My kids have been going to kids r kids since Mrs. Jennifer, Mrs. Sylvia, and Mrs.Jan were there. I personally have had no issues and I am thankful for that. Mr. DJ is great and Mrs. Martha is too. Mrs. Erika and staff will call to see if my kids will be picked up from school if we’re out of our normal routine. Since my kids have been here so long I honestly wouldn’t trust another daycare. We all have our own experiences but mine has been good. I would recommend.

We as parents should feel comfort & peace bringing our children to their daily centers, though sadly This location has tremendously changed for the worse. Which is why I have removed my children from KRK. From the rude front desk/ staff to the UNBELIEVABLE new director Erika. Sadly I am not sure the owner truly knows who’s helping run her facility to the ground. Parents are ALWAYS complaining. Apparently I am not the first to leave a review about the directing.The only staff you will see with a smile is the Hispanic lady in the front. Erika used to watch parents wait out front with no intention to get up from her desk to assist. Plan to wait outside more than 10 minutes before Someone ELSE comes to rudely greet. Teachers are very young & cannot control their rooms. No curriculums, no structure, rooms are turned upside down. Not to mention the hire turn over rate is ridiculous. These poor children seem to meet a new teacher every month. Though I leave this message in hopes the owner considers my concerns not to help me as I have already removed my children from this situation but in hopes to save those children still there around such negative energy. No one seems happy. I never seen the owner, & as A business owner myself I suggest more involvement. The devil wears sheep’s clothing! Sadly, All these poor reviews have truth. All the recent good reviews seem to be staff trying to cover it all up. . DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I am a teacher, and have a three-year-old that has been going here for a couple months now. The amount of growth that I have seen already is amazing. He did have a teacher change but hindsight I think it was definitely for the better. Anytime I call I get a prompt response and my child is always happy and clean when I pick him up, which is not always been my experience at other daycares. My child will continue to go here until he is of school age, and my future children as long as I’m in the area will also be going here.

As parents we look for the perfect daycare and there’s no such thing. I can say I found one that is close to it. My kids have been here for a month and there is no worry in my heart. If you want daycare that put your child’s needs first, this is the right daycare. The director (Erika)and the staff (Lakendra and Irma)have been respectful and professional.

Definitely should have kept mrs Jennifer!! Or let Mrs.Sylvia be the new director. Mrs.Ericka is beyond rude & untrustworthy! Since this change took effect you see the toll on parents and teachers. There’s always a issue!! She plays a good role. There was always good relationships with the staff, directors & parents now it’s all downhill. Used to love this place now currently searching for a new daycare. Do not recommend.

I love Kid R kids at cooperfield, the staff is respectable and understanding. My son love his teachers there but the best part is the access to camera , so I can check on my children during my day. I highly recommend kids are kids all over Houston.

I have two kids going to Kids R Kids for almost 3 years. Their safety protocols had kept my kids safe from Covid. Before Covid there was a situation where the SWAT team was in the area and teachers and management did amazing keeping kids and parents calm and safe. I cant stress enough you choose centers like this for their safety knowledge.

My son has been going to this school for two years during winter breaks and a few weeks in summer. Since schools closed last week someone punched my son face , pour milk on him and a teacher literally yelled at him because his shoes were not tied. I couldn’t believe she didn’t even care that I was there and witness her yelling at him! This all happened in 4 days!

From day one with checking out this school, the staff at Kids R Kids are the best! They are always warm and friendly all the time. They joyfully welcome us each day. My husband and I especially like how they keep parents abreast of all the activities and events and most of all if our son is having a good or bad day. Very organized staff and my son loves attending this school. We also love how they have helped our son prepare academically for kindergarten. We highly recommend Kids R Kids.

They should have kept Jennifer. New Director is rude! No wonder every teacher has quit. Also, they threw away every thing due to Covid, even if you had a child possibly coming back. My sons nap mat that cost $60 is nowhere to be found and it was donated (according to Erica). Do not send your child here because they dont even have curriculum. Ill air all their dirty laundry out, I dont have a problem doing it! I wouldnt recommend them to no one!

My children have been going to kids r kids Copperfield for about 2 and a half years now and they really enjoy waking up in the morning to head to daycare. They teachers and staff are caring and nurturing! I wouldn’t choose any other child care facility for my sweet babies.

My son has been going here for a year now, since he was 4 months old. We were so reluctant to put him in daycare, but we are so pleased with Kids R Kids. The staff takes such good care of our son. I feel like they treat him as one of their own kids/grandkids. He’s happy when he gets dropped off and that says a lot to me. I would highly recommend!

My daughter has been going here since she was 6 months, she’s now 14 months, and we absolutely love it. Never had any issues with any of the staff. They are very welcoming to you coming and visiting your child throughout the day if you’re in the area or you can call at any time and talk with their teacher. It’s great!

My daughter has been coming here since she was 6 months old. I love that they have cameras, and Ms. Jennifer was very flexible with our schedule when other daycares were very strict. My daughter is now in Ms. Pattys toddler room and loves it there. Would recommend to family and friends.

My son would come home every day with another story of how he was being hit by other kids or just his personal space violated in general. Tried to discuss it with the teacher and all she did was try to debunk his stories and tell me the kids he would claim hurt him werent even there the day he was hurt. Funny how hes been at a new school for 5 months now and has never told another story of being hurt by another kid. The only redeeming thing in my eyes that gives this place more than 0 stars is the ladies at the front. They were always so nice and when I went through a financial struggle they worked with me to find a solution.

I have worked at Kids R Kids Copperfield for 23 years. It has been so amazing the care my 3 daughters have have gotten. They are grown now and have learned so much about Early Childhood Education. They say once they become moms they will put to practice all the education skills and tender care they have gain and learned at Kids R Kids. My oldest is 32 and went to KRK @ 9 yrs. old and @17 it was her 1st job for 5yrs. My middle is 20 went to KRK since 6 wks. old and has been working @ KRK since 16 yrs old. My youngest is 11 yrs and has been attending KRK since 6 wks old. Kids R Kids has become a part of our family and our second home. We would like to thank all the Teachers and Owner for the great service and hard dedication.

My daughter started in the infant suite when she was 3 months. As a first time mother i was concerned, about EVERYTHING! But you can tell the staff truly cares about the children. They are nurturing, and attentive. And when you have a young baby, thats what you want. They never let her just sit there and cry, they always tend to an upset baby. They notice things (progression, dislikes, likes, etc.) when i notice them. They always ask for permission before introducing her to something new. And they are more than accommodating when i randomly call just to see how her day is going. They pay attention to any specific instructions you request such as medication or scheduling. My daughter is celebrating her first birthday next month, so she has almost been there for 9 months, and every interaction ive had has been 5 stars.

Wouldn’t trust my kids at any other day care center! Phenomenal service.

Moving to Copperfield was new for my family and scary for my children, but Kids R Kids made us feel at home, safe and secure. My son and daughter love there new daycare, new friends, and the all staff located here. There team up with Cy-Fair PreK 3 has definitely improved my daughter vocabulary and given her a step up into PreK 4. I have no complaints!!!

Our daughter went there for 3 years until we moved to Cypress. We have nothing but good things to say about them. Good teachers, nice staff,..and I love what the new owners are doing.

My daughter has been attending Kids R Kids since she was 18 months old. From the beginning I fell in love with the brainwaves curriculum that the school offered. I’ve loved every single one of her teachers as well as administrative staff. Whenever I have had an issue/conflict it was addressed with concern and professionalism. I’m proud to report that she is now 4 years old, and learning a lot of new things through a CFISD-grant program that comes to her. How amazing is that?! My daughter has been going here since she was 6 weeks old. Now is 4! I absolutely love this place and it will break my heart when she leaves. The staff has became a 2nd family to her.

My son has been attending for three years now. This is the best daycare hands down. They offer a top quality 24/7 monitor system to monitor your child from your phone, tablet, and laptop. They also have many events for the kiddos. For example gymnastics, spanish classes, science, and much more. They also follow a Cy fair Education Regimen provided by the State. Their prices are very fair considering all the investment the day care puts in. They even provide coffee, tea, and snacks for parents all day every day. This is my fav, since Im always on the go! The daycare is extremely clean. Im so happy my child loves KidsRKids. Happy Momma

I had the worst experience today with Erika at this location and withdrew my son she is beyond rude and doesn’t care about the kids or childcare and has no customer service skills. This location has gone down since the changes in the front office. I would never bring my son back

Our son has been attending Kids R Kids Copperfield for 2 years now. He loves it and we love it. It’s always a great feeling when you are not worried if he’s loved and learning. And it’s both. They offer many programs like soccer, dance, second languages, and now he’s in a class with Cyfair curriculum and he’s learning so much.The director, Jennifer is always available to answer questions or concerns. She leads a good team and very approachable. And they’ve upgraded so much with their collaboration with Cyfair. We love Ms. Diana at the front desk, Ms. Irma, Ms. Lupita, Ms. Martha (our son still wants to go hug her every time we pass her class - he absolutely loves her), and now, Ms. Stephanie and Ms. Lillie. We love Ms. Lillie.

We visited this location recently for our infant and Im extremely disappointed. The second we walked through the door there was a smell that seemed like the day care tried to cover up with Febreeze. We ignored it and asked for a tour of the infant room. It was at that time that we were apologized to due to the franticness of the individual, she said she just had an incident with a rat (side note, you should not tell newcomers this). I know it sounds absurd but the rest of the visit led me to believe this may not be the first time this has happened. As we walked into the infant room I noticed a sign that said everyone needed to have the provided footings over their shoes or to remove their shoes. The staff member never mentioned the footings as she walked in the room herself without them. She then proceeded to show us the refrigerator and how they keep the prepared bottles in their own bins with the childs name on it. The inside of the fridge needed to be cleaned along with the tray for the bottles. At this point there was another staff member that finished changing a baby on an uncovered counter top. The baby was then placed on a play mat in which the mobile was touching his nose and he began to sneeze, it could have something to do with the mobile needing to be cleaned and the fact it was touching his face. At that point there were only two children left in the room. One was in the swing and received no attention the entire time we were there, even during his time of crying. This location is extremely dirty and Im disappointed that we wasted a trip. After leaving we went to the Kids R Kids on Barker Cypress and it was night and day. The staff had us put the footings on and the teachers in the room were interacting with the babies. There were 4 children and 2 teachers holding 2 of the babies while the other two played in the swing and jumper. If we dont find anything else then we will choose the Barker Cypress location since it was clean and the staff seemed to be more concerned with the welfare of the children. Copperfield really needs to get it together, parents are trusting that their children are being cared for properly. As a parent I will pay the extra $15 for my son to go to Barker Cypress.

I honestly love this place. I love Ms Jennifer, Ms Summer and Ms Patti. My baby has been there for a year now and I must say that we havent had any issues. In fact, I asked for a special nap time for my baby in the afternoon due to his evening crankiness and they agreed without hesitation.These people care about the children, it shows. You have camera access as well if youre a bit apprehensive or if you want to be a part f your childs day. My older kids did summer camp here- they stated they had fun overall and were excited to return.As for some complaints about cursing, get real- it happens. You teach your kids its a real life expectation ANYWHERE that they must learn to avoid and not partake in. And for the uncovered shoes comment in the crawling baby room- yeah it bothered me too, but I kept reminding myself the eventual benefit to the immune system.

The kids here were so wild. My daughter picked up so many cuss words and horrible habits while she went here. I am still working to reteach her good behavior. The teachers in the morning are good but the girls in the afternoon are so immature and don;t watch or care for the kids. I suspected something was wrong because things didnt seem right and started to watch my daughter play and saw kids hitting each other with toys (teacher didnt notice because they were always talking to another teacher or flirting with a Dad} and fighting and taking their clothes off even! My daughter was with me for her first year and was very advanced for her age and soon after we enrolled her into this school her learning and behavior plummeted. I doubt they ever worked with her beyond setting them loose to take care of themselves.

Cmon! First week of transferring our boy to this krk from the jersey village krk... What a hot mess this place is!! I literally watch my son play all day long! Wheres the learning??? I mean... Thats what the tuition pays for isnt it??? Jersey village krk is WAYYY better!
