Do not use the printing services. I ordered business cards that were originally supposed to be to me 4 days ago and they are still not ready. I encourage people to use another print service if you want things done in under 2 weeks.

The staff did an overwhelming favor when they helped me at the close of business... their thoughtfulness and care for the customer were awesome... great leadership and customer service! Well done!

In an unfortunate turn of events, I was put in charge of planning my nephews funeral arrangements, including his memorial programs. I placed an online order for his pamphlets and had to call the store to confirm pick a up time. The lady on the phone was instantly sympathetic, helpful and kind. The order was filled instantly, and I received the confirmation text. When I came to pick up our order, the lady at the counter was equally sympathetic and offered her condolences. To top it all off, I couldnt afford the extra money to have them folded. I opened the box to discover that they had done it anyway. Customers for life!! I needed kindness today, and they showed it. Well done!!!

I love this office supply store! They have good deals on printer paper, a great selection of writing tools, and excellent printing services. They are a marvelous place to find nifty folders (especially around back-to-school time), and offer a big selection of sticky notes. They also have a decent rewards program and your purchase can directly support local schools (with the school ID code).

Had issues with my computer and tech pop-ups. The technician understood the rare problem and took the time to work it through the tech dept as well as review my programs to make sure they were up to date as well as how to better manage any future updates.

There is an assistant manager who goes by the name of Eric and I swear he was the loudest most obnoxious person Ive ever met. He smelled like smoke and alcohol and he seemed really on edge. I overheard him talking to another worker who was just a teenager and I heard him make a very racist joke and he said the N word. Absolute worst customer service Ive ever had by far and didnt get the product I needed. Want my advice? Dont bother coming to this OfficeMax because its just a waste of time.

I mostly use this location for printing and the employees in the printing area are super helpful. The pricing is great and beats their competition by a lot.

I made a huge mistake on a custom printing job, and they told me exactly what to do, how to do it, and the steps to take to do it correctly. They staff went above and beyond, and they saved me like $45 in printing errors. Great Job!

The staff is always helpful. Unfortunately, their online inventory and in-store inventory dont always agree. Ive gone into this store looking for something that is indicated to be in stock in this store online but no one can find it.
