We now have both of our kids at FF KinderCare and are so happy with the care they receive! Ms. Amie in the cottage and Mr. Kurtis in the castle are always so pleasant and go out of their way to help with anything we need. We have loved all of the teachers and feel like they have helped our daughter to truly blossom over the past few years (Ms. May currently is wonderful!)! Communication is fantastic and they are super accommodating of our unusual scheduling needs. Weve also been very impressed with the Centers adaptations with Covid and feel very comfortable sending our kids here during this time. Highly recommend!!

We are so impressed with how much information we get about both of our children every day: what they ate, how they slept, what activities they did, photos and videos. The activities are above and beyond what we expected for the age group of the children (very young). They do a wonderful job with the curriculum. The food is also varied and healthy. My children are happy to go to school. Potty training my 2 year old was a breeze with their help.

I 1st came across this gem of a daycare due to my original center closing due to COVID-19. This was truly a blessing in disguise. My family and I love everyone here, from the Directors Sasha and Kurtis to our teachers Mrs. Danielle, Carolina and Rosemary are AMAZING!!!! I leave my daughter everyday fully knowing that she is well taken care of entirely.

My son started at Kindercare at 4 months old right before the pandemic shut everything down, our experience has been wonderful especially given the circumstances of the last year. I feel that my son is safe, well cared for and the staff is very communicative. They also have their own app where they upload meals, diaper changes, naps and lots of pictures!

We love FranklinFarm Kindercare! The teachers love being with the students and the leadership is very communicative. Despite working from home this past year, we continued to drive our toddler across town because we couldnt imagine our son anywhere else! Special shout outs to Ms. Vanessa, Ms. Sasha and Ms. Samantha for making our sons experience so amazing!

Its been an amazing experience at Kindercare franklin farm campus. All the teachers including the campus directors are super friendly and caring. My 5 yr old looks forward to it every day. Even during the covid times the school is taking all possible precautions to ensure kids safety. We feel very secured leaving our kid here to spend majority of his day. The teachers are very experienced and shows in the quality of learning delivery. We are lucky to have found this place.

My son has been at this KinderCare since he was a little less than a year old and his experience here has been amazing. Hes learned so much and really loves the center and his teachers.

Ms. Carolina & Ms. Danielle are both AMAZING teachers! We love them. Our son is always commenting how much fun he has in school. At first I was nervous taking my child to a bigger center; afraid that they’d be just a number and be lost in the shuffle. My experience with KinderCare at Franklin Farm has exceeded every expectation I’ve had. Ms. Lena, Ms. Afsan, Ms Amie, and Mr. Dominique have made my child feel like one of their own. Any concern or worry that I have is immediately addressed and they go above and beyond to ensure my child is safe, secure, and growing into a fantastic young person. They took the time to learn my child’s story and continue to work to create learning activities around my child’s abilities to enhance them and bring their best self out. The meals and snacks they provide are wholesome and delicious. They encourage my child to try new tastes, smells, and textures. My child goes into the center in the morning with a big smile on her face and leaves with one just as big. I couldn’t recommend this center any more highly.

We chose this Kindercare last March when the pandemic shut down our other daycare, this Center was welcoming and offered Essential Worker childcare when we needed it most. Im so thankful to have found this Center for my 2 boys, they have thrived and grown in the year we have been here. A special thanks to the many wonderful teachers who have taught my boys so much. Ms. Haifa, Ms. Souzan, Ms. Carolina, Ms. Mirriam, Ms. Gillian, and Ms. Danielle are amazing, patient, and caring with my boys. They love to teach and spend quality time with them. I would highly recommend the Phonics class taught by Ms. Danielle, my 4 and 5 year old are reading, spelling their names, and more. Ms. Danielle finds fun ways to teach the alphabet and apply what they are learning, its so cool to see the daily videos on the parent app during these classes. So grateful for the quality care given each day by the Kindercare team. Thank you for being apart of our lives!

We have been going to the Franklin Farm Kindercare for two years now and could not be more pleased. Our son (and now daughter) is so well cared for and I never worry while hes there. They have a curriculum that they follow for each age group and endless fun activities. The staff and leadership team are so warm and welcoming and always accommodating to the changing needs of families.

I love Franklin Farm Campus KinderCare! I had my baby with them from the time she was 8 weeks old until she was almost 6 months old. We would have stayed longer had we not had to move. They are incredible, kind, and relate on a personal level. Ms. Vanessa was so sweet in the infant room and she knew my babys schedule by heart, she always knew what I would be most interested to know about, and I loved the daily updates on what they did with my daughter each day. Tiffany was awesome and always willing to work with me when I had last minute changes to my schedule. I hope we get to go back to the area because I know exactly where Id put my daughter for child care again!

Amazing staff and a great learning environment!

We had our son at another daycare in the area and he was not adjusting well. We were not comfortable so we began searching for a new center. A neighbor recommended Franklin Farm KinderCare. He loves it and is doing great. He is taking a stem class as well as Spanish. He is so much happier now and so are we-really pleased with the center. Amazing difference.

COVID-19 hit and daycares started closing just as I was about to go back to work from maternity leave. Our original daycare was closed with no reopening plan, so we scrambled to find an open daycare with an open infant slot. Franklin Farm Campus KinderCare was awesome from the start. Since we couldnt visit in person, Ms. Amie gave us a tour via FaceTime. She regularly communicated with us and answered all our questions promptly. With so much uncertainty, Ms. Amie, Ms. Cait, and the rest of the staff have been incredibly flexible and responsive to anything we need to include alternating weeks between full days and partial days. I can tell when I drop-off/pick-up that the staff truly care about what they do, love interacting with the parents, and want whats best for each family. From the limited interactions I have with the teachers due to COVID-19 precautions, I can tell they love their job and the children they take care of each day. We love being able to get real-time updates with pictures to see our 7-month old son during the day. He really seems to enjoy going to school and we couldnt ask for a better experience with daycare in such a crazy and unprecedented time!

My daughter and son attend here. I have been happy with our experience. I feel like they are learning a great deal and there are many activities that the center offers for the kids which helps keeps things fun such as a Fall Fest, craft nights, etc. The teachers are easy to talk to and very open to questions, concerns.

Been with the Franklin Farm Kindercare Campus since my daughter was 8 weeks old. She is now 3 and has loved every moment of it. She loves to learn and comes home singing and sharing. Ms. Jenn and her staff are helpful and caring.

My daughter has been attending County Parkway KinderCare since January of this year. The center has a warm and homey feeling to it and all of the teachers are very welcoming. The toddler teachers are AMAZING! The school provides diapers and wipes and all meals which makes it extremely convenient for me in the morning. My husband and I are very happy with the care she receives and are very happy with our choice!

Coming from an at-home daycare myself, I am constantly surprised how warm and caring a “corporate” daycare is. At Franklin Farm Kindercare my daughter is not a name in a register and a check every week, but a part of their community and loved by all.My daughter started going to Kindercare Franklin Farm when she was eight months old and our experience has been extremely positive. It was important to me for her to be in a warm, familial atmosphere. We certainly found that!She has blossomed there. The infant teachers are wonderful! Ms. Kathy is the baby whisperer. Ms. Afshan and Ms. Leena are loving, patient and kind. My daughter is now in the toddler class and is flourishing!They have an app that lets parents know when she is eating and sleeping. On it, the teachers send at least one picture a day, letting me see her smiling face learning new things.The Cottage Director, Ms. Tiffany, is clearly one of the reasons Kindercare Franklin Farm has such a welcoming, happy atmosphere. Her significant experience with children ages 0-4 is evident in every conversation with her. No question is stupid, no request silly. She makes the entire cottage a community. She also is well organized, flexible, and able to remember amazing details about each family she works with.The Campus Director, Ms. Jennifer, and the Pre-K Building Director Ms. Natasha, are also always welcoming and helpful when I speak with them - as is the Cottage’s Assistant Director, Ms. Sara.They are always planning great activities and social events for the kids and parents, which we receive emails about.Franklin Farm Kindercare is my proverbial “village.”

The Executive Director, Jennifer and the Director, Melinda, have gone out of their way to support and make accommodations to meet my sons needs. He loves his teachers, Ms. Simrin, Ms. Meena and Ms. Hafa. My They have been extremely patient and kind and provide me with feedback on his on his progress. Although there has been turnover, these teachers have remained constant and I cannot praise them enough for their hard work.

We have two children enrolled at the center. While theres been a lot of turnover with directors and teachers since we started in 2014, we now have a dedicated and caring director who is committed to the excellent care and education of our kids.

I picked this location for a number of reasons: a) the infant room is right in front of the entrance way with a big glass window and right across from the directors office, b) they are accredited and get inspected, c) low teacher-to-student ratio, d) have a learning curriculum for babies, and e) are very organized/structured in the way they operate.
