I go to print and fax things frequently. Its also well kept and everyone is so friendly. Shout out to Christian in printing especially. Always patient , always reasonable and always looking out for his customers.

Came to fax papers..girl told me it was $1.79..said ok. She went on to say she rather I use the self service it was a little cheaper plus she had stuff to do in the back. She has been standing at the counter for 20 minutes talking to coworkers. 🤔 Guess she was really busy.

Went to the copy center. Was assisted at the self serve station. Great customer service.

This is probably the worst place youd want to go. Not only was I discriminated apon, but I was also made out to be a liar about my purchase. All this from the GM Miles Smithson.The absolute worst customer service I have ever seen.....i recommend to avoid this place at all costs.

They are amazing! Miles, the store manager, opened up TWO hours early during the High Point Market to make sure that we had the ink and office supplies we needed to be successful during our show! They truly saved the day and care about their consumers!It was by far the BEST customer care experience we have EVER had! Our office store for life!!

This is the only Office Depot I will use, they are great, super friendly and actually care about their customers. No matter what city Im in I will drive all the way to High Point just to pick up something from these guys. Ive heard them speak with other customers to help them pick out products that are what they need and not just push off the most expensive items on the Shelf like Ive heard at other stores. That kind of knowledge and honesty speak volumes about the staff at this location and is why I dont hesitate to send all my customers to them.

I was sitting in my car and an associate put a cart on the sidewalk and it kept rolling. This is by her own admission, and hit my car. She just looks at it and says you’ll have to contact your insurance company.How is it she is not responsible for making that decision. Won’t mean much but they have lost a longtime loyal customer for this.Honestly it’s the shrug off that was upset me the most.

Great place to do photocopy and other services. However, prices should be more reasonable and discount stuffs should be real... not just went up the price and act like customers going to have a great deal!

Found most of what I was looking for. Staff asked if I needed help, but manager and cashier had flat affect and monotone. Not friendly. Didnt acknowledge when I thanked them for showing me where something was located. There were only 2 other customers in the store and the cashier took his sweet time scanning my items as I held some heavy ones up waiting for him to scan the barcode. Its been about a year since I went there, same as last time. Ill try Staples next time.

Clean store with lots of different things. Can buy almost anything you need if youre building PCs and need little things that you dont want to buy online. Staff as helpful, almost to an annoying point. Had three different people come up to me within ten minutes to help, when Im just trying to shop and browse. Felt like I couldnt shop without being bothered so I left.

Everything was easy to find so easy i really didnt even have to look ,the ppl were nice. I know i got at least 25 items only 60 bones😜awesome

Good variety of stationery & office supplies (including chairs, computers, projectors, printers, ink...). A bit pricey, but of good quality.

I am a teacher and Office Depot gladly refunded and replaced an item I had to bring it back without a receipt .They were thoughtful and considerateI highly recommend them

All I wanted was a DVI cable for my monitor. First guy I see was near the front door with no one with him. I asked where monitor cables were. He showed me then proceeded to ask which kind, I said DVI and he knew exactly which one to pick. Thanks for the extra concern, it does feel good. On to the cashier. Ever watch the tv show Chuck? I cant remember the guys name but reminded me of Morgan Grimes in looks. He was very helpful as well. Overall, this store in this area made me feel comfortable. More business from me in the future when I need any computer or office supplies.

I felt because I was a Afro-American I was treated differently than a person that was white that came in the store I asked for a store manager and they gave me to store managers I felt like they dont accommodate all customers that come in the store just certain ones
