As a former driver, dispatcher, graduate of the manager in training program and the former interim manager of the hicksville location I have to say Im happy this place is still kicking around. God help them stay safe with this pandemic going on.

DO NOT USE THIS BUS COMPANY.THE DRIVERS ARE DISTRACTED AND RUDE.Cantiague park has many active people walking and playing sports.The buses have nearly hit the public, multiple times.They are usually looking at there phone.The bus drivers converge on Cantiague parking lot.They dont care if they block cars, or stop traffic.They use the bathroom at the range to smoke drugs and yell on their phones.Very rude drivers.No one at main office returns calls or acts like they care.DO NOT USE THIS BUS COMPANY.DRIVERS ARE DISTRACTED AND RUDE.

So disappointed and upset with their customer service. We ordered two buses for transport for our wedding from the church the venue. The buses showed up and immediately left with no one on the buses when they didnt see anyone because we asked them to arrive early to make sure they got there on time. They didnt give anyone a call to see what was going on and actually lied saying that the .bride and groom told them to leave (completely made up). All our guests had to sort out their own taxis and we paid good money to make sure everyone had transport. Not one person got on that bus. After calling to tell them the situation theyve been rude and unwilling to give our money back (a check which they checked immediately). Fine with people making mistakes but to not want to correct it is a whole other story!
