I was greeted immediately by a very pleasant young lady as I entered the store. She offered to help me and directed me to the item I was looking for. The cashier was also very pleasant.

I went to this Staples this morning only make some copies with my daughter and the guy behind the counter ( wish I had gotten his name, older with blond hair ) gave me the most wonderful customer service experience Ive had in a while. As if I was a customer spending hundreds ( well thats how I felt. ) I would just like to thank to him for taking his time with me with no rush. People just dont know how sometimes kindness and a smile can make someones day. Thanks again!

I had ordered some business cards and a banner to be printed the same day for a conference I was attending in Greensboro. The order was submitted well before their deadline for submitting same day orders. When I arrived at the store at the time their website said it would be completed, I was informed that they had not checked their orders that day thus did not know that we had even placed an order. Once they looked, they actually found my order. I was also informed that because of drying times, the banner could not have been ready that day anyways, which is not what their website stated. I will never have anything printed at Staples again.

Love this location! Staff seems like theyre actually happy to be there and help, and you can find any office supply you need. Im a computer geek and go there to get a lot of little things I need for builds or to helo my PCs run and look better. They usually have whatever I need if its within reason. There pickup is very nice too.

I was very pleased with the customer service from Robert and Derick. I was greeted right away and the assistant manager helped me search for the item I was looking for. I will shop there again for great bargains and customer service.

BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT USE THIS PRINT SHOPOnline options for printing are incorrect and unavailable, but they wont tell you until you go to pick it up AND STILL CHARGE YOU FULL PRICE. The print quality isnt great, and they dont have all fonts available and it just prints squares instead of letters, AND STILL CHARGE YOU FULL PRICE.

Love this Staples Store. Its the best and the sales staff are wonderful- they offer personalized service and are willing to go the rctra mile to ensure customers are satisfied. The Copy Center is especially great.

I was running late to pick-up an order Id placed online and called the store because they would have closed before I arrived... The manager I spoke with OTP met me at the door at 8:03pm and let me in to get the order... Talk about Great Customer service! Im new to this area but a long time customer of Staples & this is just one of the many reasons why I will always be!

They get something wrong every time I go there! Went in today for a phone cord. Sold me one at the counter. Said it was the same price, would work for my phone and had a longer cord. Got all the way back to my office, before I realized it wouldnt work. Had to go back and get the first one, I had taken to the counter. Only amends... Oops! Sowwy Charlie. :(

Very unsatisfied with the printing service department every time I called to order my business cards they tell me they can’t do it i ask why it’s a different story every time ask to speak to the gm they are never there it seems like this is the only store that can’t reorder business cards for some reason but I can call the wendover store the Asheboro store the Clemons and anywhere else in this state and it’s done with in 3 mins very bad customer service

This store has the worst customer service ive ever seen. The man that was working in copy and print act like he did not want to be bothered when we were having trouble with the fax machine. We kept asking him for help because it wasnt working properly. He kept it working give it time. It had been saying sleep for over 20 minutes. Ive sent plenty of faxes over the years I know when ones working and when ones not. We simply asked him to check it out for us. We ended up going across the street to Office Depot where we were greeted when we came in unlike Staples. They also assisted with the fax even thought it wasnt necessay.

I just had an experience at your High Point, NC store that I will never spend a dime at Staples from now on. I was checking out and your associate, a young female with long dark hair was cashing me out. She was using her personal phone and texting while I was trying to use my credit card. I put my card in the machine and it did nothing. She proceeded to text. After about a minute, I asked if it was going though and without even looking up, she said there is a problem with my card and continued texting. I asked her how long she was going to text and she said she wasnt texting, which I could clearly see her phone screen.I turned and asked another associate who heard me and told him she was texting. At this he started to laugh. I asked to speak with a store manager and had to ask her twice. Someone came over and when I told him what had transpired, he said he would take care of me. I told him how ridiculous it is that his employees are allowed to ignore customers and use their personal phones while working and that I didnt even want the merchandise. Once he heard this he said Youve said your peace and you can go now.

Geoffry has a bad attitude... He was very rude when we asked for prices on things and instead of us taking a small box with papers in it to the front cashier he made us walk all the way across the store to grab a big print and five other things we bought.. Unstead of him going to get it or another employee go and get it for us he waited for us to walk over there and get it

Purchased a new Kindle. I am very pleased with it and the service they gave.

Seems as if customer service is.dead there. Associates appear to be no where in site. Could not find my rewards card and it would not pull up. Cashier tried so she told me I was mistaken about having a card. I found it in my purse later when I went across the street to Office depot. It is the old paper kind. I have never been offered a plastic type. But, I am not crazy I do have your card. I will try and use it if I decide to buy my.laptop from Staples or your competition.

My computer kicked the bucket a couple years ago. One of the guys in Customer Service talked me out of forking over $500 to recover data (not guaranteed) in favor of a much more effective means of recovering data & repairing the computer.

Friendly staff, helpful, offers suggestions when appropriate.

Asked for help and found what I needed and left in less than 10 minutes.

The manager in this store doesnt follow his company policy that they price match. Online it says they price match, I even called the store before I drove out there to price match and they told me they would. This manager should get in trouble or staples needs to change their policy. No where in the price match policy does it say the price you want to match has to come from close by.
