This CPR class was amazing! The Ms. Kim is definitely going to work you, but I feel like I actually know what Im doing. She made sure I understood everything. Made sure my body mechanics were right! I can tell Ms. Kim loves what she does. I will be back in two years for sure!

If you want come out of this course pretty confident knowing what you paid for, then this is the place to go. The instructor will work you up both physically and mentally. You will have all type of scenarios how to perform cpr effectively. The instructor will also work your muscles to do cpr on those mannequin. No regrets going here.

This was my first CPR class. Going into it I was nervous but Kim made the experience very relaxing. She’s very knowledgeable because she has several years of experience as a nurse. You will not be bored. I’m recommending her class to my other nursing school classmates and will definitely be back to renew.

I joined this class for ACLS. I do not currently use this in my practice but a new job required it. Kim was helpful, reassuring, and encouraging. She teaches the class in well thought out matter of fact way; making sure students truly comprehend the information in the video presentations. She is kind and supportive in correcting/critiquing skills we sometimes THINK we know. She is friendly and lets a laugh in. I definitely recommend her class.

Kim was very funny and kept the class lively and on our toes. She made learning easy and hands-on and made it hard not to learn. I was intimidated before I came to class, but once I got there it was easy going and enjoyable!! Great price too.

The class itself was SO GOOD. I grew up babysitting and going to summer camps etc that taught me first aid and CPR so it wasnt entirely new information, but it had been such a long time and all of it can get a little jumbled. My fellow class mates who took the class all agreed that after only one hour we pretty much memorized everything she said and stored securely in our long term accessible memory. I feel so prepared! Our teacher Kim was so clear, concise, and knowledgeable. She was also hilarious which made the class go by quickly and enjoyably. What a fantastic teacher.

Healthcare Essentials is not your typical CPR class. The instructor Kim is very thorough and precise. She gives great scenarios on real and true scenes that you may face in real life. I was a return customer. 24 hours before my CPR-AED course, Kimberley called me to re-schedule because she lacked sufficient students on my particular class date. I kindly agreed to reschedule but then I myself had to reschedule twice due to schedule conflicts. Finally, on the morning of my class, I woke up with a severe headache, fell back asleep, and forgot about the class. Later that day I contacted Kimberley to try to attend the evening class that day, but she wouldnt hear of it.Kimberly decided to keep my $40 payment and not deliver the service.Caution is recommended in dealing with this company.Mike Varela

This was the best CPR class I have ever gone to. Not that this is saying much because I find most to be boring, but this teacher was so much fun. She was energetic. I actually learned instead of falling asleep!

Kimberly Hodor is a awesome. She has a great understanding of what is meant when you say patient care. It does matter if she is doing technical work or interacting with people, she is always superb. In my experience she is very professional and courteous! If you get Ms. Hodor you are in for a treat!

Went to the website to sign up for the cpr class. The website doesnt give you options it asks what day you want to take the class and what time. It gives you the option to pay upfront though. I did to let them know Im serious and Ill be there to take the class. The instructor called me and said she didnt have that day and time available and offered days and times that were not good for me and I needed to get the class done asap. So I passed and asked about my refund. She said she will refund my money. I checked the account 11 days later and the refund was still not on there. I figured ok she forgot or shes busy so I called her no answer I called the business # still no answer I left a message no call back a couple days later I try again no answer Im calling throughout the day both phones. Im getting frustrated. I put a claim in through Paypal. More days goes by, I call she finally answers. I let her know who I am and asked about the refund she said, oh yeah I refunded it 2 days ago. Paypal puts everything on there I didnt see anything pending I had another instructor from somewhere else refund me a book and he did that within 20 minutes. I was in the neighborhood. So I went to her job she wasnt there but I left her a note. I received the refund that night. How ridiculous that I had to do all that to receive a refund. She knew to. I think she thought I was going to forget about it. And she didnt even offer an apology. It took 2 weeks!
