My husband and I have been very pleased with our son’s experience at Herndon KinderCare. Everyone is so nice and my son absolutely loves going there! We highly recommend this childcare center.

Words cannot even begin to express how big of an impact this center has had on my toddler!!! They were so kind and patient as well as understanding in knowing that she’s only ever been “home” her whole life. So, coming to Kindercare was really scary and new for her!!! She has really adjusted well to this center and I 100% recommend this facility to any and every parent! Their system is very structured and they take great care of our babies!!! They keep us (parents) in the know with all activities and also send pictures (which I’m super stoked about!)!!!! Thank u Kindercare for all you do and thank u for loving my sweet girl!!!

Very VERY happy with this center!. My 3 year old has learned so much! Alot more than I expected. The staff is very patient and truly care about my toddler. Also very helpful with myself when needed. My daughter looks forward to it every single day. Even on the weekends! lol. Mr. Sam is very helpful and I really like how involved he is with the children and the parents.

Finding childcare for child can be such a hard and demanding task to do especially with relocating to a new city having no friends or family in the area to help. After doing months of thorough research I was able to put this KinderCare location on the top of my list.The center director has been so professional and personable . He makes us feel we’re valued and important. This location certainly lives up to the KinderCare reputation. From the start of the day to the end they keep me well posted on my child’s nutrition and activities, Which gives me the biggest peace of mind.Most importantly seeing the smile on my child face and his eagerness about his school day when I pick him up let’s me know he’s certainly in the right place. We love it here!

Was VERY worried as my toddler has been at home all her life lol, This was the first day care/pre-k experience for her . She has learned so much! So many new words. The staff is amazing not only with her but with me as well. Walking through everything and always helping whenever is needed. Every day her words are I love to go to school. I am very happy with picking this center for my daughter. I am sure she will be attending for a very long time.

My son has been going to this KinderCare location since he was 3. He loves his teachers. The center is always cleaned. Mr Sam is very attentive when it comes to any issues I might have.

I have been sending my girls to Kindercare for the last 6-years. The staff has become like an extended family. I get the sense that the staff really cares about my children and helping them succeed. The directors have always been attentive and responsive.

Very kind and friendly staff and the management is great thank you so much for your sports to our kids and the family!

We have been sending our son to Herndon KinderCare since he was 4 months old and he just turned 5 years old. We have trusted this center for years with our little guy. They have taught his so much with their curriculum that changes each month. The Director, Asst. Director and teachers show so much care and compassion for him. They offer healthy food and they have even guided us as parents, if we have a question. I highly recommend this daycare. They worked hard to receive accreditation and are always looking for ways to make this center great.Big Thank You to Mr. Sam (Director), Ms. Karen (Asst Director), Ms. Samia and Ms. Shonda (his current teachers) and Ms. Farzila (who does a little bit of everything well and still makes awesome food for the children).

The center is nice and friendly. The manager Sam is very accommodating and helpful, and I feel he understand the hardship of parenting and childcare. The facility is nice and the staff is great! I would definitely recommend this kindercare for child care!

This is a really nice place, I love it! They are so friendly and do a great job at taking care of my daughter. She has learned a lot from there. And she definitely loves her teachers.

Great place for children, my son loves it there, lots of improvement since Mr. Sam took over the center.

Staff is wonderul. My daughter is in the Pre K program and she is thrilled to go every day. Wish they intergrated tech some how, but other than that I have no complaints. (Speaking as a teacher. )

Pros.good location.seperate bath room for visitor / parents vs kids. (girls / boys seperate).Cons.Not very happy staff. Rarely smiles. Some are over weight.Changing tables are in the center of the class. This is done for their own benefit. They say there will be two adults per class, but i have rarely seen a second person.Food is not very healthy.They have a gym / swings, but kids are not taken to play.Noticed staff talking in other languages to each other. English please.No cameras. If they knew that they were doing a good job, they would put camera to show what they were doing.

I am sorry that you had a bad experience at this Kindercare location. I am the new director and I can tell you that the staff that is employed here now is wonderful, kind and truly loves working with children. The curriculum is excellent to promote a positive learning enviornment. I have been very happy with my experience as an employee with Kindercare. Please do not hesitate to call with any questions or concerns about the center. The center has stepped up with the cleaning and is very sanitary, and the food meets the components for the USDA Federal food program and ensures that all of the children get a healthy lunch and snack.

I wonder if all kindercare centers herndon/reston areas like that. Because my son has been going to a kindercare center in reston and I have the same complaints as above. It is horrible. They are overpriced, staff is rude and have no clue about how to do their jobs, I dont think my son has learned anything from this school, he never seemed to like this school. I cant wait to get him out of here.
