said absolutely not. That basket does not belong to the store so you cannot bring it in here. I explained to her that I didn’t see any other baskets and asked her if she knew where any might be. She said we don’t have any baskets at this time that you can use because they are all being used by other customers but you cannot use that one.I found that to be very rude. Under the circumstances, you would think that she would allow me to bring in another basket from another store so I can purchase the bulky items I needed. I will not be coming back to the store again. Maria needs trained in customer service etiquette.

Organized, well supplied, and clean. Everyone is helpful. Lines get long, they are promptly opening another register all the times I have been there. You can find what youre looking for, and good stiff you are not looking for.

Aisles are sometimes messy due to parents who dont have control over their children but they have a decent variety of good brands. Great place for party supplies like disposables and decor. Nice staff.

Yes please !!! Im so excited with the reopening of this location. No more smelly carpet they took it out(I would instantly get allergies as soon as I walked in) ! It smells good, its clean, very organized and overall very much improved from what it used to be like. Lets just hope people keep it that way and not trash it up like it used to be!!! If you have been to the new one on Florida it looks just like that from the inside. I will be shopping in this one from now on !

Unacceptable service by Tatiana. She doesn’t look clean or in uniform at all. Name badge at the bottom of her shirt. When a guest asked for a back up cashier due to 10 ppl being in line her response was rude “NO I DONT”. When another guest asked a second time for another cashier because there is now 15 plus ppl in line her response was “I SAID NO”. There was an employee on the floor Who is only worried about moving merchandise not selling it. When I asked her for help her response was I don’t know I don’t think we have it sorry. Both employees should be let go. Their gonna sink that store with their attitude an poor selling.

Was nice going to this store. Very clean. My only problem was not enough cashiers. At one time 15 customers waiting. I finally went and asked for another cashier. Oh well!!!

One of the items I bought during my shopping there 2 days ago was Churrizo in the food section. Ive never had a product of that bad quality that I can remember. There was so much grizzle in it, that it was hard to believe a food product could make it to the store shelves. Selling a product this unacceptable does result in loss of business via negative public exposure (advertising). I have decided to never buy any food products again at Dollar Tree....soap, toothpaste, etc, ...OK, but never consumable food products.

This isnt the best dollar tree in our city Id rather drive alittle further. All our dollar trees close at 9pm Im not sure why this one closes at 8pm but they should update their website so people dont drive over there for no reason.

In desperate need of renovation. Carpet in the store is in terrible condition but staff were easy to deal with. The pan handlers lurking around the car park are another story but all the stores have to deal with them.

I like the updated space. Obviously the Price Is Right. Large amount of items to choose from including many foods. However check out can be a bit of a wait sometimes. And my only negative is that the shopping carts and basket need to be steamed clean cause several r quite scary.

When I called they were rude she hung up on me I had to call again and when I asked for a product inquiry so i dont have to drive down there with all this chaos she said Im busy I dont know really bad customer service and rude.

Its not the cleanest of the dollar tree store stores but its well stocked and has all the good stuff the other stores have. Plus friendly people work there.

Its not as good as the other Dollar Tree locations I have been too! Its very unwell stocked and kinda dirty. It also has alot of trash in the parking lot im taking it the employees arint asked to clean that once in a while... In conclusion I would say the store needs new management!
